Other local shop recommended this place. Never been there before. I scheduled an appointment for my 22 year old daughter with John to have a traction control service issue diagnosed. Newer Mercedes was periodically going into limp mode while driving (not safe).They treated her great and fixed the car in a few hours for only $125.00. It was only a dirty sensor issue. Imagine what Mercedes dealership would of charged Characteristic of a good honest shop. Very satisfiedService: Auto engine diagnostic

John and the guys are awesome. The shop is spotless, work is fair and honest, customer service is like family. I dislike how they do not do appointments. I brought my car in the morning (around 9:30am) to simply get a new ecu coded to my car, nothing crazy. I called back at 3pm and they haven t even gotten my car in to start working on it. Very disappointed. Taking my business elsewhere.

Amazing service, I called Craig this morning and he handled everything for me, he even recommended a tow company to help me get there. I only had to wait a couple hours for my car to be fixed. They provided a great rest area for when you're waiting, complimentary Wi-Fi, complimentary drinks & coffee. Will definitely be coming back in the future for any of my auto needs.Thanks again! You all rock!

I've taken 2 cars to Technical for multiple items and they have been very fair and timely. Craig has always very nice and helpful to both my wife and me. My old mechanic retired so I needed a new one and I am very pleased.

Is a good shop Bruce recode the abs on my vw just took 2 hrs. The great thing about Bruce when I called him to get the abs code, Bruce just said bring it in. Greg was also helpful. Recommend.

Been going to Bruce since 1989. He's the ONLY guy I use for car maintenance. The only honest guy I've found so there's no need to go anywhere else. He's always busy and he never advertises. That's because once you go here, you'll never go anywhere else.

Always helpful, and they continue to keep the prices fair. I have been a customer of Technical Auto for many years and recommend them often! They've done all our maintenance from break pads to engine replacements and everything in-between.

My family has been coming here close to 20 years! Bruce has always taken the best care of our vehicles and I wouldn't take my Rogue anywhere else.

As well as a lot of people, I've had trouble finding a reliable mechanic. Craig and the guys at technical Auto Repair have been awesome. They've told me when I've needed to replace things and when I didn't need to as well. I would recommend them to everybody out there!

There are still honest mechanics! We've used Technical Auto Repair for 25 years, and have always been very happy with the work they do. We have recommended Technical Auto to friends as well, who have also been satisfied. Technical Auto has competitive prices and never try to upsell us on unnecessary work. Here is an auto shop you can trust!

The most terrible service I ve ever been to. They do not pick up the phone or return my calls, left such a mess in my car. If you do not know how to do something, just do not do it

Terrible customer service. They fixed my windows and in the process broke three other things regarding electrical. The owner Bruce was extremely rude and disrespectful over the phone.
