Oh, Mason, where do I begin. Well, he tried to fix my breaks, the caliper is now hanging on by a thread and it sounds like my whole front end is coming apart. He stole my little (autistic) brother s jack and jack stands. He threatened my life and physical safety. He refuses to return the stolen stuff and refuses to correct the caliper. He is a criminal. Plain and simple.

This guy is a joke. Rude. Unprofessional. Had no idea what he was talking about. He basically came to just keep my money and not fix anything I needed. He will ask you for money upfront for whatever car part he lies saying you need, and put his tools in your car just to come back & accuse you of trying to keep his tools & call the cops with that lie! All for him to just keep your money without fixing anything. What a joke, he's no mechanic. He must of been desperate for money to cause that whole scene. Karma will make it's way back to him. DO NOT LET HIM NEAR YOUR VEHICLE!!!!

Do not have this guy ever work on your car his name is Mason. He pulled my transmission cutting all the wires as he pulled it out, then he put the used transmission in it and broke transmission pump. Then to top it off he only put two bolts back in the transmission and didn't line up the torque converter then sent me on a run-around for 4 days when he told me it would only be one day. And also took some of my tools and ripped me off for 500 bucks and the 350 that I paid for the transmission. And on top of that he also pulled on the cables so hard that when they put the new transmission in it still don't work so now I have to pay more for that

I def dont recommend him. He had me buying a coil at first than that didnt work so then he told me it was the distributor. So i paid him for diagnosing it. But then when i put the new distributor in. It still didnt work. He didnt know what he was doing. So now i bought 2 things that my car didnt even need and i paid for diagnosis. He wasted my time and money. I appreciate him trying but calling him was def a bad idea and ill just take it as a loss significantly

Do not hire! Had a short in my break lights. The car ran fine Paid him over $400. He screwd up the main wiring harness by making like 10 splices to it now the lights still don't work properly and the car won't even start. He won't return calls or texts. STAY AWAY!

I hate to leave bad reviews but in this case I feel I have to. I hired him to do a simple brake job. He lost hardware didn't tell me. Used a plastic tie wrap to hold a shoe in place didn't tell me. Bent and broke new rear shoes again didn't tell me. Ruined two brake cylinders. Had to go buy all new parts again from the damage he did. The car was in worse shape after his work. I could not drive the car after what he did.

I wouldn't hire him I called him for a oil change and coolant flush ... He gutted my car charged 500 dollars made oil mess and when I told him I just wanted everything back together he took off and never came back ... Also took my Milwaukee drill and batteries honestly a joke for a mechanic doesn't even have his own car ... But drugs will end him so I kinda just feel bad for the kid don't call he will give you B's and take your time money and ruin your car and take your tools super unprofessional for a white boy

Getting off work the other night, 3am and freezing cold, and my car didn't start. I had already used my aaa tows for the year, and I wasn't trying to mortgage my firstborn for a tow truck, and then I remembered that a friend of mine had recommended this mechanic in town that comes to you, no matter where you are. So I called this place, talked to a guy named Mason, and he was out to me in 10 minutes flat. Since it was the middle of the night, he called me an uber and said he'd call me in the morning with an update. Around 6am he called me and said the car was ready. (It was the alternator.) Thank God for this guy. He was fast, professional, skilled and fairly priced. Now that I know about this service I'll definitely use it for future repairs. Highly recommend.

Every time I need some work done to my vehicle I get frustrated because it s a huge inconvenience and very expensive. This time it was a totally unexpected but pleasant experience. I left a message with what my issue was and a few minutes later he returned my call with a solution which included meeting me at my home and a price I could afford . This time when all was said and done I left with a sigh of relief and was made hole. CON ARTIST DO NOT LET HIM TOUCH YOUR CARThis guy has no idea what he's doing. Don't waste your time. Hes not insured or licensed. He'll pretend he diagnosed the problem and fix something that isnt broken then charge you for not fixing the original problem. Your car will have extra damage and he wont fix it. This guy needs to be reported bc theres no way in hell he is certified. Reporting him to the Department of consumer repairs Bureau of Automotive repair

Do not trust this man. I was stuck in a parking lot and he shows up offering to help took him multiple hours to fix my car which I understood, my car ran for 10-20 mins but after that never turned on again and I spent over $350. He offered to come fix my car which I let him, couple days go by and doesn t reach back out so I m constantly calling/texting to see when he can come back and finally I get a response 4 days later. He says he ll be here tomorrow but then doesn t come by for another week or so. He says he fixed my car so after work headed to go drive it and it turned on and ran then it just starts shaking bad so I pop the hood and I see burn marks all over the engine bay I ask him what happened to my car he says your car caught fire like if that wasn t something I should know about as soon as it happens?!? He offers to come take a look at my car but I haven t heard back from him since that day and it s been about 2 months now . This man is a scam 100% do not trust!!Service: Engine repair

This guy works really good not the cleanest but for sure he gets your car going again. If he is not busy he will get to your car ASP. So for me 5 stars

WARNING WARNING WARNING!!! Mason Pond is a scammer and conman! I paid $300 for thr parts for my car and $75 for thr diagnostic test. Not only did not arrive, he did not answer my phone call and text. I wished I read the reviews before I asked for his services. He actually left my car worst than before!!!! Now, I'm filing civil suit!

Brought my car to him in a very shady area. Offered an affordable price to check my car for problems. Long story short I had to leave my car there overnight because my distributor cap was bad. Not sure if it was done by him but my car was running fine before I brought it. Didn't pay and he offered to tow my car. When I called him to get my car towed the next day, he never picked up and I haven't heard from him since.

He was a messy individual. The work that was done was not as he claims to torque down every bolt . He was very rude conversational wise. After the half finished job was done he overcharged and there were items missing from the inside of my car. Not to mention the drug use ! Omg this is a bad shop or mobile Robbery on meth ! I took my car to 3 shops and they couldn't find out what was wrong with my car.
