Currently sitting in the waiting area to get my oil changed. I had called in before coming in and the front desk girl is honestly a blessing for this location. She explained everything in detail, didn t push to over sell me and had great customer service. When I arrived, the oil tech was very polite as well, had excellent knowledge of products and services and also did not push to over sell. It s my first time here and they even gave me a first time customer $10 off coupon. They offered me a complimentary coffee while waiting, and they actually had something worth watching on tv (dude perfect) lol. As of now its definitely 10/10, I ll revise at the end of my visit if needed.

Damaged my daughters oil pan, Spoke to the manager Chris and emailed this listed here and nothing,she is still out $350 for the repairs.What a rip off absolutely ridiculous not to take ownership. Don't take your car extremely disappointed and no one from our family will be back.

Stopped by for an oil change and a transmission flush. Customer service is always great at this site.Visited their website and found a 10% off coupon. I was definitely happy I decided to check out their website.All fluids topped off and on my way to work!

I have two cars, both 2007, one is a Ford Escape that I bought new and the other is a Chrysler PT Cruiser that I bought from my Dad in 2018. I've been taking both to SpeeDee for oil changes, etc. for several years and never had an issue.I keep all my old records, and when I had my PT oil changed on 8/25/23 (98K miles) at the Ceres location, they recommended a change of transmission and power steering fluids, so I approved that. But when I put that receipt in my records, I noticed that the oil change on 2/23/23 (95K miles) at the Turlock location, they changed the transmission fluid.So...3000 miles between transmission fluid change? This was not just adding fluid, but a flush at about $80...each time.Silly me, I took the PT to the Turlock location 11/14/23 (103K) for an oil change, and they recommended a power steering flush and change...I trusted them and didn't question it, so now I've had the power steering flush 3 months and 5000 miles apart.I know it's my responsibility to keep track of those things, but I won't be going back to SpeeDee...I can never trust their recommendations again, since I've been scammed twice by them now. I don't know if maybe there was a change in management or something, this didn't happen prior to 2023.

WARNING!!!They busted the oil pan by tightening it too much. We had to pay $350.00 to get it replaced.Called multiple times NO calls have been returnedBeen to the store twice still no response.We have been getting our oil changed here for the past 6 years.

I just had the best experience here today. I was having a hard day and then Christian and Ashley killed it on the customer service, and it really turned my day around! Christian went above and beyond and fixed my glove box which has been broken FOREVER and though it was close to closing he stayed past to make sure that all recommended fixes were taken care of. I asked Ashley if there was any way to provide feedback directly to their manager and sadly she mentioned that this was the best way. Thank you SO MUCH! To the owner and management these two are incredible employees who really put your customers' needs first and I hope they get some commendation!

They didn t secure the plastic panels that you need to remove to access the oil pan and filter back into place after they finished doing the oil change. It s something that takes minimal effort to secure back into place.Now the plastic panels may be damaged and I will have to secure it back myself so it ll get done the correct way.

The staff that worked in the garage were very pleasant and helpful good attitudes the only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because of the women in the office they were more worried about talking to each other instead of helping the Customers I would go there again because of the staff that worked in the garage they know what they r doing

I was in there waiting almost 10 min. 2 young girls that work there just walking by back and forth into garage not saying a word not hello be right with you can I help you.looks like all high school students work there poor customer service just talking to each other ignoring customers I have a 2023 f.350 $480. Oil change I'll take it else were don't need kids working on my truck anyways. I walked out NOT SPEEDY AT ALL

Friendly staff. My wait was just over 1 1/2 hours. They were waiting on an oil filter to fit my vehicle. They did inform me about the situation as soon as they realized the part was not there. They said it would be about 15 to 20 minute wait on the part. So, I had an extra cup of coffee

Open on Sundays! Nice. Go early though, can get busy. If they say you have a dirty air filter, and you have a smidge of mechanical ability, buy your own. Mark up on parts is big.

Rudy is a legend most honest mechanic ever. Doesn't try to upsell you one bit. He has checked and worked on my Chrysler 200 many times. Super reliable and a honest man.

Always have great service coming here. It's my go to oil shop in the area. Pretty fast too.Update: another thing they do that I don't see the dealership do was point out parts on the engine that look like they are at the end of life. I inquired if they replace said parts and they usually do, but also for great prices too.

Had an oil change at 8 this morning. Needed tires rotated as well. Had to wait almost 2 hours cause mechanic showed up late. Is this normal? Never seen this before. Won't be back.

They didn t change the filter I got the most expensive oil change and they left my car leaking oil and I took it back they told me to take it to the dealer nothing was wrong with my car until I took it there it needed water Ithe oil was dirty I don t know if they did the oil change or they just charge 85 and didn t do nothingService: Oil changeService: Oil change

Rudy helped me out, he explained the process and let me observe the testing process for my car to have AC. I could tell he was experienced and not a recent graduate by the way he explained the process and he was very helpful, convinced me to purchase the condenser where I know other places would ve just said you have a leak and ask me if I want to replace it or not etc. he was very thorough in his work, I appreciate that.

Was 100% + satisfied with the oil change that said in paperwork fluid were full checked or topped off...until 3-4 weeks later a few service.lights came on where I had to go get a few fluid and had to fill cause one was below the max line and one was below min. line but I can say the manager Mario went above and beyond to make a very satisfied customer is probably why I have been a returning customer

Amazing efficient work, reasonable and competitive pricing, and friendly staff. Bathrooms are tell tells of a business - thank you for having a clean waiting area, parking lot, and bathroom. Many thank yous to Mario for explaining my car concerns effectively. You were not a used car sales man and you did not push services on me. So I went to get my oil changed and once they were done they gave me a list of things that potentially needed fixing. Also after I drove out I heard a rustling sound inside of the passengers side of my engine which wasn't there before. I took it to the Ford dealership and they said that my serpentine belt was fine and that it wasn't cracked. Also the sound was leaves that they never pulled out. Speedee almost charged me $260 for stuff that wasn't even needing to be fixed in my car. Never again will I go here.Service: General repairs & maintenance

It's a bit of a hit or miss when to comes to the services here. I usually come to do the oil change. Sometimes there are times when the service isn't done properly. My car was leaking oil after getting it change. They will try to convince to spend money on things you don't really need. It's been a decent experience

I went there on a Saturday it took about an hour for them to get to my car (keep in mind I had 1 car ahead of me) and when they finally did my oil change they closed my hood crooked and chipped my driver fender. Fast forwarding 4 days on Wednesday i was in the freeway on my way to work and when all of the sudden i feel a bump on my back tire and I look at my mirrors and all I see is a cloud of white smoke, I take it to the mechanic and they called and said that my oil filter was missing. This happened 2 months ago and I am still fighting with them
