Great experience, I was able to find the best deal to replace all four of my tires. Staff were very friendly and inviting. I would definitely recommend getting your tire serviced here!

From start to finish I am satisfied as a customer here for my first time I came in late and they still took me in for tires and alignment instead of going home. I really appreciate the service, and the prices are really competitive to other shops I would recommend to check them out and ask what kind of promotions they have going on, seems like they have amazing deals at the moment.

I took my car in for an alignment and new tires. After leaving, within 5 minutes, my car had several lights on. ABS, slippery road, etc. so many lights on! I could feel my car trying to break and was very sluggish. I was scared to drive home. I could smell smoke, like my breaks were engaging when they weren t supposed to. I took the car back in and was told it wasn t their fault. That I had to take it to the dealership. I took it to another shop. They told me I had to bring it to the original shop because they messed something up during the alignment and tire replacement. After another attempt to have them fix it, I was told they didn t do anything wrong. They were not going to fix anything unless the alignment needed to be re-done (which it did, my car still pulls severely to the right). They denied any wrongdoing and argued with me when I told them what the other mechanic said. I took it to a different mechanic who had to completely take my tires off and redo everything! He confirmed that the original shop, Tires Direct, was at fault. I have a copy of my invoice from the shop that fixed their shotty work. I will be pursuing the Better Business Bureau for this. Absolutely horrible.

I brought my car for a engine check and asked him to see, he kept my car and asked me that he will call me ones he s done I waited so long and he ain t contacted me I drove very long way back to him, my car was done and he even didn t say sorry for not informing me. He is very irresponsible and rude to his customers.

Highly recommended place ! Went i got 8 semi truck tires for my truck and the owner is very professional including his employees, very good prices! No other tire places couldn't match his prices,like I said highly recommended business.

This shop used to be America's Tire Depot. I spent over $1000 for tires from them last year. I went back for my 5k mile rotation & re-balance.My first clue was it was 8:15 am and there were no customers. The two guys at the counter were clearly annoyed I was there. I told them what I needed and I was told the new owners would not honor the free lifetime rotation. They charged $70 for rotation & balancing. I said ok, then they put my truck on the lift. After removing two tires I was informed that their boss had taken the cone from the balancing machine so they couldn't do the work. I said fine I'll go somewhere else. Then the lift was stuck and wouldn't come down. After about 15 minutes another employee came by and finally got it working.Complete waste of my time. I'll never go back. Dirty & unprofessional are the best words to describe this shop.

Great shop, great employees, friendly and quick service This is an excellent example of wonderful customer service. Many thanks to Tires Direct! Swift as well as productive. Absolutely went above and above what was expected of them.

This is to the owner,i went there to get service ,the manager of this place is rude and unpolite,he got this agresive way of looking at people ,not even the real owner look at customers like that,its the guy that collect the money,teach this guy some manners( owner) he is to rudeza to people .I wiil keep getting service here but if he treat people like that again ,i wiil keep giving you thumbs down.

Called and found out this place is NO longer AMERICAN TIRE DEPOT. Guy who answered (didn't get his name), talked so dang low, I kept telling him to speak up. I had my speaker volume to the MAX and still cuddnt hear him. The fact this isn't the place I thought it was, not so clear customer service, some bad reviews, makes me NOT interested in buying tires even if they are LOW prices. IMPROVE your customer service TIRES DIRECT, I just might come over. Ugh.
