Juan The office technician is a good leader. I don't know the proper title he holds. He writes up the orders and you give him your key. Well he told me what I needed but they didn't have the Michelin brand tire. He offered another brand but I said no. He did put the donut tire on for me. There was a long wait but it was reasonable. It was Sunday afternoon and there were a lot of appointments ahead of me.

They always fix my issues with a reasonable amount of time, no issues ever and always great work. Very pleased on how quick they take care of you... only thing I would say is a bit pricey, but you pay for the work you get. Thank you Pep Boys!

Emil did a fantastic job telling and showing me what I needed for my suspension. The quote he gave me is what I paid. In addition, I asked for the senior discount and got 10% off my bill. Highly recommend!!

I ve been using PepBoys for several years now and they have never fail me. This was my first time using the Location on Mchenry. I went in to replace my two front tires, however with in the first week my tire was already leaking air.I took it back and explain my problem. They then said it s because of the cold weather and that they had fix the issue.They took more than half the day with the car because they explained one of their workers had to go get their equipment from home.The next few mornings my tire was down to the rim! It was clear they never checked the tire and just put air in it.So I took it to America Tire where they actually inspected my tire and found a punctures in it.They were able to fix it right away!If I could give no stars, I would.

Update 3/24 - bought and had tires installed that were shot within 20,000 miles of regular driving... Had 40,000 mile warranty but they did not uphold it. Instead, they offered me the same tires for the same cost but without labor, then told me they will no longer honor the warranty on those tires? Sketchy deals.They tell you one number for the price then raise it once it's time to pay unless you hold your ground and tell them you're not paying more than what they already quoted you for. Don't get taken advantage of, there is no customer loyalty here and they will try to pinch every penny they can from you. Very bad business tactics and garbage tires. Pretty sure the "new" set I bought is used. Wouldn't recommend.

Quote for new tires was overly expensive. They tried to upsell me a few times after I said I needed the cheapest tires possible for the time being. The wait time if I stayed would have been 3 hours. No thanks. I gave it 2 stars because at least the guy was nice.

I just took my vehicle in for four new tires and routine scheduled maintenance. I booked the appointment and selected the tires online adding additional information regarding the maintenance, so convenient and helpful. When I arrived for my appointment the service manager already had everything written up and tires that I specified in shop waiting. Everything was done in a timely manner and care was taken to make sure the interior of my vehicle was protected from unwanted grime. It is a light-colored interior. I got four new tires installed with four-wheel alignment, balance and road hazard plus the scheduled maintenance that was due for the price of what the dealership would charge just for the scheduled maintenance. I have used Modesto Pep Boys for over ten years and have never had a problem.

Pep boys is not what it used to be. The quality and service has become more deplorable than ever. They do not honor warranties and give all kinds of excuses. No accountability, go to Less Schwab. Day and night.

9/13. this was my first service here. I had to get my 90k out the way and brakes changed. John and Emilio took care of me and as we talked more I felt comfortable leaving my car there. Ty! Again I ll gladly come back here for future services.

Emil takes great care of me every time I visit his shop. After having some pricier work done, like putting in a new car battery, they will even call me a couple days later to ensure that I am happy with the part that I purchased and the service I received. Even though there are multiple other convenient auto shops closer to my house, I will make the extra drive to go to Pep Boys. Well done, PepBoys!

Took my RAV4 to get fixed. I ve never been to a Pep Boys before & was very impressed with the customer service. Very professional, honest & very nice people. I worked with Emil who was just superb, he explained EVERYTHING. I now am happy to say I have a go to place when I need auto service. Friendly staff. And great service.We were visiting family and my truck would not start. AAA could not get it to start so we had it towed to Pep Boys. They diagnosed the problem and got it fixed. All in just an hour or so. And on a Saturday!!!
