Shawn Barkhou at Fix Auto Collision in Modesto was an amazing vehicle manager! He kept in constant contact with me about my repairs. They fixed my vehicle ahead of schedule and it looked like a brand new car when I got it back. They even detailed my vehicle and cleaned out my trunk space! I hope I never need car repairs again but if I do I'm going to see Shawn at Fix Auto Collision in Modesto! If you need Tesla repairs this is the place to go. 1st class treatment! Thanks Shawn!

I wanna thank the whole team at Fix Auto Modesto for taking care of my car and for going above and beyond!I just realized why these guys have 5 stars rate, I would give them 10 if I could.The repair job performed in my car was masterclass (trust me, Im in the automotive repair industry)My lexus got hit and took it to fix auto for repairs after checking out some reviews.They got it done in 3 days, started working on the car just minutes after drop off.They also saved my fender from getting painted (big shout out to the PDR guy, ) and took care of some extra minor dents unrelated to my original claim, my car got cleaned inside/outside, that is their signature!Thanks again to Shawn and the whole team for making this an iconic experience. *Im the guy with the IS350

Excellent experience -- again!!A few years back, my vehicle was rear ended, and I took it took Fix Auto in Modesto and left a 5-star review then.I had another issue recently and took it into the other Modesto location and again, had a 5-star experience.Exceptional work to the finest detail, professional and friendly staff, easy to work with. Car looked brand new inside and out!Highly recommend!

I don't think anyone is happy to have to get their car repaired. Shawn and the staff at FIX Auto made getting my Tesla Model Y the most pleasant experience.1 knew my car was in good hands. I received daily updates via text.My car was actually finished a few days earlier than expected. When I picked it up I was greeted with smiles and cheerful attitudes (something that seems to be rare these days). The communication was great throughout the whole process and put me at ease.My car was repaired thoroughly at a reasonable price. They even detailed it and gave me a little tissue box!!! Did I mention they they warranty their work? I would definitely recommendFIX Auto to anyone needed the services they provide 10 stars

If I could give FIX AUTO 100 stars I would from the moment I walked in the staff was so friendly and welcoming made me feel like I was apart of the family. My car got done earlier than estimated and when I went to go pick it up it was detailed on the inside and outside and they didn t have to do that looked better than when I purchased the vehicle. I was rear ended and they did a great job fixing couldn t even tell! I highly recommend bringing ur vehicle here for any needs!!! There awesome!!!! Highly recommend

I am ecstatic with my car and my experience with FIX! Katie was a pleasure to do business with as well as Shawn!! From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed and heard. Katie s sweet and professional demeanor was appreciated as well as her thoroughness and attention to detail. She made a quick call then Shawn appeared in about two minutes to discuss the bodywork I needed on my Tesla. I was truly relieved that I was referred to a certified Tesla repair shop here in town as opposed to having to go all the way to San Jose. I couldn t believe when Shawn advised me that I could drop my car off in a couple days as opposed to waiting weeks like other places were stating. The entire process was explained to me in the beginning as well as throughout, and then re-capped at the end of my service. My entire car looks better than when I dropped it off even though it was just the rear quarter panel and bumper that needed repair. They shined the entire car up beautifully and the paint match is impeccable. I will unequivocally use FIX for any and all repair needs that may arise in the future. These days, superb customer service is hard to come by so FIX, from beginning to end, affirmed for me that excellence DOES still exist. I was updated, via text as well as phone calls, throughout the entire process. This place exceeded my expectations and I pride myself on having high standards. I really couldn t find a better facility to service my F150 repairs after some vandalism they went above and beyond and are extremely professional and communicate every step of the way I m very impressed with this repair facility. They re moving down the street soon so they re a little difficult to find but they re very much worth itnow it's February 2024 and I'm updating my review to say that the same people work here the same professional environment it's expanded everybody is super nice and everybody is willing to help this is an excellent body shop I recommend this place very highly

When my car had to be moved from one auto shop to Fix Auto, the process was seamlessly which was great for me. When I had to sign papers to disassemble my car the mechanic (I'm bad with names and wish I could remember his) was great at explaining all the damages and answered all questions I had. I had requested an alignment of my car which most likely was not going to be covered by the insurance so fix auto took it upon themselves to still do it free of charge!Not only the mechanics were great but the receptionists as well. When picking up my car the receptionist, Katie, was conversating with me while waiting for my car. She was really nice, professional and welcoming which is something I did not get from the previous auto shop. Fix auto is the reason I will be staying with my current insurance and will definitely come back if needed.Highly recommend it!

I took my model X for a hood dent. I asked a few local shops in East Bay Area the estimate was between $4500 and $6500. They fixed the car for me for $2500. The workmanship was awesome. The customer service was even better. Vimal, and Leilani made the experience so smooth.Thank you guys very much.

Someone broke into my car and damaged my driver side door. They fixed it up and made it look new again. Plus, the guys and the office girls are really polite and wonderful to work with!

Got in my first ever accident with my first ever brand new car. Needless to say I was bummed. My insurance company (Progressive) had Fix Auto in their network and recommended them. Marshall and Beverly were courteous and professional. Both answered any questions I had and were very helpful. About a week later my 2021 Malibu was finished and looked as new as the day I bought it.Paint matched perfectly and body panels lined up spaced. Hats off to the guys in the shop- they do excellent work!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

One of the best customer service out there. Everyone I encountered were so polite and put an effort treating you professionally. Shout out to Shaun who took care of my car well. I just suggest the text update be more specific and personalized instead of automated feel to it. That will surely fire it up to 6 stars!

Everyone here was very professional and polite. They made sure that not only was I okay but when I was having a bad day they made sure everything is okay. They were very forward with all information about the car and explained things to me. I m thankful for the staff here.

Update: a few weeks after Fix repaired our car from the below collision, a tree branch fell on the hood and quarter panel. Shawn and the crew at Fix Auto did another amazing job! Great communication and the car was done on the day they promised! They delivered our car in perfect condition! Great experience!Fix Auto repaired our Tesla Model Y after it was rear-ended. The entire experience was fantastic. The repairs are perfect and they had the car back to us 6 days before it was promised. We hope not to need their services in the future. But, if we do, we know we will be well taken care of. Their customer service and quality of work outshines the competition! They take pride in what they do and stand behind their work with a lifetime warranty. Our car looked brand new when we picked it up. It was beautifully detailed inside and out too. Fix Auto My experience with Fix Auto was amazing. The professionalism, communication, interaction with insurance, speed, and performance were impeccable. Even with added complications of a Tesla repair. Shawn worked diligently with my insurance to ensure only Tesla parts were used and NOT aftermarket parts. He was great from the first appointment to the post repair inspection. He was thorough, detailed and clear with expectations, schedules and work. Shawn s communication never let me wonder how things were going, I felt consistently informed. I would absolutely recommend Fix Auto. It was a great experience

Very professional and clean shop. I would definitely recommend them! The only thing that was difficult was that all calls go to the call center; you can't contact the shop directly.
