Had a cooling issue dashboard light pop up on my Porsche 911 while I was driving down 99 on my way to SoCal for 4 days. After a quick Google search and reading reviews of Porsche repair shops in Modesto ..it was pretty clear where I needed to bring my car. Kruse Lucas Imports.We dropped the car, and they gave us a lift to a car rental place which was very nice. Over the following days, Chris @ Kruse Lucas Inports was very communicative. He texted pictures and explainations of his diagnostic work. He sent over a quote. He ordered parts and fixed the issue with expertise. He even came in on his day off to hand me the keys back to the car when we returned from our trip. Top notch service. Top notch communication. Top notch detailed expertise.They get my stamp of approval & recommendation (2 thumbs up. 5 stars. A+) and I m a pretty pick guy! (Picture of Chris checking me in)

I brought my 2005 Audi A4 here. The staff was so friendly, informative and respectful. I was able to get an appointment very quickly. They were honest and upfront about the car and costs to fix it. I had been having issues with the car but was able to get an answer on it quickly because of them. I was also having a rough time and they helped me out which I am so grateful for. They reminded me that good people still exist and you will find them here at Kruse Lucas Imports.

I have been using Kruse Lucas for approximately 15 years. They have always done an excellent job of diagnosing and repairing my cars at a reasonable cost. They go to great lengths to track down or if necessary fabricate hard to find repair parts. I recommend them to all my friends and relatives.

Kruse Lucas has been taking care of my car for over 30 years. Before I found them I went to a couple of other shops and was never satisfied. Kruse Lucas is the only one I will highly recommend. Everyone from the owners, the ladies in the office and the mechanics are professional, competent and personable. I would give Kruse Lucas Imports 10 stars if it were possible.

Very Customer Friendly, and Didn't know about there parts department. Instead of calling the dealership for most Dealer only parts..they Just are capable of getting it,and at a reasonable price. And talking to some customers, the customers are Very Loyal..So that is a Good thing.. Instead of the Dealership. I'm Very Inpressed with there all around service.

Tam and Tab are the best! I had a hard time finding a reliable place to take my Lamborghini Gallardo and came across Kruse Imports and decided to give them a try. I am so! Happy I did. They are so friendly and helpful. I will be a returning customer. Side note, the shop mechanics answered all my question and concerns. I really appreciate that

I was so upset when I had to put my Jaguar in the shop. However, the team at Kruse Lucas Imports were so professional. The provided me with detailed work. Also, they worked with my insurance company and made the situation as smooth as possible for me.

I took my 2002 Toyota Tacoma into K-L on a Monday to have them address pulling to the left when braking. I also asked them to check my steering as it felt 'squirrely. They had my truck for a week (which is why they get 4 stars and not 5). Bottom line is all issues were addressed and my 253,000-plus mile truck now drives like new. The staff are friendly and kept me in the loop at all times.

I have been there twice I have nothing but good things to say . They are super helpful and know d what are doing. The last time I had a light replaced and they only charged me for the fuse they didn t charge for the time . Other places they don t put it on without a charge . I will definitely have all my car serviced there .

Awesome experience!!! Hands down very quick to estimate and went above and beyond to get my 335i in and out. John was very helpful from start to finish. I paid over $5,000 for them to fix the drivetrain malfunction issue on my car and they didn t solve the problem. The car stalls and light keeps coming back on. $5,000 down the drain don t take your car here.

I took my Mercedes 2 Mercedes dealership one in Fresno and the other in Modesto and they both couldn t figure out what was wrong with my car as well I m not applying my warranty to the case. Kruse Lucas not only took care of the problem and they made the warranty insurance pay for the repairs on my car. Not only does my car run good and smooth I had a great rapport with the receptionist at the shop who was on top of it communicating with me with any and all updates regarding my car and Warranty. Definitely would recommend them to others there. It s hard to find good mechanics even harder to find great mechanics in Modesto.

Kruse Lucas imports , inc Tam and TAb was great took my 2003 Carrera in for to give me a diagnostic on the car they said the car check out find and they didn t even charge me the $140 for diagnostic they are honest people that works there I recommend you take ur car to them if u have any issue with your car !!

I took my Porsche Cayenne down to schedule an appointment to install my front license plate , CHP pulled me over for not having it on so I was anxious about getting it done soon. I was so excited when I arrived to schedule the service when they offered to install it right then!! It was so nice not to have to come back again. I appreciate them fitting me in! I am so grateful !! They have always been kind and courteous when I have been there for other services on our vehicles, they are amazing!!!

I want to give my utmost thanks Kruse Lucas Imports. I took my 1999 Porsche 911 to them after another nearby Porsche mechanic FUBAR'd my car after having it for two months. Chris and Tam at Kruse took care of me right away. They showed empathy for my situation and made me feel comfortable from the start. They and their staff are the epitome of professionalism in the industry, and that is apparent by the number of Porsche and others imports they had in the shop. My Grand daughter drove my classic 1989 vehicle from Modesto to Seattle and I had major concerns that the vehicle could make the journey. Grandma angst! Kruse Lucas checked every part of the car making it journey worthy and even suggested going to another place for a few other checks for driving that length over high hills and hot terrain. She made it just fine with the SL and I am very thankful for the Kruse Lucas careful check of each part of the car. Thank you Kruse Lucas!
