My wife and I are repeat customers of McCoy Tire on McHenry. Brad and the team have always been professional, kind and willing to answer my questions before, during and after the sale. I have not found anyone who beats their prices on an installed, out the door set of Michelin tires, and their alignment services are among the best I ve ever had. We all have options on where we shop, and so many of us default to major chains believing they are going to be the best price. It s worth considering McCoy for your next alignment or tire purchase, as you may just find their price and service are better. Discover what customers like myself have known for years, and shop local.

Don t hesitate to come here if you have an issue with your brakes/tires/suspension. These guys know what they re doing and they value and respect your patronage. I know that my vehicle is being properly taken care of whenever I have an issue. 10/10 service every time.

Been going to McCoy for at least 20 years. Whether it's tires, brakes or anything else, you can count on it being done right. Family owned and operated. Highly recommended business.

Great customer service, a fair price and friendly staff! Had to have the leaf springs replaced on my Ford F-250 as we were getting a lot of squat when we hooked up the RV. I called 50+ tire stores and McCoy Passenger Tire was the only one that would fit me into their busy schedule. Thanks guys!

Fantastic service! They fixed my leaky tire !The dealer said it was just fine, but it kept slowly losing air. These guys found it and fixed it fast!

Called in to set an appointment for tires. I'm so glad I came in, they were in terrible condition And explained everything to me. I appreciated it. Even assisted me in choosing tires.Ladies on the phone and behind the desk were Amazingly nice. I appreciated the young woman explaining everything to me about the tire coverage I purchased.There's a guy with a mullet who's super helpful. I can't remember anyone's name but I listened to him talk to a guy who went on and on about the best tires and he never lost patience he definitely knew his stuff and searched endlessly to get the guy the tires he desired.I think the owner isn't overly friendly but then again he not mean or rude. He's a business man taking care of things and knows his stuff too.I have nothing bad to say about this shop. I will return for sure.

Brad and all the staff are always so on top of everything at McCoy. They are so nice when you come in and make you feel like they are happy to see you. They are responsive, and get stuff in and out on time. They are one of the few shops where you still feel like you are getting a good deal, they know there products, don't try to oversell you, and appreciate your business. We have some cars that require some speciality tires, and have never been disappointed with the recommendations on tires and services here. Highly recommend stopping in and trying them out for yourself, you'll be glad you did. Thanks for being such a customer service oriented company Brad!! Happy Holidays, and Cheers to 2018!!

I've been coming here for years for all my brakes,tires and front end work! Brad and John are awesome to work with they never try to upsell you on anything. They tell you exactly what needs to be done and I don't question it they are upfront and honest! And the prices are extremely reasonable. All the techs they have working there are extremely good at their jobs. I definitely recommend this place!

I had the best experience at this place, I pulled in the parking lot after workLast week and I was greeted and immediately taken care of, A nice young man attended to me as my tire was going flat, he took my tire off to check it,The tire was not repairable so he had to put my spare on. The work was completed in a timely manner 20 min tops and I was good to go! I live in Stockton so I asked if my spear would Make it home? they said yes! I said great, where do I pay? They said no charge that was great to hear. This company was welcoming and helpful to me. I will recommend them & use them again if needed. Thank You McCoy Tire Co.

My favorite tire shop. Since 1996 (when I got my licence) I have been buying my tires from McCoy Tires. They have always taken fantastic care of me, my family, each of my cars. They never have recommended any services that were unnecessary and have always given me good deals. Whether I was buying tires, brakes, shocks, struts or getting an alignment, I have gotten the best care and a deal I was very comfortable with every single time. They have always given me great advice on which tires will suit my needs and last. They do all my rotations for free, even when I have a new car they have yet to put tires on. I highly recommend them.

I had to get a tire patched. Good reviews led me here and i was far from disappointed. The service is so friendly and nice. Prices are fair and they don t try to upsale you. The lobby was really clean with coffee or snacks while you wait (you never have to wait long at all though). I had just moved to Modesto from Sonora, and I m the type of person to just travel to a place I like, but they got my business and recommendations now!

Been there for as long as i can remember. Great trustworthy bunch of employees. Although Recently, was let down. I took my truck to have front end diagnosed. It didn't even get driven! Salesman saw my truck 60ft away and stated it needed new tires (It has plenty of tread)!

If your in the market looking for a good service and Reasonable prices go visit McCoy passenger tire shop.They got the best prices professional workers, they really know there work. I ve been taking my trucks for the past two years and I never had an issue.They help me with tire rotations, brakes and inspection as need it. I m very satisfied I really recommend them.

I have been here several times, I have had wheel alinements done, and was very happy with the work. I came in yesterday, with 4 tires, on 4 rims. All I needed was the 4 tires moved off of the one set of rims, to another. They were not even on my car. They charged me $155.00... I just think I got taken, for 20 min. of work. I was in a spot, and had no choice...

Super nice on the phone and in person! So informative and honest. My car had damage done to it and so I couldn't get an alignment done, but he didn't charge for the diagnosis, which I super appreciate. Will be coming here from now on if I ever need alignments in general too because after calling around their prices are best!

My tire was shredded inside. They helped me to find a new one within my budget and gave me very helpful information. They were quick and kind. When I am ready to replace the other 3 tires I will definitely go back. They will always maintain the health of my tires as part of their service. I highly recommend them. Very satisfied with the work. The guys know what they're doing and do whatever they can to help save some money. They actually stayed after hours to help my family get their tires fixed because they were going out of town the next day and waited for us to get there without charging extra.They also help veterans out here and appreciate the work they do. I'll definitely come back to get anything else done and recommend for sure.

Brad was very helpful with the installation of my tires. He installed a size on my truck that no one would. ( Even though I ran that size for years ) He had the guys install ( 1 ) tire on the front just to make sure they would fit. They fit perfect ! No rubbing at all. They really look nice. Really like how they ride and look ! My good friend Ryan D. told me about McCoy's on McHenry. They do all of their work trucks.Would recommend these guys for sure.Nice job guys, I'll be back !

Saved me a bunch of money. Big-O gave me along list of services they said I needed with a Big-O price tag... McCoy inspected my vehicle and as I suspected Big-O was trying to rip me off. McCoy fixed what actually needed to be fixed, did it fast, and now my car runs like new again. Wish I would've just come here in the first place.

These are my go to guy's up on McHenry! I have been their customer for a long time. They maybe little, but their customer service is wonderful! Service Manager "Dane" is a stand-up guy, never disappointed in his kindness, and courtesy to his customers! It's like he's family. Like, I matter as a human!

Excellent service and fair prices. I highly recommend this business. I used them for new struts for my Mom's 09 CRV. Saved over $350. from another businesses estimate. Definitely call around first.

I have used McCoy Tire for many different autos of mine for many years. They have great service and are usually available when I drive in or a short wait. I have also used the mechanics there for different reasons. Brad and his team are the best!

Unmatched customer service. Everyone seems to be so Polite, and Welcoming. Very fast & efficient service. This family run shop gives big stores run for their money. Whereas other stores are just concerned about pushing you to buy unnecessary stuff & unnecessary coverage for tires, this location is completely opposite. They respect your opinion, and never force you to buy anything not required. Definitely give them a try, they will definitely exceed your expectations.

These guys are great. I first went in to get some suspension bushings and ball joints pressed in on some control arms that i had off the car. I really like how management walks you through the actual shop floor and allows you to talk face to face with the service techs this is big for gear heads/car guys! Their techs are very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. The shop was greatly priced and got me in and out within the day, honestly a few hours. All this really impressed me to come back two days later after I got the car reassembled for a front end alignment!I will definetly be a returning customer for McCoy Tire!

Brad gave us detailed info regarding our vehicle's tires... Didnt beat around the bush about what needed to be done... Or about the price... Been coming here for 4 maybe 5 decades... Will continue to do so for as long as they're in business...
