Rob at Meineke was amazing. Found a problem that should ve been caught by the dealer and handled it better wonderfully. Kept me in the loop the entire time and did what he said we would do for the price that he had quoted.

I am not happy with my service at your facility. It took 1 plus hours to get an oil change. Then we were told that you put suggestions of things I need to take care of in the order receipt but there was nothing noted on the receipt you gave us. Within 2 hours after your service my van started overheating. You supposedly checked my levels on my fluids but obviously you did not because the light for the windshield wiper fluid came on and I had to stand buy fluid to fill it which it took a full gallon so it was obviously empty. Also we had to sit on the roadside waiting for my van to cool and then had to put 2 gallons of water in it before we could continue home. Then we stopped and bought antifreeze and I made an appointment with my mechanic to check out my van to see what other damage you may have done because on our own inspection we found that there was fresh oil on the outside of the oil filter where there should not be oil Also I have to have my mechanic replace the water we had to put in my van with the proper antifreeze and distilled water that should be in the van. So I will have to pay a mechanic bill just to clean up the damage from your work. Any other place I have ever gotten oil changes they check all fluid levels and refill them but obviously you did not check and did not report that there were any other problems with them. So no I m not happy with your service and would not recommend anyone to your company. In fact I will be warning anyone I can not to go there! In fact I have photos of the oil that is now all over the bottom of my engine. I rated you one star only because that is the lowest allowed but actually you should have a minus star rating

Rob is the greatest! I took my car to him because I had a lot of concerns and he walked me through the whole process and also was very helpful with keeping me up to date about my car!! I will go there for all my car needs! I will always recommend anyone to go there! The whole team is great and on top of everything!

I had gone 2 days ago for a simple oil change and was charged $115 dollars, outrageous!! Ive used this shop before and paid $65 dollars, carpenter office is a rip off dirty and unprofessional!! Will not be returning again, ridiculous. I suggest everyone go to bangs office in modesto very professional there. Same exact oil they tack up the price that much is outrageous.

This shop along with rob and his goof crew had my car for 4 days and on the fourth day, I had called to ask if my car was done when I had already called on Saturday and one his minion Said it won t be ready till Monday. Still waiting on another part when they have already told me that they already had all the parts before I dropped it off to them on Friday. Today is now Monday I am calling to pick up my car. The manager says Yep it s done ready to go It s been done since Saturday so I arrived to pick up my car but little did they know I had marked the parts that they said they were going to replace so before I left the parking lot I popped my hood open and low and behold my parts were never swapped out markings were still There and come to find out, they had put my parts on another car Same identical, vehicle only difference there was is the color mine was gray the other car was black Apparently, these people don t know how to read Or understand the project At hand, and now they re trying to tell me that my warranty is now void because they had put the parts on the other Car after telling me that my car was good to go, the manager makes a scene and talks down to me like It s my fault his crew don t have any brains. the way things had turned out I think not buddy I do not recommend this place For any reason whatsoever don t Take your car here or any vehicle they re not good at what they do, Bunch of monkeys with wrenches.

Couldn't ask for better service or customer care. This is the only place i trust to give me honest answers and always take care of my vehicles. Rob is always quick with updates and jeff has worked wonders on some of my problem vehicles. The pricing is always within my budget and i can trust that the work done is correct and im not being overcharged. I 100% recommend meineke to all my friends and family whenever they are in need of a great mechanics.

I work right down the street from Meineke. They are a good trusted shop. The new manager they have has really stepped up their game too. I highly recommend them for all your needs.

My husband came in early on a Friday morning before they opened it and once they opened he was told they would start working on it at 8:30 am when the guy came in.My husband checked later and they told him what s wrong and that it would be ready Saturday. He checked around noon on Saturday and was told they are still working on it. We drive down there about 4 and there was no one was working on it. The only guy they had that knew how to fix his AC unit left early for the day per the manager.We got no call letting us know. And now because of the holiday they are closed on Monday and also closed on Sunday. Won t be ready until Tuesday. Very Poor service I do not recommend them and will be telling everyone I know not to use them.

Words cannot express how awful my experience with this place has been. Avoid at all costs. Just. So. Bad.I went and had my car fixed at another local mechanic instead of going through with my warranty with Meineke (for the 2nd time!!)I literally spent another $500 because I didn't want to deal with the incompetent, disorganized nature of this business.I could write a novel but I'll save you the trouble. Go somewhere else.

My favorite mechanic shop to take my vehicles to rob the Manger is very knowledgeable when it comes to car matinence and major repairs brought my subaru in for front end noise they put car on lift figured it out quick and reasonable priced will definitely recommend and be back for future maitinence and repairs tht I need thank you

Rob at Meineke was very courteous and professional, diagnosed the problem quickly and gave an honest assessment. Best service I've ever had with a mechanic and I will be going here from now on. I highly recommend this business for any auto repair needs.

Took my car here for running rough the said i needed spark plugs and fuel injectors.. over $4000 later the car was no better and they said it was a total loss.. took it to the dealer and had it back in 3 day running great. i do not recommend this shop. they will fix things that are not broken and charge you for it.. i asked them to diagnose and fix my car. they didn't diagnose anything just started changing parts at my expense.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I booked a 9am appointment. When I dropped off the car at 9, the tech told me it would be about an hour to and hour and a half for an oil change. I tried calling multiple times from my office phone and cell phone and would get hung up on. I walked over there at 11:30 since my office is not far away for him to tell me that they haven t even started on it yet and when I was calling he was using a landline and insinuated that the problem was my phone to which I told him I called from not only my cell phone but my office phone as well. He said that he was out of the office and wasn t there to keep his guys in line and that there was only 1 tech. He also stated that this is a result from yesterday. Not too mention no one was in the office when I walked in and my keys were just sitting on the desk and could be easily grabbed by anyone. I asked if it was going to be done by 1:30 which was 2 hrs from the time I was in there. He said it should be done by then. I told him a little communication would have been nice. If he got there and things were that far behind, call your customers and let us know that your techs are running behind schedule. Not once did he show any care or concern. Horrible customer service.

I've taken my car here for oil changes for many years. The staff has always been polite, accommodating, and professional. The only thing I didn't like this last time was that the lobby was crawling with maggots and dead flies. It was pretty gross so when I was waiting for my car, I kept my feet up. I probably won't be using this store anymore.Service: Oil change

No walk-ins for oil changes!!?Thats unfortunate BUT when asked for availability and the answer is nothing until next Friday (a week from the day I went in)That s absurd never have I ever in my life heard something more ridiculous to get an oil change.

The worst experience ever do not take your car to Meineke in Modesto. Took my car in for a water pump oil housing end up paying $5000 for a new motor. Do not take your car to Meineke in Modesto.

I asked a man specifically if he could figure out why my car wouldn t start, I let him know I thought it might be the alternator. He says yeah it s the alternator after testing and bills me for an alternator replacement. $550. I get home and my car still won t start, I come back and they tell me to come back another day and they ll figure it out and so I do. The manager was rude when I got there and tried to play it like he was doing me a favor, in the end I didn t get what was wrong with my car fixed here. On top of all this I counted exactly 3 dead cockroaches, 11 flys, 1 mosquito, and 1 spider in that tiny office you walk through.

My AC was blowing warm air, went to Meineke Car Care in Modesto. I m telling you, ROB (service advisor) & J S (technician) were awesome. Not only did my AC was fixed, but Rob took me out in the garage and showed me the what, who, where, and the why of what was needed. Most places don t do that, they just tell you I really appreciate their kindness and attention to giving educational details in dealing with my situationNow I knew I needed front brake pads, planned to get them done at the Kia dealership, had no ideal i also needed new Rooters. Called Kia while at Meineke and was told the price would be $640.00 brake pads & Rooters. because i was quoted a price for the brakes pads @359. II saved a lot of money by getting it done at MeinekeThe dealership sats a price no matter what, but with Meineke, man, They give a for sure deal. Hands Down! I am a happy camper and already recommend them to someone need attention to their AC. KUDOS ROB. YOU RE THE BEST!!!!!Services: Auto A/C replacement, Brakes

Had an appointment scheduled for an oil change for a week. Went in for the oil change, just for the guy up front to say their oil change machine has been broken for 2 days and won't be fixed for 3 more days. I don't understand why they couldn't have called and told me this before I came, or even canceled the appointment. My whole drive there was pointless and a waste of time. I ended up going to Speedee and they were great

Me and my family keep coming back because he s a great manager and is always trying to get our cars back to us in the best way possible. I took my car yesterday to change the oil , the bald guy in the reception was rude to me the way he treated me is disrespectful and I feel like am not welcome even I brought my car many times before ( he wasn't there ) .He told me that I have to have an appointment for oil change ( understood since I came in at 3 pm ) ... but after that when I asked his partner " Tyler " ( he treated me with respect ) " is it okay if I bring my own oil , and then the receptionist was rude at me " we will charge you the same " , ( even I didn't not ask him to avoid any misunderstanding ) .

We ve have been going to the same shops for at least a couple years now. We ve had the pleasure of knowing the same mechanics (John and Mike) at the front desk. They ve always tried to give us an honest deal and complete the work in timely fashion. They ve been great with recommendations as following the car manufacturers replacement schedule and letting us know their suggestions for parts. We have our first baby on the way, so it was very reassuring having them do the work for us. Now that our family is bigger, we appreciate the trust in our local dealer.
