Loved the customer service. Very happy with Lindsey, she always kept me updated with the whole repair process. My car was in and out in 1 week. This place was awesome , they did a great job. I used them through my insurance and the results was great. I definitely recommend caliber. Costumer service was super professional, kept me updated throughout the repair , which it was supposed to take two weeks , the car was ready in one.The car looks new again.

This marks the third time in less than 2 years that we've had a vehicle repaired here. Each time, we could have gone through the other driver's insurance, but since our first experience went so welll, we opted to use our own insurance so we could be sure our work would be completed by Caliber Collision. They made a stressful situation much easier, and kept us updated along the way. This time, our work was completed almost a week sooner than anticipated. They do excellent work, and their relationship with Enterprise made the entire process easy for us. The manager at Caliber Collision is top notch, and we so appreciate the professionalism and customer care we have received. We were going to have to wait 2 extra days before picking it up since I work long hours and my husband was going out of town. They pushed our vehicle up so that It would be finished sooner and I could have it back! Thank you!! And they did a great job on the entire think. Looks brand new.

This experience was awesome. The repair man worked fast and efficiently. Even from off the first time I walked into the office, the young ladies who were the clerks processed my paperwork with out any errors. I was in an auto accident and needed to have my vehicle repaired. They kept me informed when anything new came up and when there was delay in getting parts. Went in after visiting several shops that claimed damage to my car would be very costly and unrepairable. Then, I went into Caliber Collision spoke to Jeff and he reassured me the damage was repairable and would be done in less than a month. Sure enough he was right. Just picked up my car and it looks good as new. They were very professional and every time I called they made sure to answer all my questions and kept me updated. I didn t wait any longer than the time they said it d take for my car to be completed. Very happy with caliber collision. Big thanks to Jeff!

The front office staff is wonderful! Great communication on the phone and in person. The estimate process took a while, but they were thorough. The process to pick up my car when they finished the work was quick and efficient. They had my car waiting out front for me, paperwork was ready for my signature, and I was on the road in less than 10 minutes.The worst part of this entire experience (well, other than someone backing into my parked car) was dealing with the 7th St Enterprise location for my rental car. Nothing to do with Caliber, but obviously, I am still irritated by my experience with them.Work on my car looks great and was done much earlier than the original timeline given. Thank you, all! Hopefully, I never need your services again, but I will be back if I do

Caliber Collision took the time and effort to keep me informed of my vehicle s progress throughout the time it was in the shop. They were done sooner than expected with the repairs and my vehicle was in better shape than before the accident. They even took time to polish the entire vehicle. I highly recommend them as all the staff from the ladies in the office, the one auto body person who directed me to the office the first day and Marcus who kept me informed took their time with me.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My vehicle was dropped off at calliber for a small dent removal and paint work from a side swipe. The team was very welcoming and kind, and started working on my vehicle right away. The person who worked with me kept me updated every step of the way, start to finish. In addition, my vehicle was finished much sooner than I had thought! The damage was gone, and my vehicle looks brand new again. Thank you to this team and location for doing such a great job. Absolutely recommend them if you need work done on your vehicle due to an accident.Service: Body & Trim

These guys were rude to my coworker. He needed the company truck fixed so we Google body shops. After taking careful decision to what company we will choose we decided to go to Caliber. The place looked like they had a lot of business so I understand why we were not treated as important. The people were rude. We heard one of the guys arguing with someone on the phone. When we where finally agknowledged they said we have to come back because estimates are by appointment only. I hope you have a better experience.,

OUTSTANDING!! Needed the whole front bumper on my Lexus replaced, they did an OUTSTANDING job!! They took the time to make sure the job was done right, and beautifully!! Customer service is IMPECCABLE!!!! The nicest, most patient, and knowledgeable group of people you will meet! They explain their work in great detail so you can fully understand what exactly they did. They take great pride in their work, and their customers, and it truly shows!!! We will be going here for any work we need done in the future, and will be referring everyone we know here too! The people are so caring, honest, and friendly, and their work is un beatable, and fabulous!!! Thank you all, for bringing my car back to life! I had to have body work done on my car. There customer service was great. They took care of keeping my rental for me and were sending text to keep me informed of the progress with my car. If you want fast, detailed, and spectacular work done on your vehicle this body shop is the place to go. On top of the actual work being great, the customer service is also up to par, there is no place better than Caliber Collision!
