Quick and easy. Highly recommend this place, everyone was so nice considering they were short staffed when I went and made my rental arrangements super convenient. It s by far the best shop I ve dealt with, they fixed my bumper and buffed out some scratches I had on my trunk PLUS a complimentary car wash from the inside as well! Normally they just wash the outside And look at the cutest book they give me to keep my stuff organized like my registration. Frankly my car looks better then when I dropped it off

Recently I had to bring my truck in for body repairs at Burnside.The front end and side panels were damaged. This isn t my first time to have Burnside repair a vehicle for me. They know from last experience that I have very high standards as I used to do frameoff restorations so I expect to best. Today when I went to get my truck, I stood there looking at all the body lines and they were absolutely perfect. The paint and blending of paint from new to old is second to none. The paint job is better than factory and no orange peal what so ever. I was tickled to see the outstanding job they did for me. A special thanks to Jarred for hiring the best of the best in auto body industry and maintaining them. So without hesitation, I would recommend Burnside to anyone that needs extensive body repairs. I took my car to Brent Burnside a couple of days ago with a shattered window. He took care of it right away and did an amazing job. They have an amazing team there and do fantastic work. Thank you guys so much I know have my car back and it looks great.

Burnside is one of two shops I took my car to for an insurance claim. One shop took a look and recommended totaling the car. Burnside honored my first claim and completed the work in a couple of days. You can't tell there was ever damage to the car, the work is seamless.Save yourself time and stress, go to Burnside first and don't waste your time with any other shop.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

This was my second time bringing a vehicle to Burnside. I appreciate the professionalism, and I have been very pleased with their work. I now know this is simply their standard. Very professional. I've left my car the same day I had my accident. They said that it would take from 4 to 6 weeksFour weeks later, I have my car. It looks brand new!!! The best body shop in Modesto!

I took my 2013 Hyundai Sonata to Burnside who came highly recommended. Unfortunately I am not at all happy with the way the gaskets now stick out around the grill and headlight they replaced. It's very noticable and unattractive. I can't afford a rental for another week for it to be fixed and need my car to work, so I guess I'm stuck with ugly finish work. This is not the way it was when it was taken in to them nor is it the quality of work I expected from such a reputable shop.The rest of the body work on the car looks fantastic. The paint matched perfectly. It was nice to get the car back vacuumed and with clean windows and ALMOST looking brand new again.Should an offer be made to correct the sloppy work, i will gladly give a higher rating.

This is the second time I ve had to use this body shop because of an accident that I wasn t at fault for.Both times, it took awhile to get it back.That said, it took awhile because of the attention to details. I love this shop! Both times I was sideswiped and when I came to pick it up, everything was taken care of. Burnside takes their time to ensure everything is neat, clean, and makes it look brand new.I hope I never get into another accident, but if I do, I m coming back.Thank you all!!!(Review update, because I forgot to post the picture of the rear panel and wheel after it happened)Again, if you have insurance BURNSIDE is the BEST!!!

Best auto body shop around! Wouldn t trust my cars with anyone else. I m a perfectionist and very picky about the quality of work that goes into my cars - especially since I show many of them. Would highly recommend them!

Burnside was amazing! Got my car back and she looks brand new. Customer service was amazing, the woman who sits in the front kept good communication while my car was there the whole 35 days. Neal and his team did a great job! Thank you, appreciate you all.

I recently had my car door repaired and I must say, the service was excellent! The repair job was done so well that my door looks as good as new. I have never been more impressed with a body shop than Burnside. They made my experience smooth and effortless. When I got my Cadillac back I was overwhelmed by their work, it looked beautiful and well done. ..they also detailed it from top to bottom and returned my rental for me.Such a pleasant experience!!

Everyone at Burnside was extremely professional. Anna in front office was kind and very patient handling my many calls due to my Insurance roadside service inability to start my car on time for my appointment. I would recommend to anyone needing body or any internal work choose Burnside.

Brent and his team have always taken care of me. They do absolutely great work and have a great reputation. This place is one of the only places I would recommend here in modesto for auto body work. There may be a wait to have your vehicle repaired here but it s definitely worth it! Highly recommend!

Absolutely wonderful service. Timely, excellent workmanship, & little extras done. My 2008 Honda looked brand new after my fenderbender. Thank you for taking such good care of my "old" car. I highly recommend Burnside Auto.

I was broadsided by a covered driver in a rental car. Despite his verbalizing his responsibility for hitting me, "I'm so sorry! I'm so sorry! I ran a red light and hit you. My Company will take care of you!!!", he said. His Company won't move the Claim forward so we can even get the car looked at.Anna at Burnside has been so positive and helpful!!! She really tries hard to lift spirits as she works!!! As a care provider of over 50 years, this was my chosen attitude as well!Thank you Anna for being soooo customer focused and supportive!

Burnside auto body is always been a trusted friend more than just a prepare facility. All our interactions with Burnside autobody been transparent Burnside always seems to be working for us when sometimes it feels like our insurance is working against us. The repair work is first rate, and although the reasons we used, Burnside have not been the best situations auto accidents never are, I know I can trust Burnside autobody for my repair and satisfaction

The guys at Burnside are super friendly and knowledgeable. I left my car in their care and they delivered in restoring my car as if was brand new again! They re professional from the moment you drop off the car to the day you pick it up. I m very happy with the results of the car! I posted pictures to go with this review if anybody reading this needed just a bit more convincing! Clean shop, great technicians, great paint shop.I m waiting for the trunk stripes don t know when they will arrive. I had a couple of small issues which they resolved while I waited.
