Bad customer service, I got scammed for a Smog check because I paid and was told to come back after I fix a light and another fee would be applied. High rates. They do not help the community at all.

This place over charged me and never fix my breaks to put light on he charged 1400 and it was just lights we stayed their all day...

Friendly staff, reasonable price, honest and reliable service. I needed a brake and lamp inspection after making corrections from a failed inspection at different business. There aren t many shops certified for brake and lamp, so I m grateful to have found Paisanos Auto Repair and Smog.I hadn t reinstalled my bumper cover before showing up. They informed me to have my bumper installed because it has two reflectors that must be in place to pass the DMV inspection. I came back with my bumper installed, the car passed and allowed me to re-register for 2023!Much appreciated!Service: Brakes

Failed my brake and light inspection because one head light needed to be "polished". They wanted 50 dollars to polish headlight or 53 if I polish it myself and bring it back for a "retest". Took my truck to business a few doors down and passed with no issue. Will never do business with this place again and I would advise others to consider their options before coming here.

Took my car there not really knowing what was wrong with it( would have a knock while idling) . They where able to trouble shoot it and diagnosed the problem. As well as provide a fair price. So far I haven't had no issues with the work performed.

I have personally met and conversed many times with the owner Javier. He is an upstanding auto and truck repair professional with the highest standards and ethics. I would recommend his company to repair the car of my own mother. You can trust him also.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE Went on a friday for a brake n lamp inspection didnt get to my car until late friday kept calling in to check on vehicle so they said it had to be kept overnight. Sat waited for an update i didnt so i called at 230 and he answered telling me i needed 1 headlight that was not adjusting properly i told him i would pick up vehicle and he told me it was too late. So my car was there til Monday. Was charged 86.00 for inspection PLUS 80.00 to tell me they couldn't fix my headlight. I took it to precision automotive on scenic it took them 45 min and it PASSED! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE....

Went to get my smog and everything passed a couple minutes after driving my light came on for my egr valve they said it would be around 350 to fix and then they also said that my light inspection did not pass because of something obscuring my rear light. Charged me for labor and all that. Soon as they pulled the car out I saw it was a glove and asked if they could change it to passing they said no and would have to charge me to do the entire labor again. Money hungry mechanics

Took my truck to get it smoged and it passed but on my way back home my truck started catching on fire. Well when they took out the transmission stick they didn't push it all the way in and it leaked it all out and made my truck catch on fire. First time and last time taking it there. I never had a problem with my truck.

PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE!Made a mistake and went for a smog, the owner scanned my car with his device and assured me that it will pass the smog like it s nothing. Took the car in and after 2 hours, told me IT DID NOT PASS and charged me $42. This is while other smog shops charge $32 for smog. Very dishonest people, PLEASE AVOID and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!Service: Smog certification

Needed to get my Mustang smogged and was recommended to go to Paisano's by my Dad. Pulled up and the owner took me right in, no waiting and was out of there in less than 15 minutes. Quick, Efficient, Friendly and the Owner was very welcoming and professional, would definitely take any future repairs to this shop and recommend for anyone else.

They were able to fix my clutch on my acura rsx. 1 year later, it s still running smooth. They did good work and very quickly.

So disappointed, I went to get my brakes done they charged me $550 and $170 for oil change come to find out they NEVER changed my brakes!!!!! They basically robbed me went back and they said they did all the work that needed to be done went to a different mechanic and they showed me my brake pads they had no pad leftServices: Brakes, Oil changeServices: Brakes, Oil change

This place is a joke!! I went there couple years ago and terrible!! Owner is rude and unprofessional!! My car was over heating and i pay over 1,000 and he never fix the problem!!

I dont recommend comming here they will charge you big amount of money plus they will lie to you about things your car does not have , the couple times i went to check on my car there was always something different or sometimes they would not know what the issue really was .. save your money and go somewhere else

This place is the worst and I spent all day doing what they asked they were rude and didn't want to help me at all unless I paid them they charged me full price for doing half the work and the were literally nit picking about everything thing I went down the street i passed with no problems
