My family has bought 6 cars from here and have not had any problems. Great place to by a car. I bought car as is and had some issues month later , they fixed it no problem, they take great care of their customers. I will buy more here! Great staff , caring and friendly, thank you so much ! They work with you do get the best deal !

Recently came to get a new car for school this semester and I was so nervous about the process because this was my first time doing such a big purchase like this. And El Vista Auto Sales made everything so smooth! I went to few places before I came here and none of them were like this. Since it was my first time I didn t want to get ripped off or taken advantage of so I was skeptical, of course. However Hamed walked me through every step clearly and reassured throughout the process while was genuinely happy to answer any questions I had (I had a lot). It was nice because I didn t feel pressured to buy this car. (Which I felt at most other big dealerships)Overall, highly respected company and they won t be happy unless you are!Check this place out!!

I had a very positive experience with the owner of this dealership. He really worked with me to get the car that I wanted. These are of course used vehicles, so it s important to purchase a service contract with the vehicle. This gave me added security in my purchase. I d return here in the future!

El Vista had a very specific car on the lot that I had been trying to find for a while. Even though they were two hours away, I decided to drive over to have a look. My experience with Luai and his team was fantastic. They were patient and answered all my questions. They helped me set up a pre-purchase inspection so that I didn't have to drive back the next day to do it myself. Luai even followed up personally on a few small items after the sale. Based on my experience I would definitely recommend them.

AMAZING experience , went to all of the big dealerships on McHenry ave which is the main auto row in Modesto however the best treatment I got was from small dealership on Yosemite BlvdBetter selection of cars , cheaper prices and substantially better customer service and I know it s hard to believe but I was even offered a lowered rateDon t take word try them your self you won t be disappointed

Recently purchased a car from them. Been working on my credit but it wasn t good enough for what i wanted but the guys here w were super helpful and got me in a car i like a lot while helping me stay under my budget. Iv had my car over a year now without ANY problems!!!! I couldn't have had a better experience with any other car lot. These really are great people and better deals. I love my car still. I looked into other places before I went to El vista but I couldn't find a better car with the better milage and price in comparison to the one I ended up buying from El vista. I was worried that I'd have issues after having the car for awhile but here we are after over a year and no issues. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for the best deal and car in and around the area.

It was a great experience, they help me getting the car I wanted and were so nice and straightforward. Not trying to sell me extra stuff I didn t need and try their best to get me the best rate!!! My dad bought his truck here and had an amazing experience soon- will totally get our cars from here now on!

We had a great experience buying a car here. They were direct and honest. I am referring people to El Vista for sure. When we were signing loan docs, Jose came in and told us a bank with a lower interest rate approved it. So we signed at a lower rate. That's looking out for your customers

I just had brain surgery and helped my mom buy a 2015 Charger just a few months ago and as soon as we drove it 80 miles the fan quit working on it and car over heats. She has been driving my car since i can't drive right now thankfully. We tried calling them to see if they would at least do something and they told us it was our fault. Fan cost $200 and I will pay to have it changed but they won't even pay for the fan! Whatever you do please test drive their cars for at least an hour before you buy one! I would absolutely hate for this to happen to anyone else's elderly parent! If I could give 0 stars at this point I would.

I know everyone has their own experiences & opinions but my experience with them was great! I wasn't able to get to any dealership right away & they were the only ones willing to work with me over the phone! Once they told me all my info cleared & asked when I could get these to see what they had for me, I wasn't able to get there until almost closing time. They stayed over to work with me & I got into something I love! Once I informed them my friend got her car there 2 years earlier & referred me. She got a referral check. They provided me with excellent customer service!

I had a great experience buying a used car from El Vista. All three employees who helped me were very kind, accommodating, and trustworthy - especially Luis who helped me through the purchase. I can t thank them enough for the great experience and getting me behind the car of my dreams.

These guys deserve more than 5 stars. Bought a 2014 Ford Fusion from them. Luis was helpful in picking out a car in my budget.I drove it around for less than a month when it started running rough. Took it into Ford and found out it was leaking coolant into the engine block. They told me it would be $7500 to get it a new engine. El Vista took it and got me an engine with half the miles of the original for only $1100 and even gave me a loaner car until they replaced the engine. This was even after I turned down their supplemental coverage when I bought the car.These guys had no obligation to do anything once I drove off their lot but they really went above and beyond.

For a first time car buyer with no credit they really found a way to work with me! They told me the bank approved me for a certain car (could have been bull) but considering my boyfriend and I work only part time with 2 children we needed monthly payments under $300 they found us a great car with LOW milage in our budget! PLUS ironically it was the car my boyfriend fell in love with in the beginning of our car search...so it worked out in everyone's favor in the end. The wheel alignment was off when I purchased it I brought the problem to their attention and it was fixed right away! Will be buying from them again.

Went to buy a 2011 Dodge 1500 truck off lot. Went inside and waited ten minutes for someone to help. Gave my drivers license to the agent, to copy. She loses it. Then the finance department tells me to leave and get bank statements. Worse sales people in Modesto. I went to Five Star, and got treated with respect. The agent pulled my bank statement from online. Simple right.

The manager is very pushy. He wants to sell you whatever he wants. They tell you that you only qualify for certain car. They sold me a car that ended up to be a lemon. When I contacted the manager, he told me that he couldn't do anything for me. He told me that i was on my own. They don't tell you, all the cars they sell are retired rental cars. All I can say, look at what you sign very carefully.

The AMAZING customer service! My family was treated with the utmost respect. .we were not hounded by a pushy sales person. Our sales associate was EXTREMELY friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and eager to get us the BEST DEAL!!! AT NO TIME DID WE FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE..OR AS THOUGH THE DEALERSHIP ONLY WANTED MONEY!!!! The sales associate, and Finance Manager worked diligently to get us the best rate through the banks, and their work paid off.... I DROVE OFF IN A NEW CAR!!!!
