Doug has done an excellent job for years with my wifes Mini Cooper. Honest, reasonable prices and very efficient. Wouldnt take my Mini to anywhere else

Doug has fixed my car a couple times now and the work is excellent. He knows German cars, theres history here , not just an ASE certificate. Pricing is more than fair. Why go to the dealer and pay so much more. Plus, you're a real person when you walk in, not just a number. Looking forward to having a long business relationship with CVA, I know my car is in good hands.

Doug is one of the few mechanics I'd ever have work on my vehicles, he's very experienced and knowledgeable. I feel extremely comfortable and never taken advantage of when having my cars worked on by him. Highly recommended for any BMW needs!

This shop is great! Doug/ Owner is a great guy who really knows his stuff. Definitely want to trust who is working on your BMW. Great place to service your car. Friendly, quick and always looking out for the customers best interest.

Doug is an amazing guy. I will always come to his shop for any of my BMW needs. He is nice and knowledgeable. His prices are very reasonable. I will be his regular customer. I highly recommend him.

I went here based on reviews elsewhere that were raving about this place. I have not had good quality experience at the Modesto BMW dealership where I purchased my 5 series a few years ago. I am totally impressed with the level of service and the amount they charge to take care of all the little things I had them do on my car. For example, I had a problem with my trunk last year (it would not stay shut) so I took it to another mechanic who said he could fix it, but later called and told me he replaced the latch but my electronic wires had to be disconnected because the trunk still wouldn't latch shut. So he ended up charging me $350 and gave me my car back with the electronic trunk release disconnected. This affected my alarm system which kept going off every time I would set it. Doug at Autohaus charged me around $150 and got it all working properly again. What I liked about this place is that they told me what it would cost to fix and the price didn't change. They fixed everything I asked them to fix and didn't try to sell me on service I didn't ask for. Doug was helpful in telling me that my air filters were in need of change, but without any pressure to change them. In the end result, I came away feeling that this is an honest shop where you get great service without a hidden agenda or dishonesty. To me, this is an exception to the rule these days. So, from now on, this is my BMW shop where I will be getting my car serviced and repaired from now on. It's such a relief to find such a quality place! I didn't find them overly friendly... more just business like.. but I'll take honest over friendly everyday of the week.

I've been taking my BMWs to Central Valley Auto Haus for the last 16 years. Doug is always professional, always competent, always fast, always helpful and always friendly. And not as expensive as the local BMW franchise. Can't beat it!

After a decade of ownership of my BMW and many DIY services along with hours of research prior it is obvious I wont trust just anyone with my car. This guy is an expert and finds the issues I can not figure out with ease. I will not take my car to anyone else. You will get way more personable service here than the dealer along with the $ saved.

After pushing some expected pricey service out as much as possible, I got to the point where I wasnt able to hold off any longer and after research went to CV Autohaus over the dealership after overwhelmingly positive reviews indicated I might catch a break. Because of my work schedule, I was only able to speak with Doug by phone, and ultimately got my car back in top condition at half of what the dealer would have charged. I only had to go in to pick it up. Definitely earned a repeat customer in me , BMW repair is hard to find at reasonable prices and Doug went above and beyond.

Got a quote for a clutch replacement for our mini coop and it was so high that we decided to sell the mini. Probably about the highest priced aftermarket service you can find. I personally just passed on their estimate. Hopefully they are good for the money they charge.

Best mechanic in the central valley to work on any BMW. I have owned multiple BMW models and he knows them all inside out. Great price, service, and knowledge. A+++++

Honestly, no one can be happy with the cost of repairs, but when it has to be done, it's a great feeling when you get your car back and it's better than it's ever been, I am very pleased with the professionalism and great job that was done! Now I have to learn how to keep my foot off the gas just a little bit!

Walked in to replace a halo light. It was short and simple great atmosphere and great customer service. The owner doug was honest and friendly.Definitely recommend this place for all your bmw services :) Dont get fooled or ripped off at other places will definitely come back!

Great place and great service. I was having a problem with my 2009 Mini Cooper clubman s . I made a phone call to the shop and was told to bring my car down.my car was diagnosed for free. I m looking forward to my car being serviced there.

ONLY AT THIS PLACE I FEEL COMFORTABLE WITH REPAIRS ON MY BMW. THEY TAKE PRIDE ON THERE WORK & BEST OF ALL. Fixed my mini right up with a timing chain repair and other smaller support parts, pricey at $3000 but that's BMW for ya. I'll be back, seems the mini is not your normal repair and these guys got the secret sauce
