I have been trusting my vehicles to Interstate for years. They 1st earned my business, by being honest with me about work that I thought was needed, and was willing to pay for, but they told me different, andI ended up paying nothing. Any shop that will be honest enough to turn down profit for the better interest of their customers, is considered A rated in my book.

Can't say enough great things about Ron, his family and his quality of work!We were pulling our 45' fifth wheel camper from Texas to California and 120 miles from our destination our transmission went out in Modesto, CA on a Sunday afternoon. We were lucky enough to have called Ron first who not only answered on a Sunday afternoon, but let us have the truck towed to his shop and Ron brought his personal truck to tow our camper to his shop and let us stay there for the night.Monday morning, he had the transmission our of the truck and torn down with full diagnostics by 9:00 am.Finding out we needed a full rebuild, Ron pulled our camper another 40 minutes away to get us setup at a local campsite.Ron expedited the rebuild finding all the non stock parts needed to rebuild my already custom transmission and I had full confidence in his work after meeting his team and listening to them discuss the build.When the truck was ready a few days later, Ron drove the truck to the campsite to pick me up saving me from having to Uber to the shop.Truck was perfect after the rebuild and we safely made it to our destination in California and all the way home (1800 miles) to Texas without any issues.Highly recommend Ron and his team for any work you may need.

I am very pleased with their service. Jeremy is very nice and upfront you will never guess what you will have to pay he gives you a flat rate he gives a great warranty that is very promising I just want to say thank you guys your whole team for fixing my Chevy Silverado you guys are a thank you again!!!!Update... So I put approximately 4000 mi since I got my rebuilt transmission about four months ago and I am hearing a disturbing rattle almost like little rocks getting thrown around sound when ever I accelerate I am not going to change my five star I am taking it in Tuesday we will see what happens from there. I will update soon.

After dealing with shops that wanted to overcharge, we found Interstate Transmission to have the best price for our transmission rebuild. Jeremy was easy to communicate with and all about customer service! We have been back for other issues and Jeremy has always been nothing but kind and transparent. They honor their warranties and stand by their work. Quality shop with quality people!! These guys are honest, and good at what they do. It's rare to find a business that won't try to overcharge you, or find some other way to make money off of you, that they didn't earn.They are courteous, and are very knowledgeable. I recommend them to anyone needing service.They've worked on my Mustang, Chrysler 300, Chrysler Pacifica, and Impala.

We brought our 2000 ford expedition in for what we thought would be at transmission replacement. Had it at two other shops and told we needed to replace it. Took it in to Insterstate, thinking we were going to pay $4,300.00 for the work. After they looked it over all it needed was a new computer. Out the door $832.00

Hey, it was a little difficult to get my truck looked at, but that's because of the flu bug! But I got the work done and they worked with me on being a few dollars short. Very knowledgeable staff of mechanics, it's nice to have work done right the first time!!! I will recommend Mark and his friendly staff to others.

I had a transmission failure on my classic car. Had it towed to a shop that wanted to charge me over 3K and it would have taken a month. A friend of mine told me about Ron and his shop and recommended it. Glad I did! He had it done in 3 days, reduced the cost to about half, and warranties his work. Due to my busy schedule, he even met me to pick up my car late at night well past closing hours. Car is shifting great and running strong! Would highly recommend to anybody. If something goes wrong again with any of my cars, he has a repeat customer!

Absolutely the best and nicest auto shop! They were more than accommodating and friendly, quick and gave me a quote with different options and explained the charges. They were upfront, honest, professional, helpful....I can t say enough good things about this shop! I am thankful that I found this shop and was treated so well!

Thank you to Ron for helping my family and I out.. We was heading back home to Washington after visiting family in Long Beach California when suddenly my car broke down. We had it tow to interstate transmission and we didn t have money to fix it right away. But Ron was willing to help us out and store my car for free till we came up with a decision. Great customer services beyond helpful and amazing! Thank you Ron and the crew for everything

I went in to have my Ford F150 checked and I couldn't have asked for better service! They checked it out and did some research to find out my problem had a factory extended warranty, so instead of fixing it and costing me quite a bit of money he called me up and let me know so I could take it to the dealership and have it fixed for free! They didn't even charge a diagnostic fee. They were quick and friendly, I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know or anyone who is looking for a stand up shop you can trust. These guys are so great I ve been going there for years but this time they really saved me I m traveling across the US and broke down in Texas after the guys in Texas tried to swindle me into a new transmission I called the owner of interstate to confirm what they were saying and of course they were trying to take advantage of me. It is the only place I will take my car. I will go past many other mechanic shops just to get to interstate transmission center. Ron and his crew are absolutely the best. A trusted mechanic is hard to find so I will always take my car to them

They screwed my on a acura mdx transmission rebuild. They charged me over $4000 for a complete rebuild and right after the warranty was up the torque converter went out, in which I don't think they replaced like it should have been. So they changed me over $1600 more to replace that. The transmission went out again a couple of years later, so I took it to a different shop. That shop showed me the case that they had used a punch to tighten some of the bearing pockets. I am a machinist this is shity work that hacks do to get by for a short time. I really got screwed by them. I paid premium price and got unprofessional work.The work was done through Mazda plus.

I took my 2006 Chevy Silverado in for a transmission that lost 3rd and 4th gear. They went through at my request and upgraded known weak points on the 4L60. I got less than 100,000 miles out of the original transmission and with the repair I am at over 469,000 miles and no problems that is more than 3 times the life of the factory transmission. I look forward to doing business with them again. Honest, hardworking , quick turn around and they stand behind their work. Pic is a little dated..and under the actual miles but close to it.

Brought my 97 Saturn in with a broken shifter cable. They took care of me by fixing the problem with a fair price. Would definitely recommend them. Super friendly and professional,, Modesto Calif New Mexico New Mexico .

I did my research when looking for a great transmission shop for my daughters Subruban and from my research I found Interstate Transmission looked like the best and we just got confirmation of that because It was fixed in a great time frame and at a great price and done right and we're very happy with the service and repairs!!Thank you Interstate Transmission and all of you there!!
