Customer service for me was good. That was the 2 star. But communication with me was not good because they said they would call you back , they didn't. I'm not sure if they even got some of my messages. The estimator didn't even look under my car that was damaged from a rear-end hit. They don't know how to do an estimate correctly. So their estimate was a whole lot less them the actual damage was. So they said it would be a week to fix. Yeah, right, it's been now 3 weeks later, and as I'm writing this review I have yet to hear back from the manager Carlos to hopefully say I can officially go pick up my car. Hopefully, the long wait is going to be worth it. Hope I have no issues with the job done. I get it they can't give exact $$ on estimate, that's why it's an estimate, right? But don't say it's only going to be ready in a week. I had to pay my rental car that was also recommended by my insurance. Almost $1000.00 because they kept delaying when my car would be ready. I still went without a rental because I couldn't afford any more. NOT HAPPY WITH THIS PLASE. This was my experience. I will put photos of my car once I pick it up.

I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone. I should have read the reviews before I brought my car to this shop to be repaired. I assumed because they work with AAA insurance that they were trustworthy and unfortunately I was very wrong. I had minor cosmetic damage on my back driver side door from a lady backing into me. When I received the estimate it was a low amount cause it was minor work, but they still estimated the job to take 6 days to be completed. This was not a six day job and I know because I had someone years ago side swipe my car from the driver door all the way to the back of the car while it was parked. I had a different insurance at the time and took it to a different repair shop where they were fast, efficient, and professional. I never had no issues with the job performance or time it took to complete the repair. It was completed in 3-4 days with no complaints or problems. Well I received a call after I dropped my car off to be repaired two days later stating that the repair was going to be more because I needed a new door from the impact. Again I seen the damage and it did not need a new door, they were just trying to get more money from the insurance and make the job bigger than it was, I know how these things work cause I am an insurance biller. So not only did they make the job bigger than it needed to be but what originally turned out to be a six day job, (again my car had minor impact it was in a parking lot so the other driver was not going fast at all.) this job turned into a 13 day job. I had informed the estimator that I did not want to be in a rental for a long period of time because my insurance did not cover all of the rental costs. They assured me that it wouldn't take long well that was a lie. So finally I get my car back and while I am putting gas I notice my driver side mirror looks different. It looked very dull compared to the rest of the car. And they supposedly painted that side with the clear coat so it would all match, so tell me why my whole car is shiny but my driver side mirror is not. Now I have to take my car back to them after they had more than enough time to make sure it was repaired correctly. I had a bad feeling when I took my car here and I should have went with my better judgement and took my car back to the shop where the previous repairs were completed. Do not take your car here to be repaired. Regardless if the insurance is paying for the repairs or not this is not the way you do business. And if they work this way with insurances I can only imagine how they get over on people paying out of their own pocket. This place is very unethical.

They have helped me out on a couple of life's little hiccups and dI'd a wonderful job. They even buffed out something that wasn't included. I have brought two of my lexus to them and they just make them look brand new Thank you.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. Bad job. They painted my car a different color, when I picked up my car they said they can t match the same color, so I was stuck with 2 different colors. Oh and AAA recommend that place. Read comments before going to places. BAD place!!!!!!

My 1 year old vehicle was in a major collision. CCC estimated that only the radiator, ac, bumper & minor body were damaged and it would be a 3 week repair. 3 weeks turned into 2 months. We were told the delay was due to their tech installing the radiator incorrectly. Finally received our vehicle back with grease on the interior, a dirty engine, didn't mount the hood on correctly and had paint flaws. They also forgot parts. We took it back for them to fix and that took another week. We drove the vehicle for 3wks and were stranded at midnight in the middle of a country road because the vehicle died. Stuck for 3 hours til a tow truck came. CCC missed a crack in our transmission. Our vehicle should have been totaled out the 1st time. Because they missed it, our ins had already invested $12k in repairs and would not total it out. Our vehicle had to be sent to a different repair shop and CCC was in charge of ordering the new transmission. Of course this was too easy for them to do. They ordered the wrong one and took a week to tell us. Because of their mistakes (missing the crack) my warranty on my brand new vehicle was voided. 3 weeks has turned into 4 months. CCC would not give us a a rental even though they made so many mistakes and even though they pretendedthey would. They asked for our CDL and personal info to reserve the vehicle. It never happened. 4 months without your brand new car, being stranded at midnight, making car payments for a vehicle not even in your posession- WHAT A NIGHTMARE. I WILL NEVER WILLINGLY COME BACK HERE. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM to ANYONE! I am not sure how they're still in business but I'm convinced it has something to do with "missing" major repairs during inspection & collecting insurance money instead of totaling out vehicles that SHOULD be totaled out.

I bought a brand new Hyundai santa fe calligraphy. Unfortunately it had a scratch in the driver door. Thankfully central valley Hyundai sent it over to certified to repair it because they did an amazing job repairing it. The dealer didn't tell me where they sent it to have it repaired but I used my car tracking app bluelink to track it down and went in to see progress. The staff was awesome very friendly and walked me through the intire process of how it was repaired. GREAT JOBServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Horrible place to do business Took my 2009 Chevy Silverado to have the door guards, painted they put them back on and did a terrible job so they had to re-order new door guards and have the doors painted plus the door guards as well The whole process took more than a month on top of that they over, sprayed on my Chrome. Then they took steel wool to clean the overspray and scratched my chrome. again terrible place to take your vehicle

This company took advantage of an elderly woman on a fixed income. They damaged her vehicle and told her they would pay for a rental car while the damage was repaired. When her car was returned they refused to pay the rental car bill like they told her. Very unethical buisiness. Go somewhere else.

Highly recommend! From the front desk staff to the estimator to the manager to the technicians this shop does exceptional work! I always feel informed and I felt like all of my concerns were addressed. Some automotive shops leave you feeling confused and seem to be untrustworthy but that's the complete opposite of how I felt working with this shop. I have had the unfortunate experience of dealing with some auto body shops in the past but I truly felt like my car had a quality repair done in the amount of time they promised. I recommend to all my friends and family!

Horrible place to do business. Other places would do anything to make customers life easier but this place supposedly follow the books whenever it s convenient for them and whenever it fits their agenda. Fake smiles when you go in. They take forever to give you an answer. Very bad communication with clients and insurance. Didn't attempt customer service until the last visit (pick up) because they ask for a 5 star review. I originally had a higher review for this place but once Steven K. read my original review he called me and told me (didn't ask) to come down and he will explain everything.My first visit, no one was at the front desk, but you could hear employees socializing in the back.My second visit, the front desk tells Steven K. that he will be helping me and I'm 2 feet away from Steven and he doesn't tell me he's gonna be with me as soon as he can, instead he tells the Front Desk to tell me that. Like I wasn't even there.They purposefully give you a long estimated time just so they can beat it and so they can ask for a better review for exceeding expected time.The quality of the repair is good. And I originally gave this place 3/5.

They replaced the hood, bumper cover and just bit scratched grill the way it looks worse than when it was damaged.The cracks between replaced surfaces are not equal on sides, hood lock wasn't adjusted.If your insurance company chooses that center - demand to change it.

I took my truck there to get repaired. I had three estimates and this body shop was the least expensive. I found Josh to be so helpful and nice that I had to give them my business and I m glad I did!

Wouldn't even give me an estimate the other place did with no problem and when I told them State Farm would be the insurance I would be using they said they won't work with this company..They were no real help they should have been more nice trying to ease my mind that yes we're here to help after an accident.

They had my car 2 weeks just to fix 2 tires and rims, 1 strut. Angry I had to pay for a rental the whole time while they dragged their feet with my repairs!! They took advantage of me bigtime!!Service: TiresService: Tires

Will never take my vehicle there agian. Not satisfied with there work. Took it back twice and didnt fix the problem. Left over spray in most of my truck.

The lady that is in charge if ordering parts told us that she had done so and we took time off work to drop of truck and then was told that she hadn't ordered the parts and that we would have to comeback another day, plus they charge 3% for using a creditcard and wont accept checksServices: Body & Trim, Welding

They a good job on my husband car. But unfortunately the driver that picked me up caused a accident while driving me to pick up my car which I was injured and I had to have surgery on my knee and my back and knee was injured
