Time and time again Sparky and his crew prove that they are the best! They always get the job done cheaper and make sure it's done correctly. Super kind and helpful 10/10 recommend them!

The worst customer service. The staff is not professional. I have left my van for service, when I called for status, they don t know what was the issue and how long ago i have left my van there for service. No communication. Very unsatisfactory service. Will not recommend to anyone this shop.

This is a pretty awesome place. When my 75 yr old mom said she had found a new macanic, I was a little worried. Especially when she said they were honest. She wanted me to pick her up while they looked at her car. They had the car for about 3 hrs. When we got there, I waited in the car. A few mins later, the mechanic came out to my car, and that's when I expected him to say all kinds of things needed to be fixed. I'm not normally wrong, but if I am, I'd admit it. I was wrong about this place. He was friendly and honest. Any shop that doesn't take advance of a 75 yr old woman is awesome in my book. Btw, they were reasonably priced, and they did a great job.

I HAVE KNOWN SPARKY AND LORI FOR YEARS. WE MET THEM AT THE ROCK CHURCH YEARS BACK, AND I CAN TELL THAT SPARKIE IS A VERY UPFRONT PERSON. HE CAN FIX ANYTHING. My truck suddenly just stopped while driving it. We live out of town and we didn't know who to get! My daughter-inlaw highly recommend j&l. It turned out the best decision for us ! We live in Hollister can! If we need a mechanic we will drive the hour&half to his shop! He's that good and very fair! Thank You Sparkle! Perry Hunt!

Sparky can fix it. We have taken a few problem vehicles to Sparky and he has been able to get them taken care of for us. Sparky is fantastic and works very quickly. Sparky has always been a up front straight forward guy, he let's you know what's needed and will even show you price comparison's, very reasonable prices and always a blessing. I know any and all vehicles our family has taken to him over the years is well taken care of and always guaranteed work. This is truly the best automotive repair shop around! They know what there doing & have excellent customer service everytime! An now they've been given out Starbucks gift cards.

How bout a phone call back, I called you 3 times and you told me all 3 times you would call me back and I never heard from you. So I went with another company that did return my phone call and my air Conditioner is working great!!!

They didnt want to put on a timing chain so they let my car sit for 2 weeks. Then convinced me to order a motor saying the parts were on back order. Here I am 2 months later 35000 down with the same issues. When I picked up my car they said fords make that noise knowing it was the same problem. They almost make it pleasurable to take your car in for service! Owner recommended the ceviche around the corner for lunch while I waited and he wasn't wrong! Never had any issues with them. The lady at the help desk is very helpful and they have a waiting room full of vhs movies n magazines. I almost look forward to talking in my auto for maintenances.Highly recommended.

I took my 2011 Toyota Rav4 in for it not starting. They took care of the issue it wasn't cheap but you pay what you get they even did a follow up until the problem was fixed. They were very professional and did not push sale's of anything it was a very pleasant experience anyone I meet I recommend this shop.

Sparky, Tilly, and the crew go out of their way to make sure the work is done...and done right! Great people, fast repair, knowledgeable staff, easy to get an appointment, personalized service, and all for a fair price! I will never go to another auto repair shop!

Absolutely the best and most honest shopping Central valley sparky and the guys have always treated great went well out of the way to explain what I needed to get my car back on the road.I recently moved to Kansas City Missouri but I come back to Modesto on a regular basis and I always wait to have work done if possible with j&l complete Auto repair simply the Best

Best auto repair service ever used. Can fix all makes and models. They do everything. Certified A.S.E Tech's. Can do anything a dealership can. And much better customer service

This guy charge me 700 for my car to be fixed, went to midas because it was doing the same thing, spent 130 and the light and code hasn't came back
