Bought this car from Robert s auto sales in late janurary. I don t regret it, I love this car to death. Richard also made the experience nice and easy when there was a mix up with my bank and made the deal work. If I ever have to buy another car I m coming back here again !

Amazing. No pushing, great rates (and they don't haggle which is good, you know you are not quoted high)You can test drive cars, check out inventory - no questions asked. Super clear and neat cars. Huge inventory.Once you finalize and let them know - your entire paperwork is less than 30 mins.Very reliable(43+ years), super friendly and great shop.Thank you Chris and Eric.

This is my second time buying a vehicle from Roberts. In fact, I traded in my first vehicle from them for my second. One thing that I appreciate about them is that absolutely do not pressure you. I had a great experience with Erik in sales. I went home with the vehicle I had my mind set on, and after driving it for a day I had lots of doubts about my choice. So I went back and test drove something completely different and loved it! I ended up going with the second choice and couldn't be happier. Erik was very understanding and patient with me and I super appreciate him not making me feel like a burden for changing my mind. Thanks so much!

We'd been looking for another car for awhile and had been eyeing Roberts for quite some time. They always have great inventory. Lot was clean and everyone was pleasant. When we decided on a vehicle, it could not have been a better experience. No haggling or wasted hours with a sales rep. Very clean car and in and out of there in record time. We've purchased a couple of cars here. I will always recommend this place! I HATE going to other places cuz I feel stressed out by pushy salesmen as soon as I walk on the lot. Not here! You could browse and test drive with peace of mind. They stand by their cars!

I purchased a vehicle at Robert s and unfortunately returned it under their 5 day satisfaction guarantee. There was nothing wrong with the vehicle, however I felt I wanted a couple of options not included. They were very gracious and accommodating in returning the vehicle. I wouldn t hesitate to buy from them in the future. Thanks Roberts!!

Be careful, you as a consumer WILL NOT come first or be treated well. I am not a local but am not too far away from this shop. With that being said, I was interested in purchasing a car and submitted my finance application online. ERIK AYALA reached out to me. I let him know that I just submitted my application. He then responded with he's looking into it right now. And that was the last I've heard from him. My credit may not be in the best shape but, at least reach out to me and tell me that you were unable to approve me so that I can move on. Horrible experience, wasted my whole day when I could've been looking else where.

Over-all, the experience itself was smooth and easy. The only issue I had was the sticker said 21k, my total out the door somehow came out to 27k and my car is actually only worth about 17k... Granted, I conveniently didn't put anything down and didn't have to make a payment for 3 months so.... I guess that "convenience" cost me 10k more than the value of the car itself. Other than that, I genuinely love my car and I've had zero issues with it!!

Bought a 2021 Kia Niro Touring edition yesterday. Philip was my salesperson AND my finance guy. Most dealerships have seperate departments and you have to wait forever for the financial paperwork. Below are my pros and cons of my experience.Pros:1. Friendly staff from everyone.2. Philip was really efficient and was a pleasure to work with. From the time I sat down to start the financing to the keys being handed to me took about an hour.3. Dealership has quick access to different lenders in which they can find the best rate.3. Vehicle was exceptionally clean.4. 5 day satisfaction guarantee.5. Not forced to buy add-ons you don't want like low jack, gap insurance, warranties...just make sure you tell them to take it off if you don't want it.6. Good selection of vehicles from various makers.7. Competitive pricing.8. Drinks were offered.9. Low pressure. Walked around the lot and test drove the vehicle by myself.Cons: (more like possible improvements that can be made)1. I didn't get a reply from a text I sent. Philip apologized about that when I got there without me saying anything about it.2. They don't do wire transfers from banks.3. Visibility from the street. For some reason it was easy for me to pass by in the vastness of the other dealerships around Robert's.4. Maybe some bathroom touchups. It was clean, not to worry.5. Set up shop closer to where I live. Haha.

I was looking at the Nissan 2022 leaf s as it was in my budget. After sitting down with the salesman and said I was paying in cash he gave me the numbers of the total price. 8.25% tax for 15,997 including fees and taxes somehow came up to $18,400 which seemed high. I calculated it and there was $600 extra unaccounted for and not disclosed what that was. He asked a few times if I wanted to finance, I kept saying no. It made me uncomfortable so I left. The next day I found a 2019 sl plus at another dealership and left spending around the same price but for way more features and the people actually worked with me and have a 4 year warranty! I would seek elsewhere or be on the lookout for undisclosed fees if they seem a little higher than they should be. Go with your gut not impulse buy.

This was where we got our most recent vehicle, and the process was quick and easy, and this being five years ago or so, we have had no issues with our vehicle. On top of this the staff is incredibly friendly, for the past six years I've been coming in asking for donations or someone to bid on my animals at the StanCo fair, and they always helped out however they could.

My family has bought a few cars from Roberts through the years & they have always been really easy to work with . And one hundred percent stand behind there cars. They are always super clean & in new condition with low miles . I have referred 3 friends here who purchased vehicles & have been super satisfied. I just recently bought my truck & I am in love Roberts staff always super friendly and helpful.

We were excited to buy a truck and found one we like.After test driving it.We were told that the price was non-negotiable.We tried to trade in our Armada, but the salesperson was sarcastic When we told him year and mileage.We ask if we could give 15,000 down payment if he could lower the price.However he refuse to negotiate ,so we decided to walk away and find a different dealership that would treat us better and work with us on the price.

Honestly, I gave them a chance... 3 record cars that ik all gave a misfire all 3 especially my 2023 tacoma trd off road. Which is get repaired(new cylinder head)...it had 16k miles are you kidding me...I'm about to lemon law this place cuz wow.

If I could give 10 stars, I would!Robert's Auto Sales is the only used car dealership worth buying from. Here's why....I'd been considering getting and actively searching for a Jeep Renegade for months. When I headed out to Modesto from the East Bay back in January, I was actually going to look at another Renegade at a different lot. I had come across a listing from Roberts Auto Sales of a gorgeous Jeep Renegade, but I wasn't planning to set up a test drive it since I thought it was out of my price range as someone working their first career job. I saved the listing just in case, and when I went out to Modesto to look at the other Jeep and ended up really not liking it, I noticed that Roberts Auto Sales was just down the street and figured I may as well go test drive the one they had to compare.I headed over to Roberts and the second I got in the Jeep Renegade they had on their lot, I instantly fell in love and knew I was going to be heading home with a new car. While there, I worked with Chris, who I swear is a car guru and must have been sent to be my guardian angel during the process of buying my new car. He was so incredibly helpful, patient, and genuine throughout the whole process. I had never taken out a car loan before, but Chris worked incredibly hard to get me an INCREDIBLE rate and deal with Travis Credit Union that actually ended up costing less for a more expensive Renegade model!Through the whole process he was clearly trying to help support me with my first big "adult" purchase, and doing everything he could to guarantee that I would be in the best position financially when I drove my new car off the lot. During this process I was also trading in my old car, and he was able to offer me a fantastic trade deal that made up a huge chunk of my down-payment.If you are in the market for a new-to-you car, I beg you to check out Roberts Auto Sales and ask for Chris. You will not have a better car buying experience with anyone else, anywhere else. Chris genuinely wants to help you get the right car for you and at a great price.

Best car experience ever!! My family and I only buy from Robert s. We ve been customers for over 10 yrs now. I personally just bought our 3rd car and once again Casey and his crew did us right. No pressure. Great prices. Immaculate cars. And Robert s stand by their products and their customers. 5 stars are not enough. If you need a quality car at a great price and want a great buying experience than Robert s is the place to go. Tell them Pastor Mike sent you.

The greatest car buying experience. No one will bother you, you can look all you want, ask questions, they all seem hard-working and they won t beat around the bush. Very simple process. We were helped by Erik and he was fantastic, very friendly and he went above and beyond for us. Very appreciative and the family left satisfied with our new ride. Don t waste your time going anywhere else, just go to Robert s Auto Sales, I ve never regretted doing so.

I had heard a lot of great things about Roberts prior to visiting, and I must say, everything I heard was correct. Recently accompanied my mother to help her purchase a newer vehicle. This was the easiest, most stress free car buying experience that either one of us had ever experienced. Erik was awesome and made our experience even that much more pleasant. He didn't try to push unnecessary "products" or anything when it came time to signing.Huge inventory of low mile slightly used vehicles to choose from. Great job Roberts !

Definitely had a pleasant experience here. In the time of covid traveling anywhere can be stressful but my ten hour round trip to Roberts Auto Sales to buy my new car was stress free. Great haggle free set prices. The whole process was very quick. Definitely recommended

My daughter & I bought a Fiat 500 a couple of weeks ago at Roberts Auto Sales. Low miles, great price. Our sales person was Erik. I have never experienced a smoother no hassle experience when buying a car! Erik was professional, informative & friendly. The process was so quick too. Once we decided on a car it took approximately 30 minutes to go over the financing, sign everything & get the keys. They do not waste your whole day shifting you around from desk to desk.
