Really great shop. Took me in last minute and had my car done in about 15 minutes. Very kind man named Steve running the front desk. Highly recommend going here.

I took my bmw in they were able to scan it and have it fail because of the cats. So I replaced them and when I took it back they made up so many excuses saying your car is locking my computer my system can t ready your car anymore very untrustworthy people shady older guy at front desk.

This was the best experience I've ever had at a "service" based auto-related business ever.I went in for a basic smog - and from the moment I checked in, he grabbed my keys and ran/jogged out to my car to check the details (mileage, vin, etc). He jogged back in and told me it would be 10 min.10 min later...I failed. I had an EVAP system that needed to get fixed --> which leads to my next 5Star review (J&W Automotive 9th st).Back to the smog...he told me what I needed to do and I did it. I returned (thanks to J&W) in a week - all systems go! Or so I thought. My EGR monitor needed to be reset due to the work that was done. He told me what to do, who to call, where to look..and come back in a week.(If you want to know how to test your EGR Monitor, ask me...I cracked the code).I returned again to the smog shop and he was still hustling to my car, remembered me, made jokes, and delivered such a great customer experience- I loved it. Please please go here for all of your smog needs and support local businesses. It was an A+ start to finish.This is how business should be run.

I have a 97 Toyota. Everywhere I went they wanted over 85$. Found speedway and they were able to smog my car for 60. Very fast and friendly

Overcharged and received very poor service, all they care is making money. Received $25 off-card by mail, their ad shows $28.50 + certificate. They charged me $56 instead of $28 so they can honor the discount. False advertising-. Be careful

Fast but they should check the codes first. My car passed all emissions, but there was an incomplete timer in the engine computer, so I couldn't pass. Still charged me full price! They should check the car computer readiness first ...but then they couldn't charge you full price. A bit of a scam. Saved the guy behind my $80 because he had just replaced his car battery and knew he had a code too.

Fast service, good value. No "gotcha" charges like other discount centers use to jack up your bill. Used the several times now.

I called to ask about pricing on smog and the guy who answered sounded really helpful but the man on the counter when I got there contradicted what the other man told me over the phone and was really rude! I asked him if it was going to be $40 with the coupon applied and he just ignored me and just told me to sign the paper. It looked like he did not like that I had a coupon to use that I got from the website. I saw that he differentiated the way he treated me as a woman compared to other men costumers currently in the waiting area. I felt discriminated!

Been a couple times going here. Service is truly quick, courteous and had my car ready in front of the exit with the door open ready for me to get in.Felt a little like a VIP. Its nice to see a business that knows its business and is confident in the service they provide to their customers. Thank you!

I highly recommend this business. In and out. Check for coupons when the coupon books come out. So worth it. Steve waited on me with such a friendly and courteous vibe that I will definitely go back!

I was very impressed by their service and professionalism, plus they were very nice to work with. They do recommend making an appointment because it can get very busy. They have a nice waiting area, good parking and easy access. I would definitely use them again.

Just had my car smogged....used a coupon...great deal for just under $40 (including smog cert). The service was quick and the staff were very gracious. When my car was ready, it was parked right at the entrance with the door open and car running...all I had to do was hop in and go. Excellent service!!

They are fast, but don't expect a welcoming personality. The guy at the desk will be very short with you. I literally had to read my paperwork after the smog to know if it passed.

I've brought all of my vehicles here for years and have never had an issue, they always have a friendly staff and a clean shop. Their prices are reasonable and I've never had to wait more than 15 minutes at a time. Only downside is there are no cups for the water cooler in the waiting room but that's literally digging for a complaint.
