My spouse and I were inquiring about swapping out the stock radio out of my Jeep and were met with kindness each time we interacted with everyone here. Jorge was very honest with us from the beginning and made sure to ask which features we wanted from the new unit. He worked with us every step of the way to ensure we got what we wanted. He also showed us the exact parts we would need for them to install it themselves. Not only were they able to install it today, but they did so in less time than it took us to finish a Target run. Afterwards, Jorge showed us all the features and walked us through how to navigate and connect my phone to the new unit. All in all, it was a great experience and I will definitely go back in the future if needed. Thank you for treating us with respect!

Been coming in here to Car Audio Depot for some time now. Every one that I have come across there has showed me respect and good communication, Jorge Deras, is one of the ones that I have been communicating with more good respectful guy have not lie to and has help me out as much as he can. I recommend there service if you want a good customer service place Car Audio Depot is the spot. You can fill that family vibe. God Bless them in every area.

Horrible overpriced products. Just go down the street to better shop. Avoid getting scammed. According the reply it was due to inflation, however after going to a different audio shop they told me the correct part I needed was only 130, when they made me buy one worth 250 that does less. So it's not because of inflation, it's because this ship is incompetent and money hungry.

A few of my mate recommended me here, and I can see why. All the guys are chill and amazing at their job. Had my scar system put in and god dam it sounds sooo good 10/10 would rec the guys and they will have my continued patronage

Took my harley in to get a diagnostic done. Turns out amp fried and 3 speakers blown. Got the new Infinity Kappa Perfect 600x installed in 1 day. Super friendly staff and top notch installation. Will definitely be back for more!! Highly recommend you take in whatever you got. These guys do it all

Just looking for a new stereo talk to Brad sold me on open box it didn't work went back sold me more parts wired up to there guys installation team didn't work went down the street they did it for free bc I was told wrong info don't go this place there just sales men. Thank you to the shop that actually told me write Info. Spent 400 hun just to go somewhere else, they hate dodge so if u have a dodge avoid this place

Just a lot of up and downs just for screens to be installed.after countless visits. I think their approach To customer service needs an evaluated . They are fast on the phone to talk real fast don t give enough time to talk then u feel rushed. Then it gets frustrating.also riped my alarm out when it was working before they touched it wanting me to buy a new one . ARE U KIDDING ME!

Multiple horrible experiences. Pair for and ordered a speaker box. After multiple failed attempts in getting a box I still don t have a speaker box and was also denied a refund. In summary. I paid for a product I don t have and they will do nothing to help. Manager won t even get out of his chair to speak to a customer who s visible. Instead texts the employee responses so he doesn t have to get up out of his chair. George, find a new job. These people aren t good enough for you time. You re the only reason it didn t escalate worse.

This review is based solely on customer service, as i never got a chance to get serviced. Made a call to them on Wednesday, was told tech wasn t in because he was out sick. The guy advised me to call back the next day by 10 to see if the tech would actually be in which I did but apparently he was still out sick which is understandable. I was then told to call back Friday to check to see, and at that point, the guy just gave me an appointment for Tuesday but no time.. I call 10am Tuesday morning to see what was a good time, and was told oh, our drop offs are at nine! Long pause..sooo I waited almost a week for an appointment that had no time and then was told that I m just out of luck because I wasn t there at 9? after waiting all these days because I was referred to this company so I guess everybody was there at 9 who had service performed here! Guy never volunteered to set up for an appointment next day, since there was a misunderstanding or anything. Poor customer service!!

I spoke with Ron who was very friendly and knowledgeable in his field. The place was stocked with an assortment of car subs, decks, alarms, lighting and etc. that you can buy for your vehicle. Ron quoted me for a specific price for an amplifier and subwoofer package and install deal for me. Very interested as I was, I quickly made an appointment for the same week at 9am, when they open up. When I showed up to my appointment, they asked me questions like where I wanted the bass knob and if it enough bass for me. I pretty much waited around for the whole install to be completed. Staff was very friendly overall. I really liked how it all came about and I would recommend this place! Thanks guys!

I have been shopping here for more than 15 years, they put a system in my truck years ago and it still going strong. Went in there to up grade my speaker box, and was treated very poorly. Sat around for 30 minutes when there was three of them in there, and only one of them was with a customer, because the older guy says he doesn't deal with the boxes. When the younger guy got done with his customer, he didn't offer his help since the older guy said the younger guy is the box guy. I believe in supporting small businesses, but I also believe in excellent customer service.

My truck left the shop sounding AMAZING!!! Professional repair is rarely cheap. But these guys are extremely fair and very professional. My truck sounds better than others costing two or three times as much. Talk to Brad, you won't know unless you ask. Thank You

Somewhat difficult for Me personally to 'rate' Car Audio Depot, as I only stopped in to pickup an item for a friend who couldn't get away from his work. But WOW do they have a lot of product inside their store, and while ownership MAY have changed over the years (I don't know) I can remember stopping at this EXACT location in 1980, as a 17yr old, because everyone with a nice car stereo was playing AC/DC's Back in Black as LOUD as they could!Also, the one rep I dealt with was very helpful.

My husband is a frequent customer of car audio and has been for many years. He knows the entire crew. He loves this place and comes here for all his stereo equipment, as well as window tint.

Please do not buy from this store. They way over charge for their products. I bought a pioneer from them for almost $500 i later went to Best Buy and found it for $300 this place also does not offer refunds even if you have anything in perfect condition.Please just go to Best Buy they have all the name brands at a cheaper price, and the customer service is outstanding. Best Buy in Modesto is great.

Staff has tons of knowledge about all these products. They are always willing to work with you know Matter how big or small the job is. They would rather make you a great deal and have your referrals and your repeat business, then trying to break the bank on you everytime you come in .

This place is just AMAZING!! Professional staff but shout out to Isa� I have taken 4 vehicles to him and his work is BEYOND 100% his knowledge and is A1!! I totally recommend this place especially Isa�!! WONDERFUL JOB MY RATING IS 10 stars.

Over priced! Best Buy has cheaper deals for products with installation. They had me drop off my car at 9am and called me at 6:45pm for simply setting up a component speaker! Also whoever worked on my car left multiple scratch marks!!! Hopefully my review will help you find another place, like really anywhere else!

Have been coming here for the past 11 years since I had my first car. The selection of things used to be better, and while I miss that they were proudly selling Zapco stuff forever, their selection of items now are pretty good with semi-reasonable prices. Installations are unmatched in Modesto and they do and have always done great jobs.

I ve taken many cars and truck through out the years to install alarms and stereos to this place, I ve never had any issues with them, until a couple of days ago I had them install a stereo and an alarm in another truck and I had some problems with the alarm system they install, I took it back and as if possible to upgrade to a better alarm and I would pay for the difference of price, they sales guy told me no, we ll charge you $350 plus instal for a new one and turn his back at me and walk away. Very unprofessional and disrespectful, I took my truck to car toys just a few blocks away and they ask for no questions and told me we ll gladly upgrade the alarm on your truck and since is a new alarm you got just pay the difference $150.Never going back to car audio depot,Car toys where very honest and excellent service!!
