This place is the most unprofessional Auto shop I ve ever seen! The worst customer service!The lady Jennifer who runs this place is rude and angry at all times I was being completely respectful with her and her attitude did not change one bit. Also when I went to pick my vehicle up there was grease hand prints along the headliner and center console of my car!Service: Oil change

My experience with Europa Motors was exceptional. The front staff is very professional and friendly. They communicated better than any other auto shop that I have ever used. The owner personally greeted me and explained the repair necessary to keep my vehicle in tip top shape. I felt confident that the work being done was performed by the most experienced and trained technicians. After receiving my vehicle back after the service, quicker than I expected, I drove away satisfied. A very bad and exploitative car repair company, because I asked them to replace the ignition coils and the spark plugs in my car, but they refused to do this work without diagnostic the engine for the second time, only for them to charge me the fee for diagnostic the car twice. This place is the most unprofessional Auto shop I ve ever seen! I called and described a easily fixable issue with my Volvo air-conditioner. There are many YouTube videos about the issue. It requires removing the right front tire to get at the Air-conditioning clutch. Then adjusting a shim to return the clutch to it's correct clearance. It is so routine that it is described as a 100k Mike recommended adjustment. The lady who answered the phone said she had been working there for 20 years and never heard of the issue. She then said that they don't fix things or adjust thing they only replace thing. Taking a tire off and adjusting an adjustable part might take an hour. At current hourly rates that would be billed at perhaps $125. But replacing the whole Air-conditioning would most likely be more that $2500. I will NEVER take my car here.

The owner is a decent, honest, good and fair mechanic. I wish I had found him sooner than the one I found on Craigslist ( Dale, of Mobile Auto Service) he's a scam mechanic.

Great service! Fast and super reliable. Got in my BMW brakes pads, rotors and their highly skilled techs put them on at a much cheaper price than the dealership! I will be a returning customer! Thank you Europa Motors! And Thank you Jennifer - you re the best!

I went to Europa motors a few months back as my brother mentioned he was taking his car there to get an oil change and I received excellent service. The staff at the front were kind and courteous. The owner was great and spent time talking with me afterwards and helped me with a sensor. I recently called as my refill coolant light was on and I needed to get down to LA to be with family due to a recent loss and though the staff was extremely busy for the holidays as they are pretty popular in the area, they squeezed me in and took care of me and with quickness. I appreciate the service as well as the understanding of my situation and highly recommended this business for your auto service needs.

These people were kind of rude especially lady who answers the phone she had a condescending tone from the start of the conversation. She asked if my parts were from the dealership I told her they were genuine parts that need to be programmed the tech refused to work on my car so I guess I should have just said they were dealership parts thanks for wasting my time. You won't stay in business long refusing customers they have plenty of good reviews but they will regret turning people away especially when they don't get business. If I have to have dealership parts I might as well just go with the dealership to put them on the stealership wants to charge 2000 dollars for parts and repairs I refuse to let the dealership screw me and I count on the little guy like this shop to help me but obviously they're in cahoots together. I'll find someone else don't waste your time unless you got dealership parts

Went in for a diagnostic and they wanted 3 hrs ($450) which is totally outrageous! And wanted me to wait till Feb to get in ..nope not gonna do that ,went to the most reputable place in town and got a $125 diagnostic and a fair repair price they got my biz!!

Derek and the rest of the Europa employees are by far the best I've dealt with in my many experiences with automotive repair companies. The urgency they put into getting you're vehicle done and returned to the customer without losing the integrity of their work is top of the line. I will now be bringing all my vehicles to them. If you're looking for a good repair shop this is the place.

Thank you to everyone who helped me.. Excellent shop trustworthy mechanics and amazing office staff. Mechanic stayed late to pin my cluster and saved me a lot of money.. I am forever grateful to have Europa Motors on my side. I will return with "Smokey" my TurboS Beetle.. Your all amazing A BIG THANK YOU AGAINRECAP.. I have been coming here for years, the techs are honest and the people in the office always greet you with a smile. I recently had a smog done on my car there and I showed up 15 min after they usually close on Sat, and Jennifer was able to squeeze us in and have it done in 10-15 mins. The prices are competitive and the owner is friendly. Highly recommend and will go back.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. I was referred by another shop because it is hard to find places that will work on Volvos. I called ahead and told them the work I needed done. I work out of town and would be gone during their work hours so I set up a night drop off of my vehicle. They open at 7 am, at 7:30 am I got a call from them confirming they had my car and the mechanic had started the work. They called me by name every time I called. Their diagnosis confirmed what I thought was going on and they found other things going wrong that I had seen evidence of too. Their prices were dead on with what I found for parts and the cost for labor was what I expected. So 5 star customer service, diagnostic, pricing for parts and labor, and speed at which they got the work done. At the end of my first experience with them I can say I trust them.

I was having problems with the ignition on my Volvo, and I needed a new radiator, and Europa Motors was recommended to me by a business that I knew and trusted in Turlock. I made an appointment, drove my car in there, and immediately liked the look of the place. The property was neat and clean, the building well kept, even the work bays were tidy and well-organized, and I especially liked that my car would be kept inside a fenced and gated area until the work was done. I had a few problems with communications, but Derek was wonderful. He kept me well informed, and was always cheerful and polite whenever we spoke on the phone. As I live a couple of hours away, that was very important to me.The radiator was fixed in a timely manner, but the ignition was a bit of a problem which was in no way Europa Motors' fault. They repaired it as well as could be done given the situation, and I went to pick it up. It refused to start. The owner, Marlon, had come out to make sure that everything was working right, and when I couldn't get the key to turn, he stepped right in and did all he could to get it working. It finally started, and he then drove it into a working bay so he could make sure that it functioned properly, and to ensure that nothing went wrong as I drove it home. As I stated earlier, I live a couple of hours away, up in the hills, and if something had happened, I could easily have been stranded or had an accident. I was greatly impressed and pleased at his concern over my welfare. The repair took 2 1/2 hours, in addition to the time the staff had already spent on the repairs, and I loved it that Marlon explained everything to me. I don't understand much about cars, but the way he explained everything as he worked on it, I understood a lot more than I otherwise would have. When the repair was finished, he checked it out yet again to make sure it functioned as it should. Again, I was quite impressed by his skill and thoroughness.If I could give Europa Motors more than five stars, I would. I liked the cleanliness of the place, the comfortable waiting room, the excellent service and friendly attitude of the office staff, the thoroughness of the repair staff, and especially Marlon's concern for my safety. It's hard to find such excellent service these days, and I will gladly drive the distance I must drive to take it to Europa Motors. Their work is impeccable, their attitude is excellent, and I don't think I have ever had such superb service.

Friendly staff. They did my brake and light inspection. Kinda expensive but they are very thorough. Found items that needed to be repaired. I did the work myself and they reinspected it and it passed. Went to another place before coming here and he told me get new taillights and tires. No reason for new taillights and no explanation. Europa motors was honest and up front about everything. My advice, don't go to some rinky dink shop, go see the professionals at Europa Motors for all your car repair needs.

My Mercedes wouldn't start so I had it towed in. They quickly diagnosed the issue and had it repaired within a day of me approving the work. Great mechanics and awesome customer service. This is now my go-to mechanic! Thanks Europa!

As a person who knows very little about cars it is so important to feel confident about who is working on my car's from the person answering the phone to the owner. Jennifer was patient, honest and knowledgeable about the electrical problems I was having with my Volvo. Once I brought my car to Europa Motors I experienced the same with Marlon. Of course, my car didn't have the problem when I got to Europa having come from Sonora. Marlon was also patient and knowledgeable as well explaining all of the possible problems. He also gave me options should my car start having electrical problems again. I felt so comfortable in Europa's welcoming waiting area as well as with everyone I came into contact with there that I will be returning to Europa for all of my Volvo as well as Porsche automotive needs. So grateful that I found Europa !!!!

Good shop, Marlon is a good dude that is fair and trys to help his customers. prices are fair and the work is good. My Infiniti g35 was rittled with issues but after a couple of appts we got it all straightened out. But you must be patient They are a high volume shop for good reason so be prepared to leave your car there for a while.

There are few places where you can find trust. Ever take your car somewhere and wonder about the work they do ? That doesn't happen here. From the moment you walk in to the time to pick up your car. It's all about the bond these folks build. They go above and beyond those other places. Merlon, has a heart of gold and is never satisfied with just going thru the motions. You will never go wrong with these people. I've used this place for years and have never been disappointed. Trust, can you put a dollar amount on that ?

Europa Motors is the best! You can tell Marlon the year and model of a car and he'll tell you what's probably wrong with it and be right 9/10 times without even hearing about any symptoms. He should start a YouTube channel.

Great place to take in your Euro cars. Friendly service, reasonable prices, and trustworthy staff. I've had them take care of my 2000 Volkswagen GTI multiple times, and they are very kind and back up their work.

I went in needing my rear taillight bulb eclectrical socket replaced which is costly. However the team at Europa Motors were able to work their magic without replacement it's been 6 months and my E320s lights are in working order. they only charged me for labor and the parts were free. HIGHLY recommended.

Was wonderfully recieved, and was treated better here than at the Mercedes Dealer ship, I wouldnt take my benz anywhere else. I think the prices and services are more than fair, and shout out to Derek + crew.

Having just moved from out of state, I was worried about finding a new home for my Benz for the maintenance so Europa Motors was my first choice. The owner was straight about the work that needed to be done and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Thanks to Derek, Jennifer and Marlo for all the work!

I had an appointment, but they still hadn't looked at my car the following day in the afternoon. I'm not sur what the point of an appointment was for. Nevertheless, they managed to get the car repaired in record time. The work was done right so far as I can tell.

Gave my car for diagnostic with check engine light on and they still smogged my car knowing it was gonna fail and front lady Jennifer really rude and sarcastic will never go to this place again owner thinks he s a worlds best Mercedes mechanic go here if u wanna get ripped off

Great shop, knowledgeable, honest, friendly staff and mechanic, I've been doing business here for over a decade from smogs to tracking and addressing electrical issues. If you have an electrical issue they'll find it when others couldn't.
