These dudes are absolutely incredible! The BEST customer service.I paid around $54 for an oil change. There was a 12 point inspection included and I received a text with a link that showed pictures of all the different parts of my car with a colored rating system showing which parts were dangerously needing to be changed. It was extremely helpful!!! They offer a couple different financing options too which was another gold star.Overall I'm absolutely recommending everyone to this Midas! I was destined to meet them.2 N's is the correct way to spell Dianna!!!! Lol

Came here for a tire rotation and oil change. Was told it would be 45 min to an hour. No worries. Went for a walk in the neighborhood and 20 min later I get a text and a phone call informing me the were finished. Mark was friendly, service was quick, pricing was great, and even one of the service guys assisted me with loading up my car. Highly recommend this place!!!

I had just gone for a brake inspection at Central Valley Hyundai where I was told that I needed to replace rotors and front and back brakes. My jaw dropped when they gave me a quote since it was so much money. I called hubby almost in tears and he referred me to come here. Best recommendation ever. I was greeted my Mark, he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He said I definitely didn t need roters or back breaks replaced and said they would never charge me for something I don t need. I appreciate you so much and was so happy with the service. Highly recommended.

About three weeks ago I purchased new tires for my 2004 Toyota Avalon. I drove to Midas for an alignment and met with the owner, Mike and found him extremely nice. What shocked me, I was told he would inspect my car but not do an alignment if not needed. This was definitely a first for me, because I have never not received an alignment with new tires my entire life. While waiting for the results, I could not help but notice the atmosphere, especially when conversing with another customer who also received good news and had been taking his car there for the past 3 years, explaining how trustworthy and great the shop is. When, Mike told me I did not need an alignment and that I did not owe him anything I knew this is the shop for me. He was so kind and honest I intend to return very soon to have my spark plugs and air filter changed. Keep up the good work Mike & staff, and will recommend your services to others.

I went in the other day to get my car checked. I had my vehicle towed because I had some unknown possible electrical issues with my car which made me feel unsafe to drive myself there. I was immediately taken cared of, the owner and a couple other technicians jumped in to start diagnosing the issue. They took their time to deep dive and ask further questions to get to the root of the issue. Fortunately they figured out what the issue was, which didn't require any repair, they simply did some troubleshooting and resetting. They then tested my car multiple times to ensure everything was ok. I was surprised to not get charged anything! I insisted on at least giving a generous tip but they refused. They took time out of their schedule to make sure I was well taken cared of and did not even ask for a diagnostic fee. This simple act of kindness just shows how much they value their customer satisfaction and trust. I will for for make this shop my go-to place for any automotive repair/maintenance needs. I walked away feeling very appreciative and with an ease of mind, definitely recommend coming here!

My wife received amazing service. I was out of town and my wife s right blinker went out. She bought the part from o reilys and was referred to Midas to install. She was having issues installing herself so she went to Midas and they helped. Stellar service, and speedy turnaround. The guys here have been amazing, and I really appreciate it. They don't want to put unnecessary parts on and refuse to blindly change parts until a problem resolves itself. They took the time and patience to help resolve a vehicle issue that named dealerships wanted nearly 2x the cost to repair. Thanks so much guys!

So very impressed by the customer service here. I dropped my car off before business hours for an oil change and tire rotatiom and Mark let me in early to make sure they had everything they needed. After I left, he called me to let me know my front tires were split and asked permission to send photos to me. He sent them and just as he said, my tires had severe cracks down the tread. He assured me back tires were fine, which had been recently replaced. They dont push for extra unnecessary services, including the full synthetic oil change, like Ive heard at other places. Im so glad I found them. I will be returning for all my maintenance and recommending them to anyone who needs a reliable car spot.Services: Tires, Auto maintenance

Took my car to Midas because of a noise and smell it was making. Turned out it was the air compressor. When I came to pick up my car the shop showed me the part that was replaced. My a/c is now blowing cold air witch is a first since I bought it three years ago. I will be returning with any car issues.

We had already taken my car back to our mechanic in town 4 times for the brakes and still couldn't get it right. So we decided to take it to midas and the manager Mark look at it for no charge then called me with the problem. We opted to let him fix it a d he did my cat is so quiet now and the brakes are super quiet. He has earned my respect and my loyalty.

Did a brake flush at this place. After an hour, I got unusual charges on my credit card. I had my old credit card hidden in a compartment inside my vehicle, so I went to check and it was not there anymore, the charges were near the area of the shop and I checked for any forced entry or broken window but my car was fine. The only people that had my keys were me and their mechanics that day. The manager understandably defended their workers, but I would caution people about leaving anything valuable if they have to come to this place. For me, I re-did my brake flush because if their employees were distracted, I wouldn't trust their work on my car. Better safe than sorry.

My situation was CRITICAL! Little hope, very little money and having to return a borrowed car the next day I was on the verge of a mental breakdown. Being a single mother of 3 its crucial that I have a working vehicle and nobody was willing to put a steering pump in my (ALL WHEEL DRIVE) Chevy Traverse. NOBODY EXCEPT MARK! What A LIFE SAVER! Upon meeting him it was obvious that Mark possessed a very STRONG WORK ETHIC, he was HONEST, STRAIGHTFORWARD and didn't feed me any BS. I was denied for their credit card but was approved for there EZ PAY finance option with no money down. Mark explained everything CLEARLY in (non mechanic terms) and even called to update me on the progress. I was in disbelief when he called to tell me my vehicle was finished. What everyone else told me would take days to finish Mark finished in 1 day but than again he does have DECADES of EXPERIENCE. I've had my car back for a couple of days already and haven't had any problems the steering is so smooth and perfect. I TRUST them over at that MIDAS shop and will definitely continue to use them for my vehicle service needs. THANK YOU MARK and TEAM you've got a customer for life! I am waiting to have brakes inspected because they were squealing. I'm in the middle of a conversation with another person waiting, when he responds to me by saying "your car is done and I don't like how you made me lose business by telling her that you know where to get a radiator cheaper". I was lost! Because wasn't I there getting work done? He was rude and unprofessional!Service: Brakes

They are the best! Excellent customer service! The owner Mark is more than fair, honest to a fault and wants his customers to have the absolute best experience possible. He will not sell you something you don t need just to earn a few bucks. He operates with total integrity and honesty and I have complete confidence in him and his staff! I brought my car to midas after hitting a pothole. my car sounding like the front end was going to fall off. Frank and Zac were extremely professional and efficient at what they do. Even with the large work load and being short-handed, they were able to get my brake lines changed, fixing my brake system.
