Brian hooked me up with my new Volkswagen ID.4. Made the process quick and smooth as possible. Answer all my questions that I had about the electric car. Also called and followed up on me to see if I had any issues. I would recommend all my friends and family to get their new vehicle at Central Valley Volkswagen.

Horrible customer service. Caliber collision sent my vehicle here for warranty of the airbag light displaying (faulty airbag). Hyundai never communicated with me about updates on my vehicle. Both places didn t communicate about my vehicle, when and where to pick up my vehicle. When I finally came to pick up my vehicle it wasn t clean. Black dirt marks on my seats and on door panels. My car wasn t in good hands. Desire had bad Customer Service, I asked to not be placed on hold because I had been calling for two days with no one picking up, which she wasn t even listening to my concerns and put me on hold. Troy was my service provider and never communicated with me. The paper work said called customer and customer was never called. Daniel Morrisey is supervisor, I called and left message. Cynthia was the only person is this place that was concerned about the customer and showed great customer service.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Vehicle Inspection, Vehicle safety inspection
