I took my car here for a oil change, two days later a loud ticking noise came from my engine, I checked my engine oil dipstick it turns out it was overfilled with engine oil tremendously, I have photos for proof. Now I have a check engine light and possible gasket replacement thanks to jiffy lube. The management here an staff needs to be replaced or retake there mechanic course immediately.

I can say that there all very good guys here. One problem is that they couldn t clean the oil that was leftover from the oil change. They said that water doesn t not and need to be fix

Guy spilled motor oil all over my engine bay and also spilled other fluids everywhere they have very poor training and act like they did not know what they were doing obviously un experience for sure. And charge way too much for a oil change sad place!!

Came in for a new set of brake pads just to get the ones that release a bunch of brake dust for $200, if that s the case I should ve just left the old ones!

Called ahead of time to see if they could check a wheel bearing and a detached hose. The detached hose was in an extremely obvious place and leaking, and to check a wheel bearing the car just needs to be jacked up and the tire needs to be wiggled (if it has any play there's an issue).Tech not only ignored the wheel bearing request after stating they could do it on the phone but told me they didn't see any hose that wasn't attached and leaking. I paid $98, very expensive for an oil change, justifying it by telling myself they'd check these extra things. All I got was an expensive oil change.

True professionals that I come to for my oil changes. My car tends to alert me for oil changes, and did just that, but apparently when I went once my car s alert was not accurate because they truthfully told me I wasn t due for one just and that my level oil was still good. I feel as if any other place would have changed it regardless for the business.Service: Oil change

Beyond dissatisfied. I've gone to this specific location for years and never paid more than $85 for an oil change. Today they charged me $154. And were beyond rude to my dad. We use this service to change our oil on our Toyota Camry they changed our oil then came to tell us that there was multiple leaks oil leaks and transmission leaks they took off our transmission pan and never put it back correctly it's dragging on the street and they also said they never took the pan off I have never had any leaks in my vehicle until I left this place also they had no reason to even take off my transmission pan I wasn't there for nothing with a transmission I was there for an oil change I called them back to see why they didn't do their job right and they denied everything. with that being said it's fine we have mechanics on our side that will fix it we want no further business with this company they are not about their word or work thank you!! Also I have been going here for quite a few years and after the service I realized it is under new ownership so this explains everything I should have known when I didn't see faces I used to no big deal their work will show with their reviews they did nothing to try to make it right except for it's fine we don't need your business too much of that will lead to no success I have a business of my own and I understand and respect the word of the customers!!Service: Oil change

They are fast, very reliable, good and super friendly group of people. I definitely would recommend them. And I always take my car to them and we are always happy with their service. I have been going to this place of business for 3 years. Recently the entire staff changed. And so has the quality of service. Due to the technician not properly ensuring my caps were on appropriately it resulted in my vehicle running into issues and leaving me on the side of the road. I went in to get oil change and was using a coupon for synthetic oil for $29.99 so that's what it should of cost me. Plus the man behind counter also told me to present coupon when car was done . Also he told me he would also write up some things that my car probably needed since it had hit 100000 miles I said ok. He instructed me to leave car for 2 hours at which I did. In fact I came back after 3 hours . When I came back he wasn't there another gentleman was . And they also proceeded to pull my car out to parking lot cause it was done. And then I was told my bill was $65 which I said no way I have a coupon for $29.99 so it couldn't cost that much. He told me the coupon was for synthetic oil not full synthetic . I said that's right. He told me well we put full synthetic in your car. I told him that's not what was supposed to be used for oil change and I had specifically instructed oil was to be synthetic I was using a coupon. He said well it wasn't and I told him that I was only paying $29.99 like I said when I dropped off car. So after a few minutes he had to write up a new bill charging me $29.99. but the whole problem is that now my car has full synthetic oil in it and from now on Im supposed to use same oil each oil change which I can't afford to pay a higher price and didn't say to use that higher oil in my car in the first place. I just don't understand why they used it . Plus while I was waiting for new paper work to be printed out another mechanic had come in with two filters in his hands and asked man at counter if they were ones that went in my car? So actually if I had all been done a few minutes earlier I would if drive off with out my two filters back in my car and never know it. Not very good service at all

Went before closing 452pm to be exact and was denied service said we close at 5pm. So you should post won t service your car after which ever hour you stop taking customers. Said come tomorrow at 8 am when we open. The worst won t ever go to this place again.

Unprofessional and expensive guy on the phone said hyonda? That'll be 99 out the door I said with taxes he said taxes and labor on the premium oil change was 120 or 130(changed the price) something about there. I was like wtff and hung up. He asked make and model and my car only take 3.1 qts of oils its a tiny hybrid from japan. That amount of oil costs 20 bucks and the filter 3-8 dollars a scam up in a jiffy.

Do not go to this jiffy lube. Went there this morning. 9/13/21. Manger tells me the price was double what it usually is. Then when I ask him if he is sure because I have recipe showing the reg price. He tells me im a liar. He says " sir this is a vw" " it takes a special european filter witch can only take special european oil." He said a recipe and bank statements was not proof I have been going there for 3 yrs every 5 thousand miles. He said sir you have never been here. Do not go he is a liar and con artist. Next he will tell me my flux warp drive is out lol.Service: Oil change

They took the time listen to what I needed done and they did it clean and fast. The shop and office were clean, not what you would expect from a place that deals with oil alday everyday. I would not hesitate to take my car back to them again forservice.

This jiffy lube has gone to hell since the new owners took over. Inflated prices and they'll still do services when you tell them you don't want them at this time. Especially if you have a fleet vehicle. Go to any other jiffy lube but this one!
