These guys are awesome. I came in to upgrade stereo and tint windows on an old truck. Brian and his team did a great job. Both were excellent. They even helped me by adding additional window parts and electronics lighting and cameras to the vehicle. These guys are great. Im so satisfied, im bringing my second truck to them for additional work. Highly recommended, easy to work with, listen well, and deliver on what they promise in time, price, and quality.

I had the best experience at West Coast auto sound, all of the speakers quit working in my F150, so I called to make an appointment, hoping they could get me in soon. The owners son Frank, who I cannot say enough good things about got me in the same day and in and out in an hour. It is always scary. Going to a audio shop because it is so easy for them to say they can t find the problem and just keep charging you. Frank knew exactly what it was when I pulled up after a few minutes of diagnostic and provided an affordable solution unlike other shops in the area that just wanted me to drop the truck off and the repair was not over $1000. I will not be going anywhere else for any needs, when sitting in the shop, a lot of regulars come in and out, almost as if they are family, do yourself a favor and if you need anything audio go to West Coast auto sound

I thought my own installs were pretty good .. They tore out my amateur wiring and did it right.Now, after having Brian and his crew redo my system, and add some more power goodness, it s fantastic.High end quality equipment, professional installation, fantastic service, great pricing. A+

I had my back up camera installed and Frank and Brian were super supportive and had it finished in an hour.When all the shops advised that they couldn t get my CarPlay connected to my auxiliary due to a broken navigation system, they were kind enough to test it and got it working in 10 minutes.Not just the best but also affordable price vs. all the shops I called.Thanks for everything!

I had a full sound system with subwoofer, additional tweeters, and and multiple cameras installed on an SUV and am very happy with the results. The fit and finish of the components is top notch. Things like recessing the gain knob, choosing a sub box that best fits and matches the vehicle, and fabricating custom panels to make the end result look better is what you can expect with these guys.

Scheduled an appointment over the phone with Farouk (not sure if I spelled that correctly) , extremely helpful and patient, he answered all my questions immediately then scheduled me in for a day to come check it out, he fixed my issues and installed a full system in my car within a day and it sounds flawless. Definitely recommend these folks

Brian and his team are fantastic. Our family has brought our vehicles to West Coast for years. They are very knowledgeable, customer friendly and reasonably priced. Their work is top notch! They just troubleshoot and upgraded stereo in my car. Sounds so good. Thank you for your time and expertise!

So I was nearly 2 hours from home, in Mission Viejo, and the protection light on one of my amplifiers came on and refused to turn off, and since I was NOT going to make that trip back home with no music, I immediately looked up the nearest local stereo shop, and found West Coast Auto Sound! The owner, Brian, was BEYOND accommodating! After asking numerous questions about various amplifiers, Brian opened up one of the boxes, handed me the amplifier, and said "Go ahead and hook it up in your truck and try it out. If you like it...great! If not, we'll find one that you do". Now I've dealt with MANY stereo shops over the years, but NEVER have they ever allowed me to test anything! Then to top it all off, after hearing my plight, he gave me an AMAZING deal on the amplifier, and even threw in the audio cables! My truck now sounds even BETTER than before! All thanks to Brian!

Honest, professional, and straight to the point. Initially when I came in, I only wanted to get a quote and see what they have, I was astonished by the inventory and the high end brand names that they carry in stock. I scheduled an appointment with Farouk to go over my Mercedes and see what my options are, he was very honest to show me different speakers that would fit and how much each costs and took his time and was very patient with me. We ended going with Focal ES 100K, those high end 4 speakers sounds crisp and something I haven t heard before! Clean system, nice shop, and good guys. Will be back with my wife s and kids cars.

Stumbled across West Coast Auto Sound while in area and was surprised by the amount of inventory they have in store, they carry all options from basic to high end and showed me a few packages to go with my Jeep. Great and Professional work done! New custom unit from alpine, JL speakers, amps and subs.

I was referred to West Coast Auto by the Honda dealer. I like the staff and so far I think they did a good job. Today they installed their recommended new backup camera, new receiver, and new blind spot warning system. I left before receiving the usual orientation and overview about the new equipment because it took four hours longer than their time estimate. Unfortunately I had not planned 6 hours for them to complete the job. I was given an estimate of approx 2 or 3 hours. I would not have scheduled 6 hours of service today because of other priorities. I left under pressure to get to a meeting on time. I think their recommended equipment suits my needs well though I haven't yet had the opportunity to use it much.

These guys are the best, came in here with my 2023 Tundra with the supposed JBL system that sounds awful, Farouk showed me a custom box that goes for my truck and showed me a few different woofers that would get me the best bass, I ended up going with JL audio woofers and amps and replaced all speakers! This truck now sounds flawless, these guys are amazing and done a professional clean job and sound proofed everything! I ll be bringing all my cars here.

I went in to get my sub wired into my new car and thinking I needed new speakers to match the output of my sub, I was able to speak with an employee and instead of spending a bunch of money I didn't have he suggested an amp which is absolutely perfect. The employees are knowledgeable, considerate, and great at their jobs! They didn't push anything like some stereo places do and I didn't feel pressured into buying anything. I can't say enough great things about this place!

These guys are great!! I tried to install a new stereo in my 1997 Honda CR-V, and failed horribly. In about three hours they were able to completely rewire everything in my car and it all worked perfectly. With their low prices and great services, I would highly suggest them.

Fast and friendly service. Only issue I have is that a piece of my seat was damaged during installation of my amp. Its an easy part to replace in my Charger but I only found out about it because I put my seat down to let the amp breath. All in all I do recommend this shop for amp and sub installation. Taking my little brother in the next week or so to do his car speaker upgrade.

Junior came out and looked at our DVD car system and set us up with no charge. He easily could have sold us a $150 fix but instead showed me how to bypass the existing setup. I'll be back here with any audio issues - anyone that honest gets my return business hands down !!!!UPDATE: one year later had an issue with a latch not closing. WOW!! They took care of it right away. Seriously BEST customer service I have seen in years. They know their stuff and have great prices!!!

Brian and his crew were great. Didnt try and sell me the most expensive stuff. Brian had more of a minimalist attitude and said let's start with just an amp and go from there. I already knew I wanted more then that and decided to upgrade all the speakers since they were going to have to run new wire to them from the amp anyways. Brian gave me reasonable options and didnt try and sell me the best most expensive stuff. They did an excellent job and were careful with my car. The stereo sounds great! I highly recommend these guys! Thanks for everything. I will see you when I do my truck next.

Awesome experience with Brian and team. They worked on multiple lighting and electrical issues with my Mustang and were able fix everything I wanted within the day. Super friendly and professional! Will definitely be back for more projects!

First time car-owner here; I'm an eighteen-year-old college student, so my budget wasn't all too high when I came in looking to get a new stereo in my 2001 Toyota Avalon XL. Brian was immediately receptive to this and found me an affordable bluetooth-compatible stereo, rang me up for the cables needed, and asked if I wanted a full-car tint at a discount (I told him I'd take him up on the offer next week). While I waited, he and I talked about car models, and he even noted that he remembered meeting my father a couple of years ago. 300 dollars later and I have an awesome stereo in my comparatively ancient car, and it took them all of 25 minutes to install. Another guy who had worked on it helped me pair to it immediately afterwards, and everybody involved was polite. Excellent service, excellent worksmanship, and awesome atmosphere. Five stars, will be coming back.

Four times I have gone in for assistance for my satellite radio over the last five years. These guys were unbelievably attentive and so fabulous! I cannot recommend them enough for their extraordinary customer service, positive attitude and cost! They do not get any better than this. I recommend these guys highly for all your auto audio needs.

Gave me a store credit for $130.00 for future install of new Dash Camera. Brian would not honor the store credit which is in writing on April 21st, 2022 when presented. He wanted to charge more money for the installation which was not part of the Store Credit. Beware of this company and get all details in wiring on your Work Order.

This place is amazing. I came in to fix my aux in my 09 Corolla and ended up leaving with a new alpine stereo that I am in love with. Not only is the quality of the device amazing but the price is what really got me. They didn't rip me off like most places tried to before, and they installed it incredibly fast. I am so happy with its blue tooth capabilities as well as its hands free calling. Everyone in there is so down to earth and are straight up with you. I didn't feel pressured or like I was being sold on anything at all which to me means a lot. I will definitely be coming back here for any stereo needs and etc.

They're honest and trustworthy, they went out of their way for me. I'm always going to send my car to them for any needs I may have in the future. I can't say enough good things about John and Gail's service to me and the care I received was the best! If you need a mechanic for any reason, choose them. You'll be happy with their work.

I came in to West Coast Auto Sound with a work truck with audio which isn't working. I wasn't sure if it was just the radio or the radio and the speakers that need to be replaced. They were eager to pull the truck around and get me to hand them my keys. They did a very short inspection (about 5 minutes) and then told me the radio and all four speakers needed to be replaced. I asked the pricing and told them I'd have to get approval from my company before we could move forward. The staff member then, out of the blue, told me I was required to pay a $30 "inspection" fee, which had never been discussed or mentioned prior. This, of course, could be credited back to me if I spent $400+ with them. Being in a service industry myself, I know it's not hard at all to let customers know about charges PRIOR to performing work. Despite their pricing being comparable to other places I've researched and a quick turnaround time, the whole situation was very uncomfortable and pushy. I'll be getting the work done elsewhere.

After calling 3 other audio places that told me they couldn t fit me in for a rear camera before an Offroad trip to Moab in my Gen 1 raptor Brian told me to come by at 9am the next morning. I showed up Brian looked at it got his crew on it and had me out of there in under 2 hours. Good clean install on my Offroad bumper!

I went there one week and spoke to Brian and I said I would be back in 2 weeks and he not only honored the price he gave me but gave me an upgrade on my speakers for 1994 Acura Legend and cut the price a little more to work with me. All he would say I will take care of you and he did. they also went above and beyond fixed my antenna in my car where I got some stations. next i will be back for my subs and amp. i highly recommend West Coast Audio and no where else will i go.

I had a strange rattle in the speaker compartment in my door. Called West Coast, Farouk answered. Saw me right away and found the issue in minutes (my daughter's lipstick made its way inside). Minimal fee given it was quick, so a great experience.

These guys were fantastic! My son started a stereo install, got in over his head. I brought them the car with very little hope that it could be saved, and West Coast Auto Sound did an AMAZING job of making it right. Any one with any sound system issues or installs should use this company.

Thank you to Bryan and his guys! So happy with my Alpine stereo, sound is great BT super clear and love the ambient lighting display that changes to my mood! Super place will def be back for my subwoofer!!! Thanks again!!!
