Great place to good ever body friendly , thanks for all you help. You all did an awesome job on my car.. it was great for a week. They said they would put the screws on well they didn t do what they said they would.. this is the results.. and they would not help me . I would not give them a star but it will not let me remove it.

I am so happy with Walkers Auto. I have all my vehicles serviced there. I have one concern and maybe it was just a communication error. I said give car the once over, change oil, rotate tires etc. I got it back it runs great. The only thing that didn't get done were the air filters. I thought it would have been included in the 22 point inspection that was done. I found out when i checked and the filters were filthy. So next time I will specifically ask for that. But I will go back to them they are great!

Rich was super nice and knowledgeable about my 2009 Honda Civic and answered all the questions I had about the issues I was having and what needed to be fixed. They did a great job fixing everything, now my car runs great! I ll definitely take my car back here in the future for any other mechanical issues.

Luis at Walkers was transparent about the repair possibilities from the beginning. My car had a totally random non-start issue which other shops were unable to diagnose and therefore not attempt to repair. Walkers was unsure of the cause as well but presented a plan to me that was possibly very costly if their first and conservative attempts were unsuccessful. Thankfully, their first attempt seems to have solved the problem. I am hopeful this problem is solved for the long term.

I was told by the Honda dealer I need a pump a reservoir and it would cost 1,000. I called walkers and they quoted me 600. But when I took the car in they found that I didn't need a pump and the repairs were only 293.00. So wow what a difference you can trust that these guys are not gona rip you off. They could of put in a pump. But I didn't need one. I will be taking my car to walkers all the time. Thanks guys

Rich understood the characteristic behavior and issue my car was having with one its catalytic converter, and provided the status of my catalytic converter, with printed graphs with test measurements the Smog test Referee requires for eligibility an unavailable part waiver. Thanks Rich. You understood the erratic performance of the car s catalytic converter, that a previous shop before you did not understand! Walkers has superior knowledge needed to solve my car s complex problem. Thank you!

Had to have my daughters car dropped off there. They determined what was wrong and with the high milage they suggested I not repair it. They could have suggested otherwise and put the $ in their pockets, but that was not the case. Everyone I have talked to has been polite and patient. Big thumbs up from me for Walkers Automotive.

Walker's Auto is my go-to auto shop when I have car issues and regular maintenance of my Honda Odyssey. They are reliable, reasonable, responsive to the needs of the customer and prompt with servicing and/or repairing car issues and concerns. They always provide excellent service and rates are reasonable. The owner and staff are friendly, knowledgeable and considerate, and kudos to Crystal, who's always kind and patient with the shuttle service. Thank you so much. These guys REALLY amazed me with their helpfulness and co-operation on a difficult to resolve problem on my VW Westie, Camper... NOBODY w/in 100 miles could tackle the job... I SEARCHED!!!I'm only WISHING they'd MOVE TO MY HOME BASE... Santa Cruz, to BE MY CHOSEN FOREVER MECHANICS (for my 6 Westies which I park at Airports around the COUNTRY)...THANK YOU'S GUYZ for the CONSCIOUS WORK on my "MAIN SQUEEZE"!!!!!!!

Brought my Acura to get fixed, brought it in at 7:30 am the same day that my car broke down. They happily took it in and was fixed the next day after parts were ordered and received.Great mechanics, reasonably priced.AAA approved repair shop, 10% discount.

I showed up without an appointment, to ask if they would replace my headlight assembly on my 2013 C6 Corvette with the new & improve LED headlight assemblies. Aaron greeted me promptly and was very confident that they could do that for me. He made an appointment that worked with my schedule. When I dropped off my car at the appointment time Aaron addressed all of my concerns. During the day he kept me updated and let me know that he would have to keep my car overnight to finish the job. I have taken my car to Walker s for over 25 years! I totally trust them and I wouldn t take my car any place else. They always are pleasant and MOST importantly keep my car in good shape so I am safe.

I have been going to Walkers for two years now. I needed to have brake work done and they did a great job and I didn t have to take out a loan. I haven t had to have anything else done except for my regular oil changes. The staff are very friendly, too. Big name places always bring up tons of stuff that s wrong with your car just to get money out of you. Walkers doesn t do that.Services: Brakes, Oil change

Went to have my AC recharged after my mechanic replaced my radiator and thermostat. Great customer service with quality work at an affordable price. They were fast and efficient and discovered my orings needed to be replaced as it wasn t holding a vacuum seal. They fixed it right up and now my AC is working better and blowing colder than before.Service: Auto A/C recharge

Had my 2018 subaru outback 3.6r serviced here awhile back and did pretty much a 100k mile maintenance package. 6 sparkplug replacements, rear and front differential fluid exchange, tr690 cvt transmission fluid replacement, brake pad replacement, rotor resurfacing, brake fluid drain and replace, and auto tensioner for the serpentine belt. I had the pleasure of working with Luis, very professional and pleasant to work with. All in all, they have above average service and reasonable pricing. I will for sure come back for future work I need done. They didn't have the car long either, which was awesome, so I only had to rent a car for 2 days. They also provide rides through a van to local rental car shops.

Went in to get A/C fixed. The didn't charge me for freon because I actually had to much. Expecting to pay hundreds. Only pd $55. Very nice extremely friendly and wait time was not long. Would definitely reccomend.

I like this place, but when I did my own oil change after them, I took 4.5 qts out of my 3.5qt engine. I should have expected this, as it was filled above the max line on the dipstick when I checked that.

Amazing customer service and car repair. Luis goes out of his way to attend to customer needs and shuttle service made sure I had a ride after returning my rental.
