There s a Hispanic guy that installed my interlock there and took 6 to 7 hours to do it, the car wouldn t start and was leaking break fluid. He was barely able to get it start after trying multiple times after reporting it cause there were several check engine lights on the company said it will go away that s normal after you drive it for a 1,000 miles never went away and had to get removed from another company and come to find out he did several thousands of dollars worth of electrical damage. Don t ever go here I am going to sue there irresponsible company for hiring people like that and not fixing the issue.

HORRIBLE Customer Service! They do not care about you or your needs will charge you for anything and everything and won't refund you even when it's their fault and even lie to you to cover it up. They won't let me talk to a supervisor to handle my situation correctly . DO NOT USE THIS BUISNESS!

Jorge was very professional in explaining how interlock works and very thorough making sure we had all the necessary paperwork. I had a horrible experience with my previous device with another company but I am so grateful that I found interlock.

I'm going on 15 months of having interlock in my car with no problem until today. Aimee was on my situation, on Labor Day weekend, the installer came out to my house to fix the problem and I am up and running again.

How much longer. This company just takes your money or better yet say you owe a balance when you come into service your device. Stay away. And if you want to leave that company it $320 to take out plus another $80 and top it off if there some balance$$$ they make up.

Never answer there phones when you need to change or make an appointment. After several voice mails finally got call back 4 days later. Told me my appointment time and showed up to location then was told they set my appointment was at different location and it was my fault I didn t ask were appointment was... business handled very amateurish wouldn t refer anybody to deal with this company or staff.

Do not use! They blame DMV for everything, giving me a false date on when I could remove my device when I already had evidence of a sooner date. Bad customer service, they re all about the money!

This company is a rip off they make up charges as they want and they will charge you for violations that you never had or done my suggestion don't let them take your money they are robbing people blind customers service is the worst they think they are always right avoid them at all cost and they use their own own employees to write good reviews about themselves
