This guy is unreliable and his service sucks. He is never on time takes days to respond and messes your car up. Has you miss days of work because you set a day and he don t even give you the courtesy to give you a ring to let you know in advance he isn t going to make it. He will also have your car worse then it was before he worked on it. I d advise you to find someone else who s on time and gets the job done correctly.

In the evening, after a battery replacement under warranty, found that my van s alternator was bad. Tried to find a shop but most were closed or closing. Then I found Raul s post and scheduled for an appointment and gave details of my problem. He was able to accept my appointment. Said an estimate of his parts and services and approximately when he d be able to stop by. While he was getting parts he shared me status. Before he arrived I told him in case he could not make it, I also requested an appointment with another shop. they would not look at my request until the next day. He made it late that evening and went to work. He had the equipment and lighting he needed while I waited. Took about 1.5 hours. Had me test the van. The battery charged successfully. Verified circuit was good. Payment process was with Venmo. I haven t used Venmo in a while. He was patient with me while I logged in. Van has been great since.

I had a thoroughly disappointing experience with Raul s Mobile Repair service. Firstly, scheduling an appointment was a nightmare. Raul was consistently late, keeping me waiting for hours without any communication or updates.When he finally arrived, his attitude was lackluster and unprofessional. He seemed disinterested in the job at hand and didn t bother explaining the issues with my car in a comprehensible manner.To make matters worse, the repair work itself was subpar. Not only did he fail to fix the initial problem, but he also managed to create additional issues with my vehicle. It felt like he was more interested in cutting corners than providing quality service.Overall, I would not recommend Raul s Mobile Repair to anyone in need of reliable and competent car repair services. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere for a more reliable mechanic.

Thank you so much for coming through and change my starter and gave me a great price for your labor. He did it quick within 25 minutes. As soon he arrived, he went straight to business. My car is up and running. Thank you Raul. I for sure will come back to you.

Woke up and my car wouldn't start, I usually do all my own work but do to medical issues I couldn't. I called Raul and he was able to come out same day and replace my starter. After he replaced the starter he found it shorter the battery and determined I would need a new battery.Great service and he even went to parts house and picked up the starter I purchased and he offered to go to parts house for the battery to.Will recommend and use on furture

So, picture this: My ride decides to take a nap in some random parking lot near the highway. After ringing up a bunch of mobile mechanics, only one dude hits me back, saying, "Yeah, I gotchu after I'm done with this other job, in like, three hours." I'm like, "Cool, see you tonight," and he's like, "Yeah, but it'll be dark." Fast forward three hours, he hits me up, asking if I still need help. I'm like, "Yeah, but can we check if it's the alternator first?" No sweat, he's already there when I roll up.Dude pops the hood, whips out a tool, and boom, it's the alternator. He gives me the lowdown on two options, both around 220 or 250 plus labor. I'm like, "Let's do it," and before I can ask if he wants me to grab the part, he's off to get it himself while I chill. Twenty minutes later, he's back, and in just an hour, he's fixed it up in the dark like an absolute savage! Never doubted him for a second. Good looking bruh

Needed to get a pre-purchase car inspection and Raul was able to get over to the dealer and do it the same day. He has tons of experience and showed up at the dealer on time and was very thorough. If I ever need to get a car inspected, I wouldn't hesitate to call him again.

My wife went out of town to take care of some business. Her car broke down and Raul's Mobile Repair was called by an Auto Zone employee to come help her. Raul arrived and immediately identifed and repaired the problem. Raul, I cannot thank you enough for coming to my wife's aid and getting her back on the road. You are certainly a repair angel. We have your business card and will spread the word! And a big thank you, too, to the Auto Zone employee who suggested and made the call to Raul's Mobile Repair!

My alternator went out after work and I had called Raul hoping he could fix it the same day and he was able to get my new alternator in the same day. His communication was excellent and he made recommendations for future repairs. Raul did a great job at explaining the problems with the car and charged a fair price for his work. I highly recommend his service and anytime I have issues with my car again I will definitely be calling him.

My friend and I have been using Raul's mobile repair for a couple of years now. He is a great mechanic and very affordable. He has been available late at night, weekends, driven me home after dropping my car off, picked things up for me at the auto parts store and made arrangements for pick up or drop off if we couldn't find a time that fit us both. Honesty, good work and affordability are unbeatable.

Raul always responds to my call quickly and shows up in a timely manner to troubleshoot my issues. He has even worked on two vehicles in the same day for me on the spot. From diagnostics to replacing a starter, headlight and fuel pump without the slightest hesitation or setback. This gentleman is top-notch and the best in his class! He Changed my water pump when no one else would. He charged me a great price which did not take my soul. This man has helped beyond words and was so kind! I recommend him to the fullest! So I found this company on google and I m alllll about reviews! His were good and I decided to give it a go. I had just bought a car from someone and they had cleared the codes and now I had a car with unknown problems.He s mobile, so we met up and he immediately diagnosed it and was ready for repair, within 30 minutes. This guy is very knowledgeable and doesn t try to upsell you! He fixed what was wrong and he did a test run and even checked up on me a few days later.He was so honest, quick, reliable and knowledgeable, that I decided to come back to him to fix my brakes. He came to my house, as promised and fixed my brakes in less than an hour.My new go-to mechanic for everything! I highly suggest, if you re looking for a reliable and affordable, not to mention HONEST mechanic!!!! I m a single Mom of two young boys. So trust me when I say this guys is too legit. My car broke down after work at a local autoparts store while trying to test my battery. Come to find out it was the starter. Went home, did some research found these reviews. Asked for a quote that night. Raul was able to squeeze me in the next day! Came out to the autoparts store where my car broke down at and fixed it on the spot. Super fast, great work and price! Raul is amazing! He saw me struggling at auto zone one day (the employee was taking forever to change my battery) and offered me his business card. The time came to replace my breaks and I am so happy I decided to give Raul a call. You can tell he knows what he s doing and his work shows it. He was kind enough to tell me what was going on with my car (which is really helpful for a girl like me). Raul is a hard-working, honest mechanic and after my first experience with him servicing my van today, I can't recommend him enough. Very professional, responsive, and saved me a LOT of money by fixing my car in the parking lot of a repair shop that was charging MORE THAN DOUBLE what he did. My Subaru starter was not working and I called Raul and he came out right away! It was almost 7:30pm and I felt bad, but his service was fast and efficient! He fixed the issue with our car and was very professional. Use his service if you have an issue with your car! 10/10 recommended!

My daughter's 2001 Civic needed to have the alternator replaced and Raul was able to schedule me that afternoon to come out to my house and replace the unit. First he did a series of tests on the battery and alternator to verify that was the issue. He knew what the expected readings on the battery and the alternator should be, and he verified the results of before and after the installation. I'm very glad that Raul was able to squeeze us in and make sure the issue was resolved before leaving. Now I know who is at the top of my list next time I need work done on one of my cars by a professional.Services: Electrical, Battery

Had an issue with my car coming home from a graveyard shift. Needed my car fixed asap as I'm a single parent with one car. And would have no way to work. Called a few places and no one would come out. Raul answered my call at 8am and was there within the hr. Diagnosed my car, got the part and had it fixed within 2 hrs from the time I called.
