Worst customer serviceYou may think they charge reasonble but they break something so you pay more thats how they run their business I found it the Hard way go check it at your cost

WARNING WARNING WARNINGThis is how they treat after spending more than $1000 with them. They took off my controll arm and lost the washer and put it back without the washer and they tightened too much that broke my subfram that I had to pay for due to their mistake AND NOW THEY DONT WANA FINISH JUST PUTTING A NEW WASHER.WHO IS TO BLAME FOR THEIR MISTAKE ????

Place rocks! Only place for lowrider white walls(thick) and the China rims aren't that expensive. I have hydros, so I go though em. Thanks Paradise!

This is the 2nd time that I have used Paradise for used tires. I'm disappointed because I specifically requested that they adjust all my tires to 32psi. He said yeah, no problem. I did not feel like his response was genuine, so I mentioned it again and thistime I informed him that the first time I got tires from them all four of my tires had different PSI when I left and I wanted to be certain that doesn't happen again. He again confirmed he understood.Well wouldn't you know it, the tire that they replaced was 39 PSI the other ones were 31 and 30. Unbelievable that we have such a decline in customer service and customer satisfaction.

Me and my husband have done a lot of business here and they are very reasonable in price. And the guys are very helpful and knowledgeable.

Found the perfect wheels for my setup. Let them know the specs I was looking for, found the perfect wheel and tire combo for a great deal. Will be returning for future tire and wheel needs!

Came for new tires and gave the best price compare to other tire shops for 4 new tires. Got here and checked my breaks, they were honest said no need for breaks yet, also did alignment.The person who helps at the front is TJ, he s awesome, great customer service.I will definitely come here again, I was recommended by my brother and he was right about this place.

Good deals on new tires. When comparing prices with Costco; this location is much better. You could get your oil change at this location that come with free alignment, balancing, alignment, and they are friendly.

The guys that work here. Amazing. But owner? Greedy and prices are ridiculous! I called around same tire was 40 bucks less. Call around. Same street. I messed up but learned my lesson. Shop around trust me. Go a block down and u will save. Wish I had.

I come to this tire shop all of the time and these guys that run it and their staff are awesome every time I go there they always go the distance to make sure that I m happy with their work I highly recommend the spot they re good people

Sold my aunt 4 new tires claiming they read 3 and 4 on there tread gauge. I check before she showed up and all 4 tires read in the 7s and 8s. She needed one tire replaced that had a patch. They will sell your wife/mom on tires you don t need then turn around and sell your still good tires while charging you a disposal fee.Edit. The tires they said were bad were bought 1 year ago. Still very good and new.

These guys are awesome. In less then an hour, got all four tires changed and alignment done. They have all brands of tires. Very respectful. Prices were better than anywhere else.

Very helpful in a tight situation. Buuuuuuuuut..... I got some Goodyear tires which I thought was a good deal. Come to find out they are a lower end version of the Goodyear brand and I found them for almost $50 per tire cheaper st Walmart. Very crazy markup.. Also I thought they were aggressive looking AT's but I was sadly mistaken. They were AT/S.....

Great place for New and Used tires at good prices. They also provide automobile services at very reasonable rates.I had my two front rotors and brake pads replaced. Fast and professional service.Very satisfied with the work performed and recommend Paradise Tire and Auto Center.

Customer service was friendly and welcoming! I had my brakes done not only was it reasonable but done in a timely matter! I highly recommend this place of business very reasonable prices. And Sam was very professional to all his customers.Good price for new used tires and wheels

They were amazing. I came in with a flat tire but couldn't remove one of the lug nuts because it was stripped they were able to remove it from me and replaced all the lug nuts for free

They broke the tire sensor. Did not want to fix or take a look at it. They make fun and jokes. They just don t have any professionalism nor they care for customers. Last time going there. 2015 bmw. I wouldn t even give one rating. Garbage place. Go to Americas tires. Go American!

So I came and told them I lost my key to my wheel locks and they were able to help me out. They took it off and replaced them as well with regular lug nuts. They gave me a great deal for 4 brand new tires for only $240. Great customer service as well! I would highly recommend this place!

This place deserves ZERO stars! On New Years Eve I had plans to attend a family function in the Bay area but was unable to because business does not know how to do their job right. I had ti g goo back 4 times over the course of three days. I had went there and purchased 4 new tires after leaving I noticed a low air warning light I went back and was told to drive around and it would go off so I drove how packed up the fam and noticed that there was a bulge in one of the tires and the warning light was still on I also realized they didn't give me my 1 good tire back as promised. So i went back they filled up the tire and the light went off but I had to wait about 30 minutes for them to find my spare. From there I hit the freeway and noticed a whole lot of shaking in my steering wheel so I pulled over and called them several times there was no answer so I went back they said they would fix it the next day. So I went back and was told that the balance had been a little off but was fixed. I drove down Kiernan and my steering wheel began shaking even worse than before. So I went back and demanded that someone drive it because something wasn't right. They sent a mechanic out who drove my car at 30 mph in a residential area this man convinced me that it wasn't the balance it was the alignment was off. They said they could fix it for 80$ dollars come back tomorrow. I decided to get a second opinion and was told that it wasn't the alignment or the balance It was the cheaply made tires from china that weren't put on right and were out of round which was causing the shaking, What a way to bring in the new year huh. I WOULDNT RECCOMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE UNLESS THEY WANT POOR SERVICE AND CHEAP TIRES!!!!!!!!!!

Got a alignment and they didn't tell me I had bad bushings in rear and my front tires don't even look even one is straight one is not. Called and they didn't care no warranty on their work.

This shop deserves zero star. I always trusted reviews about business, but this time was different. Do not go to Paradise Tire on McHenry Ave, Modesto, CA for any car service. This place is a nightmare with poor customer service and unqualified mechanics. I went there to get alignment done on my car. I saw two mechanics walking In the shop parking lot doing nothing. They did not attend to my needs. When I found the owner, he told me to wait outside. After some time waiting, I was approach by one of the shop mechanic wearing dirty and soak in oil robe. He asked for my key to my car. I offer to pull my car from parking space to the station on which he loudly replied, I don t have to do your allignment. I asked to cover my car seat to which he yelled at me and start laughing. He was not wearing a face covering or follow COVID 19 precaution. He said he never covers nobody car seat and always drive customer car in dirty robe. I did not give him my car key and went to the office to tell the owner about this incident. The owner did not offer any apology and ignored my complain. I have never been treated so badly like In this shop. Finally, I will be contacting state Customer service soon.

It was an okay experience . Hard to find new tires along this area with different names given and different prices given daily. You call for 1 price and you go in and they'll double the price on you and say "no I never gave you that price " and the person you talked to doesn't work there because they give out FAKE NAMES

We have great respect for this place. Our tires are rare to find and we were able to find the one we needed for a great price! Well we were always calling every week to see if they had our tires in again but it just didnt seem like they would ever get them. We felt SOL cuz NO ONE carries them around here. So today we called and the man said he would try to get some off the truck today, and to come by later . Well my husband went by and they were very generous of the prices for very great tires. And we only need one more now. Thank you for going over and beyond for us and our car. We will always come back ! Highly recommend this place .

Very quick service, great prices!! The guy fixing my tire went above and beyond to make sure the obvious puncture was the only one. I will definitely be back for future tire needs.

It was pouring down rain. I'm visiting loved ones for the holidays. I go to leave for the next gathering and there's a flat tire on the driver's side of my car. I live 70 miles away. I'm a little woman and I was alone. These men were exceptionally fast and efficient. Gave me a price I still can't believe. I truly recommend.
