Very helpful service team, but I am giving them 2 stars. This is after having to wait 3 hours after my scheduled appointment to get my car serviced, I left the dealership with my car having more issues than I brought it in with. My front headlights would only work if set to bright , my automatic doors didn t work, and my back windshield wiper didn t work. Now I am taking additional time for them to fix things that were not an issue prior to me brining it in for service.

This was my 1st enjoyable experience buying a car. Joey was charming, upfront, and no bull. I love my new "used" 2021 Kia Seltos. I highly recommend this dealership because the MSRP prices are fair. Thank you for being part of our community.

I had a problem with smog test with EGR not ready issue. I did not know how to solve this issue and Tustin Acura asked me to pay $250 so they can do something for me even I still have warranty. I spoke to Acura USA regarding this matter and representative told me to go Acura dealership near by. Mission Viejo Acura service department people and service they provide were exceptional, They send you couple of text update while you are waiting even video shows what they are working on.They did not even ask for $1. Strongly recommend this place if you have Acura vehicle.

Jeff at the service department was the most helpful and customer oriented technician I've ever worked with. I would highly recommend him and the service department here.

UPDATE!Mission Viejo Acura is Outstanding Went back, They showed up and showed OUTYOU'RE THE BOMB Mission Viejo Acura Changed over to " 5 's "--------Had the Oil Changed almost 2 Week's ago & haven't been driving it (outside of Grandma's who is 2 miles from Home) due to Working from Home. There is now a Bad Oil(?) Gas (?) Exhaust Odor(?) Coming from the Car that was never present before.
