Sam's Auto Repair is a family run business. Sam is the main mechanic, with his father helping in the shop, and his sister in the office. They are some of the nicest people you will EVER meet! And they know what they are doing! You will not find a more honest, knowledgeable, fast, efficient, and reasonably priced mechanic anywhere. Sam takes the time to SHOW you what the problem is, and explain exactly what needs to be done to fix it.My Lincoln had a clogged drain hole, which with all the heavy rains we had, caused 3+ inches of water to fill the interior of the car and trunk. Three other shops told me that they didn't know how to, or couldn't fix the issue. But, when I called Sam, he said he had experience with this kind of issue and knew just how to fix it. After showing me everything that they were going to do, Sam kept me apprised of the progress with phone calls, texts, and pictures. Sam and his father removed all the seats and carpeting, padding and used heaters to dry everything out over several days. They also cleaned the seats. carpets, seatbelts and all the nooks and crannies, inside and out, and treated for mold, It was a monumental job. And even though it turned out to be a bigger job than anticipated, Sam stuck with his original quote. When I picked up my car, it literally looked like it was brand new!We also had a major issue with my husbands vehicle and after inspecting it, Sam called to tell us that it wasn't worth fixing. Sam could have fixed it and made money on the repair, but he was honest with us. He may have lost money on that repair, but he gained a customer for life! And we tell all our friends, relatives, and even strangers about him.It is truly refreshing to feel like you can actually trust your auto mechanic! Give him a try. You will not be disappointed.There are over 100 reviews and every one of them is 5 stars! That's a pretty epic recommendation.

Customer service here was phenomenal! I RECOMMEND Sam's to anyone who is afraid of winding up with a shady repair shop. This man was honest and extremely welcoming. His staff was equally as friendly and made you feel like i truly was valued as a customer. The work Sam did was on my car was exactly what I asked and his advice on things I may need done as well never came off like he was talking down to me. Explained in a way I could understand and not like he was making a sales pitch.

Took car in for a window that kept falling down. Easy to make an appointment. Window fixed quickly and works great. Sam was informative and efficient. Price was good and fair. Very happy with the job. Would recommend Sam s auto to everyone.

Great and hardworking people. Very friendly and helpful every time I've been in. I got all 4 tires changed for waaay less than all the other shops quoted me. I've already recommended them to my friends. I appreciate you, guys!! See y'all when these roads put another bubble in my tire!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS!!We were referred to Sam's Auto Repair by our neighbor who has gone to this shop for many years. We have had some bad experiences with mechanics in this area since moving out here from the Bay, but he gave us an honest quote, did the work and even fixed some extra items. Every other mechanic we've gone to in the last 6 years took advantage of us. I highly recommend him. Best experience we've had with a mechanic since we've moved to Riverbank.

Sam helped us out immediately on a road trip with an Enterprise rental car that had a check engine light. Took us in immediately and diagnosed all the codes to advise us if continuing was safe from a mechanical standpoint.The vehicle ended up having some other issues on the way, but I appreciated his thorough review to get us on our way.

Best customer service I have ever received at an auto shop. Owner was very nice and talked through everything that he was going to be doing to the car. Went in for an oil change which came with a vehicle inspection which was a great plus. Also, he replaced one of my windshield wipers for free because he had seen mine was broken, which I really appreciated. will definitely be coming back for future services !Services: Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

I needed an oil change on my mercedes and my sister referred me to Sam. Sam was very responsive and attentive. I dropped my car off and he was done with it in a timely manner, super convenient! Short version: Sam is professional, respectful, and treats you like a friend. Quick same day service. Would recommend and definitely coming back for future mechanic visits.I went in not even fully knowing what was wrong with my car besides a noise that was bothering me. Sam walked me through what would be done to figure out my concerns. Afterwards showed me the replaces parts and explained to me what was causing the problems with my car and walked me through the entire process. If anyone is looking for local shops and is intimated by mechanic visits, I can t recommend Sam enough.

I went to get my brake pads and rotors fixed today . This place is amazing ! They also gave me a full diagnostic on my car as well as fix up my little Knicks and kinks I had on my bumper ! Definitely recommend coming here sam is a great guy and a very honest person when it comes to his business! I ll definitely be going back . Plus they did my brake pads and rotors same day as I called .

My car broke down Friday night and when I got a tow truck. Sam came highly recommended and to say the least Sam meet all my expectations and went above and beyond to provide a high quality service. I didn t have an appointment and Sam made sure to make some time to fix my car. Before taking my car, Sam allowed me to send him pictures and talk about the issue I was having and point me in the right direction. The diagnosis given by Sam was clear. The catalytic converter was stolen from my 2004 Honda Odyssey. Other shops quoted me over $3,000.00 to replace it! Sam got it done for a MUCH more reasonable price and had it completed the same day! Sam is the best mechanic by far, and any car I bring him he gives me the details what needs to be done and he is very honest and thats hard to come by these days.
