Randy and his Team are awesome! Took my truck in for electrical diagnostics for right side parking lights blowing fuse. The tech found the issue and fixed it.

This place is amazing! I finally found a trustworthy and not over priced place to take my car! To top it off they are even fast and friendly! Randy even takes the time to show you the old and broken car parts and explain the where when and whys!

Every time I needed maintenance, either known or all of a sudden, RM Automotive has always taken care of my car's needs in a timely manner. Granted I never had any dire repairs needed, like a transmission replacement, but every experience has always been very positive. I'm a single woman and have been taken advantaged of often, when it comes to car repairs. I've been going here now for a couple of years. They are honest, fix what is wrong, and reasonably priced. I'm a happy customer

Went there today and got my key remote programmed for my car. He was very nice, very helpful. Knew what he was doing. Got the job done in a quick professional manner. Too bad you can only click on 5 stars. Ide give him 10.!!

Third time is a charm. Had issues with my car. Took it to other mechanics. First one had no clue how to fix problem. Second mechanic wanted an arm and a leg to fix problem. Then found this plce on yellow pages. My car was fixed and only cost me a fraction of what was quoted by second mechanic.

Hello Evrrybody do not take your here there Payed them $900.00 and its still over heating and its still not working right at all they dont good work at all my car is still running like it was never worked on bye anybody I dont think they did a dam thing to it I payed for a water and timing belt and all they did was put a timing belt on there and water pump is not working right at all so do not take your car there I hate this I payed them way to much money for it not to work right at all.......

I am seriously undermining the integrity of this "business"My dad took his truck in because it wouldn't start. He does not speak very good english and I am starting to wonder if he was taken advantage of just because of that.The person who worked on it, replaced the starter and it would start but not run properly. It would start and idle very roughly, and they suggested replacing the spark plugs which they did. That didn't help. That alone was $900. AND THE TRUCK WAS STILL NOT RUNNING PROPERLY.He then suggested that we replace the throttle body since the "throttle body service" did not help. That quote was another $600.My dad could not afford it so he took it back to home. I called in and talked to the person who worked on it and he said all he needs is a throttle body and that will fix it.I got the throttle body replaced by a real professional. The car still acted the same way. So we got to troubleshooting the problem a little bit further. We ran a diagnostics scan and some data showed, but most did not which was a little weird.We removed the PCM/ECM (computer) and and checked the wiring....all looked good. It turns out the FUSE for the PCM/ECM WAS IN THE WRONG PLACE.We put that fuse back to it's CORRECT position, and the truck turned on fine with no problems. And as soon as I remove that fuse it would act up again.I think this was a serious scam, and no one should ever conduct business like this.Again, seriously undermining the integrity of this business because I do not know if the fuse was misplaced on purpose or not. Either way, he was not able to fix it without any more money. This should have been corrected by him. Lots of wasted time trying to figure out what the actual problem was. I replaced the throttle body which should have fixed it (he told me personally on the phone), and it turns out to be a fuse after a couple hours of troubleshooting. Thanks...

I was amazed. I have an electronic key that would cost almost $200 to have the dealer program. R & R got the job done in minutes and the price was one tenth of the dealer cost.
