Great shop, great service and personnel. I usually wait for my car and the consistent courtesy of the service team and their commitment to quality OEM parts and service standards is evidentAlso it s a family owned business with a long many years track record. I note also that often new customers are referrals from previous owners of the car coming in. Or, like me, a referral from a longtime customerI drive from a neighboring town to take my Mercedes to them and have for years . They are prompt, thorough and help keep my car running like new

Very friendly personnel. I feel very fortunate to have found a shop that doesn't take advantage of you. I always know I can trust them to take care of my mini cooper. If your car needs service, I would highly recommend European automotive.

My wife and I have done business with this company before. We had a lovely experience the first time getting the oil changed in my wife s Mercedes. So we thought to bring it back and always come there for all of our service We were wrong. My wife s sunroof malfunction and would not close all the way so my wife decided to call and see if they could manually get it closed because it was rainy season. One of the managers by the name of Anthony decided to tell my wife that he could manually close it. When my wife arrived, what he meant by manually close was to shove the thing closed, which is not manually closing it. You re forcing a piece of mechanical machinery to close because it would not shut. We decided to bring it back and see if they could actually fix it. We dropped off the car at their shop for seven hours until I had to call to find out if it was fixed or not. Then they proceeded to tell me that they couldn t even get it to move or open and basically didn t work on it. The mechanic had no timestamps on his card for the work that they said that they tried to do. Then they proceeded to try and charge us $120 for doing absolutely nothing on the car in seven hours. Then they proceeded to tell me it would be another thousand dollars to pull the whole headliner out of the car to try to see what s wrong with it. My wife simply asking when you forced it closed, did it break something , The manager got all defensive, and decided to turn it into a spectacle when we were simply asking a question, then the other counter worker proceeded to embarrass my wife in their lobby. This is the first time I have ever written a review for anyone in my life, but the lack of respect and ignorance baffled me. My wife did receive a call back from them shortly after apologizing for the spectacle that was caused. This is the only reason I am giving 2 stars instead of one.

A friend of mine recommended this place to me. I thought I would check it out. First thing is their customer service was excellent. Very professional and, very cool men. I felt like I was a friend which to me that s the way you should feel like. I have worked for a Dental administration also for Burlington Coat Factory as a cashier. I know how you are supposed to be treated and they are 100% on top of that I will be returning. I was nervous taking an F-Type R somewhere besides the dealer but this place is top notch. Lower cost, better customer service, and OWM parts; we found our shop.

These guys are great! I was visiting from out of town when my car suddenly wasn t right. They were really busy and took a look at my LOUD engine anyway. When I left my car with them, they communicated regularly and clearly. They were able to fix my 20 year old Volvo, and I am so thrilled! The car is quieter than it has been in years. I m so happy with them, I m going to make the drive to see them from now on.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Amazing result! Audi S5 loses compression in one cylinder. Dealership states new engine for 30k. Others I called agree and quote the same. European Auto finds the actual issue and solves it for 1k.... These guys are awesome. Back on the Road!

I've been to many mechanics for my car. It's hard to find a reliable one that's not out to rip you off. I came into this place thinking they couldn't find the problem my car had because the last two couldn't find it. They reassured me with absolute confidence that they'll find the problem and take care of it. Not only did they find the problem but they showed me a list of many other issues my car had, options and prices for those issues, plus my initial issue was fixed at a very affordable price. I had one place trying to fix my rear brakes for over $700 and this place wants to do them for $400. This place is great!!I called needing a repair on my Lexus headlight. I explained the urgency of my situation and they were able to accommodate me the next day. Even though they specialize in European vehicles, they were nice enough to take a look at my Lexus. They helped diagnose the issue as being a broken bulb and were able to replace the bulb same day. I really appreciate the quick turnaround! Great customer service! Great repair! I strongly recommend this place!

I have been bringing my Audi here for years and would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone. All staff are so courteous, diligent with great attention for detail. Their turn around time is amazing & communication the same. Reasonable prices and can tell that they take pride in what they do! My car is always washed and shiny when I pick it up. Refuse to go anywhere else unless I have to.

I was referred to them to maintain my 2013 Mercedes SLK. I'm not local, and I drove 40 miles to take the car to them, based on my friend's recommendation. They were prompt, courteous, the work was well done, and priced fairly. I received a full report on the car at the conclusion of the service work.Since I live at a distance, I decided to wait for my car while it was serviced, and so I was incidentally able to hear their phone calls with customers, and with parts vendors. I was impressed by everything I heard that day. A sales person came through, and wanted to sell them non-genuine parts, and they refused courteously, opting to put their customer's car's interests above increasing profit..Concluding the services, they washed, and vacuumed my car before sending me home, and did a follow up telephone call with me a few days later to see if things were working properly, and if my vehicle service needs had been fully met.Many of their customers are long time clients, and I intend to remain a part of that group.......two years later.....Still going to European Motors, and still give them an unqualified "2 thumbs up." These are the kinds of businesses that I look for, and continue to support.... my thanks to the whole team, and my local (40 miles distant) business owner that recommended them. Old School Quality, Honesty, and Fair Prices. I have a 2004 Volvo S60 that need an adjustment to the air conditioner compressor clutch. The service representative did not try to sell me an entire air conditioner compressor. He knew exactly what the adjustment was and fixed my car for a fair price. This place is worth every penny. Prices are better than the stealership and they even give you a complimentary wash after every repair. They know what they are doing. Love these guys, also they are mod friendly, and will not give you a hard time for being lowered or modified.

This is my new go to repair shop for my Mercedes, Anthony is great and communicates extremely well with customers. I appreciate all their help, they really did make my car feel important and cared for and since my cars also important to me I felt safe leaving it to them for a week to work on repairs. Top notch! I'm treated just like family every time I walk through the door. Their knowledge is exceptional and their work ethic is second to none! They are by far my most recommended shop hands down. My car came back multiple times to the shop over a month.I paid multiple diagnostic fees discussed this with the manager and he was very rude. Final diagnostic was given to me as a oil gasket leak which is a high ticket job, but after numerous misdiagnosis I decided that I would not risk wasting my time and money; Worst customer service I ve ever had. I will not be returning as the manager said we have plenty of work meaning they don t really care if you come back. After that experience I finally decided to take it to the dealer they diagnosed it ONE time and gave it back to me in 3 days. Thank you BMW professionals. Final note before going here make sure you read the reviews. I had the same exact issues as others which validates our statements...hope this helps others.. Service: Auto engine diagnostic

These guys are awesome and went above and beyond on my Volvo and all I can say is the customer service and vehicle service both exceeded satisfactory! I'd give more than 5 stars if I could and highly recommend them.

Been here twice for the services and liked it. Prices????? I mean what do expect to pay for owning a luxery car? If you are cheap, drive a Geo or something. I loved the hand wash service. I recommend going there, service was great. They even gave my wife and I a lift to the mall while our Mercedes was being serviced and picked us up when it was done.

Great service, it is a little costly, but it's cheaper than the dealer. I found that, the people that work here are friendly, courteous, honest. No surprises, they will let you know exactly what it's wrong with your car and what it's going cost you to fix it

I am the owner of EAS and have been in business 26 years. We know we cannot make everyone happy and everyone is entitled to their opinion. However two of the following reviews deserve an explanation. David Dias had repairs done 11/2015 and on a follow-up phone call was happy with the repair. He towed the car in 3/01 and said we could have it til the end of the next day. He called at 11:30 on the 2nd and we were just pulling the car in to start the repair. He was upset the repair was not done and said do not do the repair. It was a 3 hour job and we still had over 5 hours left. We charged him nothing so are unsure what expenses he incurred. The name Samantha West is not in our computer system at all so we have no idea who she is!!! It almost looks more like a fake review and a vendetta, rather than an actual complaint!! We always strive to do our best and try to contact our customers after repairs to make sure the job we performed was satisfactory!

LOVE THIS PLACE! I just purchased my second Mercedes about six months ago and have been in search for a great shop to take it to. Was looking for a good shop in Modesto since the one I use to take my 77 450SEL was all the way in Pleasanton and needed something closer to home and boy am I happy I found this place! From the moment i dove up i was happy. Nothing but Mercedes and Mini coopers in the parking lot which was packed is a great sign! As well as pulling into the parking lot to see them washing a car they just finished working on like wow! Was then greeted by Stephen who was super friendly and a was more then willing to explain the problem with my car! He assured me that he would call me the following morning to let me know the diagnosis and he surely did not even 20 minutes after they were open! I was glad to find out the exact problem of my car because was told many different problems that i felt had no relation to my cars problem, ABS module for reason of low power ya i think not, anyways they told me the problem and also gave me advice about what is starting to wear and what i would want to replace in a couple months. I always cringe at leaving my car at a shop but felt so happy about leaving her here and am confident they are going to get me back on the road no problem! Very knowledgable and friendly shop! Cant wait to get my car back in a couple days and will defiantly be visiting them again for any car repair needs in the future!

The labor rates are almost comparable to dealerships. The customer service was atrocious. They overcharge on a lot of things. They like to quote you high and once you get your car fixed, they lower the price by a few dollars to make you think you are getting a good deal (but you're not) The only good thing about this place is the free car wash when you service your car here. That was it!

Our 2004 Range Rover has spent a lot of time at EAS in the last two years. We purchased it used so the amount of time spent there was of no fault of theirs. And I can say I would recommend them to anyone with a European car. They have always been very pleasant and have great customer service.

I took my Volvo in this place a little over a year ago, and it went it with a number of problems that we knew about and of course bringing the in car they find another number problem. They took my money, "fixed" my car and I get it back. First I find scratches I my leather seats that were not there to begin with but when it got brought up to them, "they were never in my back seat" but somehow they vacuumed the back seat and floor board. Second I get my car back and within two days of it being home, it had to go back for the same reason, and this was LITERALLY the case for months. I had my own car for maybe three weeks out of it being in the shop for four months. They claimed they fixed the original problem but couldn't find what was wrong with it now but it still had those same original problems . I paid almost $3000 for my car not to be fixed. I will NEVER come back and will NEVER recommend this place.
