I had my son s 2023 Dodge Challenger front bumper repaired here after I backed my car into his. His car had just over 500 miles on it. So it looked and was still brand new. This was a few months ago and I wanted to wait to comment to make sure the work stood up. I have to say from beginning to end this is the best body shop I have ever been to. Everyone I interacted with was polite, honest and very friendly. Were their prices a little higher than some other shops. Yes, but they also didn t cut any corners like those cheaper shops. Have you ever seen a car where the paint on the plastic bumper is peeling off but the paint looks pretty new? That s skipping corners. Prep work takes time and materials that other shops will skip to give you a lower quote and faster turnaround. The work won t last. My son s car looks 100% factory new off the lot. Zero signs that there was any damage. Deep metallic red paint is an exact match. Might cost a little more but you get what you pay for and it is worth every penny!!!! Seriously, this is where the BMW, Mercedes and Dodge dealerships take their cars for repair. I recommend this shop to all my friends now. So glad I trusted them for this repair.

In partnership with Lexus, so that speaks for itself. However, I just thought I d add my experience for anyone considering AW Collision don t hesitate! My car had Sum pretty extensive damage and they identified and repaired everything, doing a spectacular job. Unfortunately, I had to pay out of pocket but they made an aweful situation bearable by consistent communication and doing such a great job in a very short time! Towards the end we had a minor hiccup but nothing Harry couldn t rectify which he did immediately! Not only did they do an awesome repair job they detailed my car better than any detailer I ve used! I m extremely satisfied!!! If you care about your vehicle the way I do mine & you find yourself needing body work GO TO AW COLLISION!!! You ll be happy you did! Thank you Damali and especially Harry for a job well done!!!

After a bad experience with the New Century BMW, I decided to take my BMW here for repair. I didn't call, I just walk-in. Immediately, I was greeted with a friendly smile. They patiently answered all my questions and address some of my concerns.During the repairs, all the procedures were updated via texted. All the damage parts were replaced with original BMW parts. The repair process took about few weeks, and I was very satisficed with the result. Lastly, I would like to give a big thanks to the AW team, Aaron, Damali and Steve, who help and make sure all things goes as smoothly as it should.Service: Body & Trim

Brought my car in for repair with Geico as they were a recommended repair shop from the Mini dealership. The process was quick and easy, with good communication and good work. I did have a issue upon picking the car up, which would have bumped this down to a one star review, but a resolution was offered and completed speedily, which bumped my opinion back up to four stars. Now, having had my car for a few weeks and inspecting it closely, I can confidently say I m happy with the quality of work and so for the work alone, I ll give 5 stars. Sometimes the best judge of a shop is when something goes wrong and they work with you to resolve it without much back and forth, so I m a satisfied customer.

Horrible! I was referred for a rear bumper and bracket replacement by Crown Lexus. It took a month and I was the one who had to follow up with many calls regarding the repair status, and acting between the insurance and AW Collision (Joseph). When I picked up my vehicle, my glove compartment and console compartments contents, my driver seat cushion (split in 2 pieces), my spare glasses (out of the case and scratched) were thrown in the trunk. And on top of that, my well-labeled jump starter and case were missing! No one contacted to tell me my passenger window was broken (how? I was told it was an accident, and it wasn't near the repair site). The window was replaced, but the inner vinyl door liner and outside body had the marks (8) of damage, probably by a crow bar being used in the window replacement. No apologies or explanations given by AW Collision. I had to push to get the damage repaired (maybe they hoped I wouldn't notice?). Who brings a car in to get repaired, and comes out with more damage and damaged or missing (stolen?) items???Services: Painting, Body & Trim

To start off, Steven was great, and every step of the way he kept me informed of everything he even sent me text throughout the week updating me every other day, my car was in the shop for about a week and a half and when I did get it back it was back to perfect condition. They left my car looking just like new. My bumper cover was replaced as well as my paint everything came out flawless hands-down AW collision of Monrovia, is the best place to take your BMW.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I went to AW collision of Monrovia for a rear bumper replacement via AAA (insurance company of the person who damaged my car). I left my car during holidays and after 3 weeks I was able to pick up my car. During the entire time I was speaking to one the employees -Steven. He kept informing status of my vehicle and did absolutely amazing job on the replacement front. During the process paint job on front bumper washed off ( might have happened during the buffing of vehicle, not sure though) and I noticed it after coming back to my home. I immediately texted Steven about it and he quickly responded and asked me to bring my vehicle back for a quick fix.He even fixed the older spots out of generosity. You cannot even tell that that my front bumper has a touch up job done. He took his time and did a fine job. Since it was a weekday and I had to go to office and had to leave my vehicle. Instead of doing a 15 minutes job he offered me to leave my vehicle and come back in few hours as good touch can take a few hours. I did so and he even paid for my Uber both ways.AW collision of Monrovia has excellent customer service. I was not worried once leaving my vehicle over there. They are very professional and highly recommend this place (in case you have to in an unfortunate event). If you ever do so Steven is your guy.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Terrible service. I can still see the key scratches on my vehicle when the sun reflects down on it and it was there 2 months!! I do not recommend this place save your time and money!!

There shouldn't be any 1 star reviews for this collision shop. These folks were recommended by Ontario BMW and I must say they did a fantastic job. Rob was in constant contact with me and let me know how everything was going. He and his team went above and beyond my expectations. When I got my 2018 440i back it looked better than when I drove it off the lot. I can't thank you guys enough.

They do excellent work with quality parts in this shop. They also have a very good working relationship with most insurance companies even though they may not be on your insurance s list of referred shops. I prefer to go a collision shop not in the insurance network because those shops don t always use new parts for their repairs.

This is by far one of the worst places I ve ever been to, I show up with my car to drop it off and first thing is attitude for no reason the so called manager Juan was rude and didn t act professional at all. Not only that the next day they sent me an email showing me the progress of my car and how it was going , 2 weeks later I show up to pick up my car as it was due according to the email , and i am told it was a mistake that my car has not even been looked at at that point it has already been 4 weeks no car no information no nothing. I go back 2 weeks later as the toe truck picks it up due to the car being in pieces not put together as I had brought them it. They give me back my bmw no bumper no headlights no NOTHING it was in pieces... when I return to pick them up turns out that had lost most of the parts how is a so called professional shop doing this to people this is stupid and not only that I still have not gotten back some of my bmw original pieces that go for hundreds of dollars this place is horrible no one should ever trust their car at that shop.

If you have Geico insurance don't bring your car here. They have some kind of beef going on between them and the one who ends up paying for it is you the customer. I was told by one of the employees that they hate Geico so they overcharge them, of course Geico doesn't want to pay so you have to pay the difference or you don't get your car back. Was told if I were to pick up the car myself I would get a better price, but I would have to miss a day of work to take care of this, wouldn't be worth it so I just paid the difference.

be careful when bringing your car here to get a quote. They will give you a quote up front and later another quote, then keep your car there forever vs. what they've promised previously.
