I highly recommend Prestiges Auto Collision for car repairs. They re fast and reliable. Vince is so professional handling all the details of my car repairs. It can be difficult to find a body shop whom you can trust especially for a Tesla, and I'm just very happy to have been referred to Prestige Auto Collision (no wonder it has it's name "Prestige"). They are reliable and honest with utmost professionalism which I highly recommend.

Given that Prestige Auto Collision is Mercedes certified and that my car is still covered by warranty, I decided to go with them for my body repair needs. After a minor impact to the rear bumper, I left my car to them and told them about my concerns regarding the altered trunk gap . Ultimately, there were two repaints of the rear bumper, and neither time was the color matching or even the same shade, and neither time was the gap fixed. I spent a lot of time being persuaded that this is the way things should be and that there is nothing more they can do. And to top it all off. There was damage on the driver's panel when I got the car, but it wasn't there before. The following day, I wrote about the harm that I had discovered. Both a response and a reaction were lacking from me. I switched to another firm as a result, and everything was completed flawlessly most notably, the bumper was painted the exact color I wanted. The only unfortunate thing is that every time I get in the car, the dent on the panel reminds me of my bad experience with Prestige Auto Collision.

I went with Prestige to do the repairs on my Geico claim.Lance provided great customer service, dealt with all issues, gave timely updates, and is a true professional.The staff at the front desk is friendly and they also provided transportation for me to get a ride home while they worked on the repairs.

I don t like writing reviews because every situation is very different. But in this situation, I feel like a review is very necessary. I got in an accident in my wife s Tesla two months ago. Damage was to the right fender and bumper tire, total repair was less than $6k. The accident was down the street from the shop and my insurance recommended this shop because they Tesla certified. My car got there the same day of the accident. My first impression of the shop was good and the people seem very professional, but it was all an act. This Shop staff was in professional and very rude, especially the guy handling my case Travis. Within a couple business days the insurance reviewed the material list and approved it. So I called to check status on the parts because right now parts are hard to get and Travis said he would update me on Friday. Friday came around and he was nowhere to be found. I left a voicemail and emailed him, no response. I was finally able to get a hold of him and he said he ll get to me that Friday again and let me know the status on the parts. Guess what, Friday came around and no response no answers. Three weeks of this back-and-forth. Finally I asked to speak to a manager to get some answers and we found out the parts were never. The guy just lied to me over and over or he is very incompetent. Just writing this is making me upset. And I just wonder if I didn t ask for the manager manager how long it would have been for the parts to be ordered. My wife and I went to go pick up the car yesterday, after almost 2 months. Everything seem to be good but now we re missing a hub cap. Once again, I asked the guy to order it because we re missing part and ask him to email me to let me know that he ordered the part. I never did, now that piece is coming out of my pocket and I have to order this. Please be aware and do not go to this shop and if your insurance says to go don t ask him for another shop .Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting

Excellent experience, Allyson & Vince took it to the next level with a 5 star, white glove experience. Vince kept me posted with real time updates despite his large ticket que and answered all of my questions. They even went above and beyond not only with the dent, but with an additional scrape that needed to be buffed/treated. Got my car back shiny, back to normal within not even 1 week. Definitely recommend Prestige auto to anyone looking to get their vehicle or Tesla repaired!

Poor quality of work... I took my car in to have some minor repair work on my passenger door. The communication was very good, initially I thought they had done a good job. 6 months later I am driving on the highway and my door trim flies off my car. When I got home I looked closer, Prestige had broken the clips on the trim piece and tried to use double sided tape to hold on the trim! Why not do the right thing and order a new trim piece with clips? Very disappointed. So I am stuck buying another trim piece with clips and replacing it the correct way. I would not recommend Prestige, they clearly cut corners on my repair. I wonder how many other dirty little secrets are out there being held by double sided tape.

I haven t been getting any responses from Fernando for over 2 weeks on status of my car. I was referred by MBLN and I hope I haven t made mistake on getting it repaired at your shop. You were family business and with exceptional service. Hope the owners look at the messages! Unsatisfied customer and I will notify Pat Bolter GM of MBLN to not refer you guys. I apologize but this if not right having the car over 40 days and no updates!

Very surprised for a certified Mercedes Bodyshop recommended from Laguna Mercedes wasn t quite as quality work. Originally asked for three spots on the van to be repaired .quoted the insurance a higher price thinking they ll do quality work.Took over a month to get the job started due to insurance approval; finally approved to start the job. Got the work done quickly.Went to pick up the van, but didn t really check in detail cuz I had to go to work.Arrived to work, noticed that they didn t fix the dent above the door lift handle. Then opened the back door to see closer. Noticed that they didn t even touch that area. Try closing the door and it wouldn t catch to close the door unless you slammed it hard.For a body shop name Prestige it s not anything close. Good luck taking your vehicle there maybe it wasn t a good day for them or it was an insurance claim so didn t care. You might have better luck then I.

I took my Tesla Model S in to Prestige after we were rear ended. There was damage to the bumper and the rear hatch. Vince took absolute care of me and the vehicle! His attention to detail, communication and professionalism gave me the confidence that they would repair it as good as new. I just picked it up today and I have to say that it looks even better than when I dropped it off!Vince went to bat with me with the insurance company when they were trying to find used parts and he made sure that everything was perfect when I picked it up.Thanks Vince!

They said itll be 2-3 weeks for repair. Car was in the shop for over 6 weeks. If you are slammed and not have enough labor just tell insurance to take their customers elsewhere. Instead they make false promises. No communication from them no update unless we call and email and leave voicemails. We would contact 5 times then they would respond once. Less than two months in to the repair car started making noise where it was repaired. Got an appointment with lance when we got there he had already left for the day. Just distaste after distaste. Overall Subpar establishment with subpar service. Not recommended.

Had my car repair on March 2023,It s May and I still need to bring it back to get the job done. They promised me 2 weeks. They always tell me that they will call me back but nothing.The car is still need to be fixed properly .The door and the fender needs to be alignedService: Auto body & trim repair

My wife had a little fender bender in the Tesla. I was concerned that the repairs be done correctly with factory parts. The guy at Prestige assured me that they were a factory (Tesla) authorized repair center. It took a couple of weeks to complete the repairs but the car came out perfect. Everything looked as good as brand new. I am very happy with what they did and would recommend them to anybody with a nice car that needs repairing.

took my car to be fix, it took them 5 months, they damaged the whole wrapPer your response it is not a faulty wrap, I had it done more than 2 years ago,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, your shop is the only responsible for this damage, also I had 2 hub caps missing, the passenger outside mirror dosen't work and you guys crashed the car when it was driven into the paint booth.Mr. Owner, 8-31-22- I already talked to Ozzie Pina, he denied the claim, if you want to make it right pay me the wrap (only the parts that your body shop damaged) I will pay for the damaged wrap that was cause by the accident, by the way , I hope you have insurance. Let's make an appointment and I will show you my car, if you are so welling to make it right.

I am an old (BODY SHOP) guy from the 70s, with plenty of years painting, repairing and happy customers. Prestige auto collision made me a happy customer. First impression, the office people are very nice lady s who run smith office, followed by the estimators and the repair employees who do great work.It s a very nice place to drop off your car to be fixed.Prestige auto collision showed me that they have qualified people, certified employees working for them. My Mercedes had front bumper damage and a couple of scratches that needed to be fixed.Dave the estimator suggest that one of my dings, on my left rear door could be removed by a -DENTLESS REPAIR METHOD ! I hesitated but let him do it. Wow I m impressed with the results. The original paint it was saved by using this method. No grinding no primer no painting!I highly recommend trying this on small DINGS about the size of quarterthe guarantee is that you won t be charged If it s not perfect.What a great body shop Prestige is! My 2020 GLE 350 is looking good .Dave the amazing estimator is a class good guy easy to work with.People get your cars fixed here Services: Painting, Auto glass repair, Body & Trim

I had a very positive experience working with Scott and Prestige auto collision. They were referred to me by the insurance company of the offending party in my accident, who were covering the repair costs. Scott was very pleasant to work with and gave me a realistic repair timeframe of approx 3-4 weeks based on other Teslas they had worked on. Fortunately I was heading overseas so the timing worked out well. The repairs were completed in under the quoted time (approx 2.5 weeks)Scott very communicative and pleasant to work with. My only 'complaint' was that I did call to ask if they could top up the charge since I was coming back from overseas and it had been sitting idle for almost a month, but the charge was fairly depleted. Still going to give them 5 stars as the repair and experience was positive.

Waited 4 months for a Tesla part, I knew they received it, but they didn t even contact me to say the part had been delivered. I had to threaten them with a negative review to the insurance company. Then they accept the car and it take 9 days ( of which I kept calling them) for me to be told the part was damaged and they have to re order.THEY MADE ME PAY THE DEDUCTIBLE BEFORE they Even started!!! According to other places , you only pay once the service is rendered.Very disorganized company and very difficult to communicate with anyone!Keep away!!!

I want to recommend Prestige Auto Collision. I took my cream puff 2018 Honda CRV (25,000 miles) in to Prestige today to have them look at a rear door area that had a brush with a wooden paint surface. I expected a whopping bill. My Estimator, Denise Carlos, thought they could clean it up with a little buffing and secret powders. It came out looking like new the same day.This is my second experience with Prestige. I took in a car that had been rear ended, though not seriously, and they repaired it. The best part was that when they returned the car, it looked like it had been detailed, immaculate inside and out. They really treat their customers right.Thanks Denise for another great visit.

Before I sent my car for repairing, I went to 2 different shops and picked Prestige. I am glad that I made the right decision. Thank you for your wonderful CS Rep Denise C. She has a great working ethic in taking care of customers. My car was fixed like a new one. Thank you Denise and your team's great job.
