Went in today to get an oil change. Dude comes out to tell me minor little things with my car that me as woman can fix myself and I guarantee you it won't cost no 650$. One guy had a slick mouth. I doubt my family and I will be coming back but thanks to the guy who did my oil change and for his great customer service.

Although I had to wait longer for my new car tires because they were only available in Stockton and they were going to be delivered at the Modesto location, my experience was great. I was able to wait in the waiting area in a comfy seat, while they played one of the Avengers movies, I was able to see what they were doing to my car, & best of all, the total amount I paid was lower than what I was quoted.

It's not a bad review, just an unsuccessful visit. Said I had to leave my car all day just to repair a flat tire. I showed up right when they opened at 8 a.m. I wish they had more mechanics for busy hours like mornings and afternoons. I'm sure everyone thinks the same thing when they are in need of having their car serviced. "Show up as soon as they open." Hence why they had the lobby with 4 or 5 people. It was a disappointment, driving looking for another tire place. I went to American Tires and got there around 8:10 a.m. They had 10 or more people in there. I was in and out in about 15 minutes, and that's only because they recommended buying new tires.

I had to wait 4.5 hrs to get 2 tires changed when my appt was at 1 pm. If you are that far behind then don't have appt times where people end up waiting that long to receive service. Go elsewhere in Modesto if you are trying to get even remotely decent service

Having an extremely hard day. Was in town dropping of my dog @ 24hr Emergency Vet. On the way home I saw Firestone. I pulled in because I needed a new battery. 23 yr old Excursion. The entire staff treated me not only professionally as expected but when sharing my day - verge of tears I was treated with genuine compassion & kindness. Diehard battery installed, I mentioned concerns about the possibility of electrical issues before tech closed the hood on install, he took another 15 minutes or so to check electrical & all fluid levels for me. To know service like this still exists where auto techs genuinely care about the safety of their customers is REMARKABLE. A special wooo hoo to William & Tyler for treating me like family ! Highly recommend this Firestone location. Good ol fashioned service. They care about their customers !!!!!

Had to wait 1 hour past my 8:30 am appt, with communication or explanation. Had to tell front desk personnel that I'd been waiting that long. I was met with excuses and zero apology. Spoke with Mgr on duty, all he could offer was the word "okay". Later he explained the same excuse, with no apology. Had to ask for one 4 times. He eventually with reluctance gave me one. Also informed him of the bathroom atrocious condition. He said "okay", but offered nothing more.

I never have trouble with bringing my car to fire stone. The staff at the modesto store are great. My car broke down again recently, and it is being worked on right now, and I trust the mechanics there.

I took my van in to have the brakes done and they kept it for seven daysThis is a company van contracted by Leaseplan with fire stone .They replaced two tires, but they did not retrain the tire pressure system .My phone charger/holder was broken at the neck ,I immediately sent an email to Manager Richey Laredo With the description and photos .It has been three weeks and he has not responded to my email .I attempted to reach him by phone six times speaking with PJ the assistant manager.Richey Has still not reached out to me.This is definitely a problem

I would really like who is working on my car and their experience on car care. Also, the sticker on the windshield was not applied, I did it myself to know when my next oil change would be.

I have booked 2 oil changes in the past. Botha times I waited almost 2hrs for a simple oil change that should take 15 mins maybe and hour if it s extremely busy. They always over book appointments, then upsell unneeded services to increase sales while decreasing customer experience. I have a credit card I will be closing down due to not using this company anymore.

Go to countryside tire in Turlock to get your car fixed very fast Oil change brakes are done fast Long as he show up early in the morning, you get out quick this place is a real deal.

You ask them to to do a rotation they will do what s recommended and not even tell you. Have the decency to tell me what you re doing to my car .

I called this place when my car wouldn't start , they were able to see me the same day and they took care of the issue the same day, I got to pick up my car before closing . Great customer service and fair prices. I highly recommend this place.

Everything takes longer than quoted and they left the oil cap on the car off two different times. That's pretty ridiculous. Only reason we continue to go here is because we have a firestone credit card, otherwise we'd be going anywhere else.

I have a lifetime alignment on my car and because of them not charging me. I've been here all day waiting while cars come and go.

A low tire pressure light came on and I was worried. Jose took care of me no problem! I drove in and asked if they could help me and got excellent service immediately. I feel safe now thanks guys! I waited a few minutes but grateful for the help

They were super slow, and even though we were 2 hours early for our appointment, it took them over an hour past our appointment time for them to get started.

Wait time is horrible. And I had an appointment. Came in for an inspection and tire sensor. 3 hours waiting and finally done. Driving home and start feeling the steering wheel shake. Now waiting again for them to do a balancing. If you have options on getting a ride home that is probably best for this location. 1 star for them doing balancing after bringing it back. Waiting area no tv or magazines, bring entertainment. Bathroom is a mess.

I came to this location for an oil change, it was relatively busy and they appeared to be short staffed so it took a while to get done. The front office workers were polite, and honest about the wait time, but I took off two stars for a couple of reasons.After they changed my oil they did not reset the service indicator light. It's a quick reset, I can do it myself, but it would have been better for them to do it as it's a part of the job. The second reason is I informed them I wanted the blinkers and head lights changed, instead they simply "checked" them, I didn't get charged for anything related to the lights as nothing got done, but the fact is i asked that the light bulbs be changed as two of them didn't work, but they did not do it. I did it myself, it's a simple job, would have been better if it gone done when I asked for it though. All good though, id probably still come back for service in a few months.

Went to go get an oil change and tires rotated yesterday. Was given a quote and decided not do the service because the local dealer would actually do it for a better rate and I could wait a day. The shocking part is when I decided not to use them an employee immediately said good we don t need your business . What kind of customer service is this. I was stunned that would be said in front of me, and I have been a long time customer of this store. I understand occasionally one vendor may not be cheaper than another but can t say I will go back anytime soon to this store after yesterday. I would travel 45 min to go to another store and than have to come back and revive that kind of service again

This place carries good brands of tires. Staff are professional and very helpful. They helped other customer in less then 10 min to check tire pressure. This place is super busy. Make a appointment before you go. They offer more services from oil change to brake services.

Called twice to get an estimate for AC recharge, other shops I called charge $150, but Firestone keep saying they need to charge me $44 for inspection and then whatever is they charge for the recharge, but won t tell me how much. I m just trying to see where I can find the best deal like every customer does, but definitely this is not the place

Went for brakes and replace the inside filter in car.Husband wanted to see the clean filter. It was filthy when pulled out! They were going to charge me $60 for something they hadn't done..please make sure work was done before you pay.They said they forgot...but how would we had known had we drove away and not checked . WOW!
