Absolutely amazing service and Mark was extremely nice and clearly a Christian man. Will definitely be my new oil change spot. Love that I can just sit in my car for the whole service!!

We've been going here for years. Mark and the gang are always polite and knowledgeable. If they believe that your car needs service that they cannot provide, they will even give recommendations. It does get crowded on the weekends, but even with that, the wait isn't nearly along as it is at the dealership.

I used this facility for years, no problems, friendly staff. I recently gave my old car to my daughter. When the time came for her to have the oil changed, I sent her here while she was visiting from Sacramento. Her car soon began leaking oil and was needing oil added before it was due for another change, to the tune of 2 quarts. The time for an oil change came, she took it to a similar place in Sac and they wouldn't touch it because the wrong plug was in the drain pan. It was cross threaded and covered in a liquid gasket. We are now installing a new oil pan. Thanks PS, this was the same car I've brought here many times.

They are great always a cheerfully face when I bring my work vehicle in its fast and these guys know what there doing get you in and out fast and efficient

Been coming here for a little over a year now for my oil changes & the staff is always super friendly, professional, helpful, & knowledgeable. Unless they re busy, I m usually in & out in about 15 minutes. Very afforadable!

I am very grateful I found Mark and his guys, they are very professional and kind and really care about their customers. I had a problem with my oil gasket cap and they replaced and made sure everything looked good. Thank you Mark for providing great customer service as well as all the workers who work there , I ll definitely be back soon.

They charged me more money than supposed to and it was overall very poor service. I go there all the time but this time was an awful experience for me. I will never go there again.

First off let me start by saying I didn t even get my oil changed here since they have no clue what each other is doing. I stoped in and asked how much for a oil change for my car, guy said $54 plus tax and I was like ok good deal. They were busy and I don t live far so I left and came back 30 mins later. The same cars were still there waiting to have their oil changed, so not 10mins like they promote! Then as I waited another 20 minutes One car is done and leaves so I was able to pull into their 4 car bay that was full just for them to tell me that the oil change is going to be $95+ tax so not only does their sign lie about how long it will take but they do as well about prices just to get you in and then rob you after the work is done! Will never go back here or recommend this place to anyone!

Great service. Just came back and got another oil change. Mark helped me out. He called the next day making sure everything was good. Extremely nice guys. Will definitely come back.

I've been going to PRO-TEN for over 25 years & I have NEVER had a bad experience with them!The manager, Mr. Mark Mora is the kind of human being that I wish EVERYONE in the business world was like!Mark & his crew know HOW to treat their customers & that is certainly a very rare commodity in today's business climate.I highly recommend their services to ANYONE!

The team here sure let's you know they appreciate you as a customer. They are fast, but double check the job. Never try to upset just gives me great service for my car. I love the energy here and trust them 100%.

Very professional and thorough. No other shop can out-do the excellent service that these guys provide. They greet you, allow you to stay in the car to complete services, show you the level & color of your engine oil, tell you that all fluids have been topped off, belts look good, air in tires are adjusted to correct pressure, suggested that I am due for a transmission service soon, can get it serviced now or the next visit to their shop. Even offered me a discount if I return. Not pressure at all. They showed me the color of my transmission fluid so I can see what they assessed. Prices are fair. I highly recommend them!!

These people are very honest. I took my car in there found out I didn t need to have my radiator, flushed or changed and they were upfront about it. They save me 100 bucks.

The best!! You gotta come and let them do your oil change. High quality Penzoil fully synthetic out the door for under a hundred bucks. Washer fluid topped off, air in the tires, fluids checked. Beautiful atmosphere and great helpful knowledgeable people. I left happy and satisfied. I will not go any where else ever again.

Technicians are friendly, however they have a policy that they cannot deviate from the specified oil weight from the manufacturer, even at customer request. Which is understandable for their protection, however as the vehicle owner I should be able to consent to the risk and alleviate the business of any potential risks. I will be going back to Canepas Oil, only tried this place because it was going to be convenient today.

Never had this problem with them except they are overpriced. I always came here for years for convenience until they CAUSED an oil leak by removing screws on the oil pan and not putting the screws back. After them causing me hardship and having to go to a mechanic and spent hundreds of dollars and nearly destroyed my engine becus the oil leak was so bad around Christmas time, I will never go here again. They have the nerve after I even tip them. I would give zero stars if I could.Service: Oil change

Superior customer service! I came in for a full service fluid/oil change over a week ago, and today my car was running rough, I called them, and Mike said bring it in, and he'd check everything for me, gratis. That's how you get repeat and loyal customers! Thank you guys so much!

Mark and his team were great! First of all I didn't even get out of my truck. They led me in the loading dock and sat back after that. Window down Mark explains each step and how it helps my truck. Educating me on what to look for. He was very nice in every step. I'd go here again and again. It only took a few minutes and I was on my way without breaking the bank. The service is so good it makes a guy wanna tip!
