Stellar customer service! After coming to United Auto Glass for a second opinion due to a previous issue with a prior company's windshield replacement, I was well taken care of by this team. They were able to track down an OEM windshield within 1 day, which usually takes a few weeks to import from Germany, and get me in the next day for replacement. The whole process took less than 2 hours and they even threw in a Starbucks voucher while I waited for my replacement. The placement and work detail was top notch as well. Furthermore, they were able to replace a broken part that I brought in at no additional charge. Everyone was courteous, easy to talk to, and down to earth. Some of the best customer service I've encountered in a long time. Save yourself some time and have Glen look at your auto glass needs. You won't be disappointed.

Great experience. I had a giant branch fall and break my windshield and my insurance referred us to the company. They came to my home the next day right in the middle of the time slot provided. The gentlemen were polite and efficient and did a great job. I would definitely recommend their services.

Only great things to say about United Auto Glass! Maria, was friendly professional vibe from the first phone call, to the time I spent in the office. Glenn worked on my windshield, very friendly, and professional! Personally want to thank Maria & Glenn for helping out. If you're shopping around, support local business, especially a place that can get the job done.

maria, their dispatcher, was patient & understanding that my initial call was for comparing prices. united had the best price around, with excellent ratings. glenn & bryce, the mobile installers, were efficient & very sociable. glenn very pleasently explained what they were doing & answered all my questions. i have no hesitation recommending them.

The service at United Auto Glass was awesome, from beginning to end. I worked with Sam, who was so helpful and honest with me about pricing. He was able to get me a quote within a few minutes, and the pricing was the best of all the quotes that I'd received. All the staff was friendly and helpful. Hopefully I don't break my windshield again, but if I do I'd go back here 100%.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Thank you United Auto Glass! My daughter picked up two chips on her windshield driving on the freeway. We contacted United Auto Glass, they were extremely responsive over the phone. A tech came out that afternoon (he call about 30 mins prior to let me know he was on his way). The tech was very caring and professional. He repaired the chips and the quality of his work was awesome! Thank you again for providing such great service and quality of work.

Everyone at United Auto Glass are seasoned professional and provide outstanding customer service. Glenn went above and beyond to help me with my car windshield and find a leak that no one else could. Didn t gouge me, fair prices, and prompt service. Highly recommend!!

Our installation team had their F150 back window blown out at 8 this morning. The truck was on a job all day. Called Maria at United at 8:15. She located the glass, sent a tech up to our job site and had the new window in by 1pm. He also vacuumed up all of the broken glass. Done!To Review - We made one phone call to Maria at United and spent the rest of our time working. No down time! How convenient is that!! And...the price was more than fair.The only thing Safelite has ever given me are broken promises and rescheduled appointments. United Auto Glass gets it! Thank you Maria!!!

SERIOUSLY AMAZING SERVICE! I had shattered my back windsheild on my Honda around 5'oclock which is when most businesses close for the day but when I called, Dorthy was more than helpful and she even squeezed me in for the next morning! Glen was the gentleman who came out to fix my car and he went the extra mile to find my car part on such short notice. He had my car fixed and looking like new within the hour and the price was the best in town. Plus I think it came with a warranty and he vacuumed out the glass for me. I would highly recommend them to everyone, they were so nice and just a pleasure to work with! I will be going to them for any glass repair needs from now on.

I have had nothing but professionalism and kindness from the staff. Working with Sam and Glen made the experience smooth. My insurance company recommended Safelite, but read nothing but terrible reviews and problems. I called my local dealer and learned that they use United Auto. Spoke with Sam, learned that there s a lot of technology in my windshield (I had NO idea). You really want to make sure you are dealing with professionals. A little hint if you have lane assist with your car, it s in your windshield and needs to be calibrated in a shop. Thank you Sam, Glen and everyone who worked on my car. There s even Willy on my windshield he s moved but there .

Maria was very helpful and informative on the phone. I spoke with several companies, she knew what she was talking about. Got a fair price for windshield replacement for my '16 F150 Platinum. Showed up on time, no hassles. Nice job.

I had difficulty dealing with GEICO and Safelite for replacing my windshield as they refused to provide OEM parts and also GEICO refused to reimburse me if I changed my windshield at BMW dealership. I found this shop and they did the job professionally with the 2019 BMW OEM parts. Sam and Lindon did the awesome job to replace my windshield professionally and Maria helped me with scheduling the service based on my convenience. I am really happy with their service. I hope I never have to replace my windshield because of the rocks on the highway, but accidents happen and if it does, I will definitely come here again.

This place is awesome highly recommend its just down the street from where I work in the Mission Viejo Maria at the front desk help me get my windshield ordered on my 2007 Audi A6 that had cracked, got me taken care of the next day Glen and Sam got it installed in no time staff was very polite respectful and polite awesome team!!. they came the next day and replaced the windshield with OEM Porsche glass! I know Porsche does not make windshield but it is nice to have all glass matched! the installers are professional and polite... remarkable service from the start, thanks Dorothy and Maria!

Great service, quick installation, nice crew but terrible product. 2 weeks after getting my windshield replaced by United Auto Glass it rained and I obviously used my wipers. I noticed a large moon shaped scratch in my brand new windshield. I called United to come take a look because in the 5 years of owning my car, I've never had a scratch like this before. After coming out to look at the scratch, their excuse is a rock or something got under the wiper blade and they wouldn't warranty a replacement and I would have to pay for another one. Unfortunately they use cheap aftermarket windshield glass so now I have to use a competitor to get it replaced again. Disappointed they don t stand behind their product.

These guys know what they are doing. Very reasonable and was able to get my Lexus GX470 done same day since it was an emergency for my daughter.They are elite and professional in the windshield replacement industry.

spoke with Dorothy on the phone who was very professional and great to deal with. they were able to come out same day and actually had the job done w/i a couple hrs. alex did the work and was great to deal with as well. they do good work, reliable and again...were great to deal with. highly recommend.

Technicians Jesse and Alex arrived on time and finished the job when they said they would. On the rare occasion you find a business that you truly fall in love with their customer service. This was exactly my experience with United Auto Glass.A moving truck's load was not properly secured on the freeway and debris being rocks and pebbles, were bouncing out and I was unfortunate enough to have one hit my brand new 2021 Toyota Rav4 windshield.I needed this repaired ASAP. So with the help of my insurance and Dorothy at United auto glass I was back to business. Dorothy really went above and beyond, she worked with my insurance company got my replacement windshield in 24 hrs. Her staff showed up at 1pm and completed the replacement and calibration by 2:20pm. I was beyond impressed by the level of care the guys took in replacing my windshield. They were so friendly and has the best attitude.Dorothy communicated every step of the way. I am a personal shopper/assistant so having my vehicle in working order is crucial for what I do.I can't thank the staff enough, you really are the best!Service: Auto windshield replacement
