Highly recommend. I worked with Juan at the shop, great service and great work! Juan was honest the whole way through and showed me the parts as they came out of the car. I got a used transmission online and he put it in my 2004 Jetta. Works great! Will be bringing my car back here if it ever needs work.

I have been a customer for 20+ years & just realized that I had not posted a review for this business. I should have done this much sooner. Juan & Josue are outstanding mechanics and pricing is very fair. They rebuilt my pickup's transmission many years ago very professionally. Juan suggested that if I performed regular transmission service on our vehicles we would avoid major transmission repair issues. I took that to heart and performed annual or bi-annual transmission service ever since then. Glad to share that it has been well worth it & we have not experienced any major transmission issues by following these simple suggestions. DON'T PASS THIS PLACE UP. AN HONEST, GENUINE MECHANIC WORKS HERE. Special thanks to Juan.AAMCO told us my transmission needed to be replaced. So, I looked high and low for a reasonably priced used transmission for my car and bought one. Then I found a mechanic, Juan from Valley Transmission who would remove and replace the transmission for a very good price.The mechanic at Valley Transmission drove the car to check the transmission issues (freeway and city), and calls me tell me that they don't believe that there's anything wrong with my transmission. They were not required to test drive the car. I just wanted him to switch out the transmission we brought to them. They were concerned that I was going to pay for a service that wasn't necessary. Then they did diagnostics and found that there was a exhaust timing sensor that was failing and the symptoms of that failed sensor were similar to a failing transmission.This has got to be the most honest mechanic I have ever met in my 50 years. I will continue to bring my car there for auto repairs.These guys make Aamcco look like just another franchise. One with no quality and little values.

This shop charges a fair price and delivers an excellent service. They understand what they are worth and stand behind their pricing because they are worth it! Often times we as consumers shop for the cheapest price and sacrifice quality work and service which ends up costing more in the long run. If you need a worry and headache free job done by honest professionals, look no further!

They have been taking care of my vehicles since 1992. I try different shops but I always come back cause they are real professionals and honest with the job they done, but also at the time I pay. Thanks Valley Transmission!
