Manager Jamie Hall, service advisor Hope Espinoza and the rest of the crew are the kind of people you want to trust your car with, after a car wash i suspected a noise on the breaks to be a problem but they were patient and took the time to explain to me that there is no issue to worry about instead of fixing something not broke, manager Jamie even called on a specialist from Audi to come down and inspect the car. I thank them for their patience with me.

Brian and his team did a great job taking care of me when my car went down. always answered my questions very quickly and always had me in the loop on my repairs. I had another coolant issue with my car (2nd time) which was really frustrating after a recent service. The reason they get 5 stars is for the service, when I called and spoke to Sean, he was so kind and reassuring on the phone and made time for me with my busy work schedule and saw me almost instantly, and advised Hope my trusted Audi service advisor.Hope is amazing, she s personable and really knows her audience. I always prepare myself for car trouble or having to micromanage the process. Hope takes away all of the worry for me, she updates me constantly (she knows I prefer that) but also utilizes her tools. She advises me of things I might want to get done with my extended warranty coverage, and alway looks out for the customers best interest and experience.I ve been in the market for another luxury car, and I always tell Hope, I will only shop at Audi Modesto because of her I know that I am working with honest and good people. The service is stellar. Hope Espinoza was my service advisor for my 11/28 service and she was helpful, informative, and friendly. She also offered rideshare home so I wasn t inconvenienced and I love that service.

The service at this dealer is very good however, communication with the service advisors are dismal to say the least. Never get a call answered and never get a call back no matter how many times you call.
