I came in on the weekend and purchased oil & filter for my ride. I came back today to recycle the used oil from the recent oil change. This location does not take customers recycled oil? The cashier stated they didn t even have a hazardous oil tank on site? I ve already contacted the B.A.R. to notify the state and they are now being investigated as to why they don t take recycled oil as they sell oil & filters. I also called the city of Monrovia consumer affairs to advise & the representative at the city level will get to the issue resolved & were apologetic for this inconvenience.

If you have questions, talk to Hector. He's really good and will give you excellent info. This location is new and very well taken care of. It's clean inside and never really busy. Every associate was very polite. Park at the pepboys lot and walk west on Huntington to their front door, which is located on Huntington itself.Call ahead and see if the part or product you're looking for is in stock. If you're going in for something basic and you're not sure if they have that same exact part, try and bring the old part in with you to do a match. If they don't have it in stock, they can most likely order it for you, and it usually comes within a few days.Treat these guys nice, and they'll treat you nicely.

Came in to get a battery replaced as advertised, no one was even in the store, yet they didn't want to change out my battery, instead they wanted me to wait 2 hours at the pep boys. They pretended that they didn't even sell batteries. Wouldn't recommend. Go to O'Reilly down the street instead. Much better service.

Used to be Pepboys some years(?) ago. Pepboys used to take oils and fluids for proper disposal/recycling. Under the new business / name / management, they no longer do. Seems like a disservice to its customers as well as the environment. The store looks well stocked and surely the workers are likely to be knowledgable, but I cannot recommend a auto parts and service provider that doesn't take care of the full cycle.

There was an issue with a product they installed. The problem was resolved in a timely manner all due to the great customer service I received from the manager, Manny Hernandez. I would highly recommend this business!

I was in and out of there with exactly what I came in looking for! Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff!Aside from tools and parts they also have a great aisle with a variety of detailing supplies.
