Hands down the most amazing shop to work with!Eric has handled 2 repairs for me, he is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly.H takes the time to listen to your concerns and makes the process super simple.The shop takes pride in their work and it shows. They have astounding craftsmanship and customer service.I m never concerned when leaving my car in their hands.I highly recommend Kruse/Lucas and won t take my car anywhere else.

I took my car to Kruse Lucas Body and Paint a couple of times, and every time they repaired my car it looked amazing, even better than before the accident. A big thank you to Ernie he is great and he is always willing to help with everything that he can. I highly recommend Kruse Lucas Body and Paint. Simply the BEST place in town!

My experience with Kruse Lucas Body & Paint was excellent! Montana went above and beyond with his service, helping me navigate the experience from start to finish and taking ample time to answer my questions and to advise me along the way. His knowledge and advice was invaluable, and the work done was excellent! Very pleased with my experience and happy with their service. Would definitely recommend!

Working with Giovanni as my go to guy in getting my 2020 330i fixed was a dream, he made dealing with the insurance company easy and really did the leg work. When GEICO tried to screw me, he was there making sure every penny that wad needed for the repairs were accounted for and available.And then there was the repair itself, this car looks better now than it did when I drove it off the lot.1

Kruse Lucas did an amazing job repairing and painting our Subaru. Although it took longer than we expected, it was well worth the wait. Kenneth does great work, and since we had run out of money for a rental , he even came to pick us up when our Subi was ready. We had to make an appointment for an estimate, but that's to be expected with a shop that does this quality of work. I highly recommend

These guys are great, took my 6 month old 4Runner there after someone hit my me. They delivered hands down, took a little longer than I would have liked but that s only because my rental car sucked. They nailed the Blizzard pearl paint job, so good nobody will ever know. Thanks Guys!

I took my wife's car to Kruse Lucas for a minor paint repair. It took forever, and well past their time estimate. I wrote an unflattering review about them. A couple years later, her car was in an accident, and the guy at Kruse Lucas suggested that I should change my review if I wanted him to work on the car. He admitted that the first paint repair took too long, but still asked me to edit or delete my review. I couldn't believe a reputable business man would use such tactics. Actually, I don't think a reputable businessman would.

Excellent work....very professional.....highly recommended....took a little longer than I wanted but after seeing the work they did I totally understand.....you want a quick fix that is junk, go somewhere else.....you quality go to Kruse Lucas

The dude was rude. I was trying to ask some questions for knowledge and he s immediately denying service. Horrible costumer service with no patience. Talking down to you.Even after spending 4k they still didn t want to explain anything or answering my questions

A class shop, if I need any paint or body work they'll be first on my list, I recommend you letting them do your paint and body repair.
