I went to your workplace for my complaints about my car. I went to them to take back the excess oil in the car. After the oil change, there were abnormal noises in my car. Oil leaked from every part of the engine and the traction of the car decreased. I checked the dipstick and saw that there was an excessive amount of oil. I just wonder why this person who doesn't know me did this evil to me. The employee who removed the excess oil told me to go to a mechanic for the next oil change. It's all I can do now. It consists of telling all my acquaintances that you cannot be trusted and that they should not go to your workplaces. God damn you. You want your billing information from me. All of them are available on your computer. You can see everything from the license plate of the car. What happened to my car? I have no expectations from you from now on. You question the person who did this. I believe that he had a racist attitude towards me because I did not know English. Otherwise, why would a person do this evil to someone he doesn't even know?

I went I. today and had an oil change and I was leaving my car hood just flew open and shattered my whole windshield not even les then a few miles down the road drove it back to the shop and made a report manager came out and said he had to talk to his people couldn t even pay for towing so I can take my car home . The manager was being rude . Told me he would have someone call back tomorrow. So let s wait and see hopefully it will get fixed

I went to my oil change on Thursday around 6 PM in this guy there on tight very well the filter and then make a mess off of my car. That s bad experience. I hope this guy takes responsibility and fix my car. Now Josh and Tony Campo they don t wanna take care of the damage they making my car. they say they don t wanna pay because the problem doesn t come with the oil filter leak. Hey, my people don t go to this place be careful with these guys they not very professional.

They are always super friendly. Great at talking me through what there doing. I m so bad with cars but they make it decent. Makes it easier when u have people that care.

I would give this place 10 stars if i could. I went on Sunday the 3rd and explained that i need and oil change but also that theres other services my car might need. I explained that i know nothing about cars and they where nice enough to break everything down to me and explain what services they recommend for my car which was extremely helpful. And i gotta say i really like how they all help each other so that its basically a team effort to each car i thought that was pretty cool! Thanks guys, you guys are awesome!!!!!!

This place was awesome!Wait wasn t too long a couple cars ahead of me.I was greeted by my technician Aaron, he was very knowledgeable and offered me great advice and even replaced some snap on screws when he checked my air filter. Since the last place I got it changed at stripped the screws.Definitely coming back here to get my next oil change!

I only get my oil changes done here and it's always a super easy process. They remind me of the recommended services but never pressure me to do any additional services and I appreciate that. Never had a bad experience here.

Oil Changers are really great and fast with their service. Very pleased with the oil change and the quality of oil used. Especially for my Landrover. Definitely recommend oil changes done there. If you have coupons, bring them. Very veteran friendly as well !! Will definitely be going there from now on.

Great service at Oil Changers! I went on a Friday around 4PM and was able to pull right in and the team of auto-mechanics got to work on my vehicle right away. The cool thing is I never had to leave the driver seat of my car! It was very efficient, with white glove service the whole time. It's been awhile since I've taken a car to get an oil change but the price they charged seemed on par with what the going rate would be for that service in today's world. The mechanic that helped me out was super good looking too so I really couldn't complain about a thing. I will definitely be going back to this location for all my regular maintenance in the future.

We take our two vehicles here for regular maintenance. Service is fast, efficient and professional. Not pushy like other oil lube places. Prices are decent and the staff is very friendly. Definitely worth coming back for continued service and referring friends and family

I have used oil changers for my cars several times and they have always been quick & professional. So convenient not to have to drop my car off all day somewhere being that I use them for my business. Highly recommend them.

Honestly i wouldn't of reviewed if i wasn't helped by Chase. What a cool guy he was.So if you don't go synthetic, you might as well come here because it only took 5 minutes. Also, they did not attempt to go over the top recommending things i didn't need. Overall it is a pretty solid location.

Customer service is amazing. My previous oil change company had messed up my oil casket. At Oil Changers the employee took action and fixed the issue. Recommend this place for a great service!!

I had to stop by last minute to get an oil change and was anticipating a long wait. The staff was great and got straight to work. The oil change was done fast. I was happy with my experience.

Don t get me wrong with the prices in the business is amazing but I am disappointed for the fact our vehicle had no issues no nothing until we went there. Whoever put the oil in the vehicle drop some oil and it caught onto the alternator now because of that, we had to get a new alternator because it s killing the car, please pay attention and make sure you don t spell anything because it s really cost. In the vehicle started having issues the day after we went. Where it will turn off, but still have power, took it in turns out there s oil that got dropped onto the alternator like I said in the beginning.

I've been coming to this place for years because I like the service of the quality of men that took care of my car and I felt like I could trust them. Unfortunately the last two times that I have brought both of my vehicles in. I just feel as though these young men are just here to collect the check, play a game and they're not being as thorough with our services and I'm paying my quality money and feeling as though I could trust them. But now I feel as though I need to start taking my business elsewhere. I don't feel like I could trust this team anymore.

I always get excellent service here. They are friendly, thorough and customer focused. I would normally go to Honda but their waits are too long now and Oil Changers on Sisk is awesome!!

Took my car in earlier this week during my lunch hour for an oil change. They had me in and out in no time and were professional, as always. The guy answered all of my questions and was very nice. I ve been coming here since 2021 and never had an issue with them.

These guys are fast! Even with a line of cars I was out of there fast enough I didn't get annoyed! They are also very courteous and don't try to upsell you. They are a bit pricey but my time is too!

The employees were professional, they seem to follow their work responsibilities down to the T, they go the extra mile and give you recommendations on other maintenance that they offer, If they are unsure about a question they take the time to figure it out. Got an oil change which was great, but the radiator flush experience was horrible: the technicians didn t pour enough into the engine! My car kept getting hotter than normal and almost overheated and had to drive back to do it right.

These people are awesome ony way to work, my low pressure tire light came in and I pulled off the freeway to find some air. I pulled up and was even willing to get my oil changed just so they would put the correct air pressure in my tires during full service. Well, my car was to low to enter so they at least filled my tires for me and didn't change me anything... Thank you!
