Best dealership , hands down !!I wanted to wait a lil while before I review so I could assure I m confident with my review , but I ve had my vehicle over a week , no problems at all !!I came in a little worried about if I would even be leaving with a ride but Liam & Erik worked very hard to get me and my mother approved with everything we needed to leave comfortable !!Great customer service skills , nice reliable vehicles , honestly the dealership went above & beyond .. I would definitely recommend this dealership , give them a call I believe they can make it happen like they did for me . & Nooo this isn t a paid advertisement , this is a honest review from 2 happy customers !!Thank you again Mission Viejo

I had a very good experience at this dealership. I felt due to my credit situation that I would not qualify and I was really in need of a new car. Jerry the salesman was awesome! Such a friendly guy who was ready to make a deal. I truly felt there was no hope for me in this situation, but Jerry assured me that he had a good feeling. When I came down there in person with my wife, we sat down with Jerry and him and Erik The finance manager worked everything out and we drove away from there that day with A 2021 Nissan, we were beyond ecstatic. Our problems have been solved and we were very happy with how things worked out. We re hoping to rebuild our credit in the next year and go back and buy another car from Jerry and Eric great sales sales team and finance team at Mission Viejo Infiniti I highly recommend if you were having trouble with your credit or anything at all to give them a shot, they will do everything they can to help you. Thank you again guys. Great job.

I came into Mission Viejo Infinity to look for a car as my son is now 18. And will be getting His Driver's license. Jose Rios was an amazing sales person. He knew exactly what I was looking for, what my budget was, and he worked his magic to get us into a car that was perfect for us! I highly recommend coming in and asking for Jose Rios!

Although I was not able to purchase a vehicle there, I thought that Sean Berry should be mentioned in this review. Sean spent DAYS trying to get me into a new car but my credit proved very difficult for me and the whole time Sean with his great customer service skills was right there every day trying for me. I think he should be commended for not giving up! Unfortunatly we finally had to give up but I am happy to say that I did get a vehicle somewhere else. Thank you Sean!

I had a maintenance appointment to fix my tire. I have had the best experience with Mr. Jerry PAGLIASSOTTI and Justin Moore! They are amazing Service advisors, care about customer needs and provide best solutions to support customer! I had the best service appointment experience with them and also maintenance appointment for tire repair. I really appreciate their service. Thank you!

Called to schedule an appointment and no answer. Tried to call Tustin Infiniti, same thing. Orange Coast Infiniti answered immediately and offered to take me in the same day with a loaner car to diagnose and repair my car! Not a bad drive for great customer service. Good luck trying to service your car here, don t waste your time.

I had a really wonderful experience here. I bought my Prius from the dealership and worked with Sean and Erik. From the minute I spoke to them, I knew I wanted to do business with these guys. They are so down to earth and cool and it was such a pleasant transaction! I live in Los Angeles and drove an hour and a half cuz they are so rad!!!!

Best dealer in Mission Viejo !Had the right person take care of me and my vehicle. A big shout out to Sean Berry. He was very helpful and had patiences with me. Appreciate all the information he provided as well.If you ever in need of good customer services I would pick Sean for your car sales man!

Your response is worse than your action.How can you sell a vehicle that's unsafe without disclosing the issues?????and now you are saying you will partially fix the issue at my cost!!!!! it cost $1400 to ship the car back to you, so now you expect me to pay for your mistakes.What about the brakes The light is on as well, are saying you didn't see that either???Not to mention, I never received the executed sale contact,No temporary tagsNo Title after 2 monthsTHIS DEALERSHIP IS SCAMMERVery disappointing experienceI purchased a car two weeks ago arrived missing parts were promised to be delivered Not to mention, paperwork had been a mess.I paid for the car more than It s retail value.As soon as the car arrived, I inspected it, and I found a whole list of non-functioning icons on being displayed and safety issues with the vehicle1- airbag Disabled icon, doesn t not function2- Breaks needing Replaced icon3- The horn doesn t work4- seat belt buzzer doesn t work5- Cruise control doesn t function6- Windshield with chips should ve been replaced More Back windows don t go upSoft top of track, bad ding in the sideNot to mention, cosmetic issues were hidden. I ve been calling every day, and their staff seems to be very busy, but so far no one Responded back.

Went for a look a week ago and honestly was not what i expected the results to be. I got huge help especially from one of the salesman Sean Berry. He was very attentive and very helpful. Made my experience here amazing and simple. Drove out with an infinity Q50 and hes been very helpful since then. I highly recommend him if you want the best experience. Final thought, i loved the experience there because of Sean Berry

I cannot express how grateful and blessed I am to have purchased my new vehicle from Mission Viejo Infiniti. The entire process was painless. They were incredibly honest and helpful. I will make sure to buy all my future vehicles from them. We previously had a terrible car buying experiences from other manufactures:dealerships so we were hesitant when we first came in, but Sean Berry was an absolute rockstar from the beginning to the end. He was patient, was kind and most importantly, he was very honest. We also really appreciated Eric who handled the finance piece and Alex the GM. They went above and beyond to meet our needs and made the experience something that we will always be so grateful for. Again, I can t express enough how wonderful they were and we are truly blessed. Stopped by Mission Viejo Infinity today to look at 4 jeep wranglers they had on the lot. The dealership is clean, and the sales staff are very low pressure and professional. Deiter and Renee were both on site and helpful in answering questions and explaining the overall vehicle. We did not have time to drive the vehicle, but I may go back during the week when they are not so busy. What a difference in overall professionalism, product knowledge, and transparency in relation to the horrible visit at Huntington Beach Jeep, which was less than desirable and below standard.This dealership is upfront, professional, and transparent. Highly recommended.

Me and my Husband, Jack, had a great car buying experience with Sean Berry. We purchased our Infiniti QX50 from the Mission Viejo dealership. Sean was a genuinely kind, very helpful and great sales representative throughout the whole process. Sean also drove with me with me to my home, him and his team were very helpful, professionally assisting us with every detail. This dealership is a scam. Offering people MSRP pricing regarding their current vehicle then low balling them for something disrespectful. Now it makes sense on why this dealership is offering such gimmicks because they can t even sell a single car.

Horrible experience, the most dishonest staff. I was sold a car with many mechanical issues were never disclosed, and I was assured there were no issues what so ever. Their sales staff and the General Manager lied about every issue. Its going to cost me over $7,000. It turned to be I was sold a project car not a car I can drive. My personal opinion avoid them, you are much better off not dealing with this dealership.

We recently purchased a QX 60 from Mission Viejo Infiniti. Our salesman Javier Rojas was amazing! He was very knowledgeable about our vehicle and did a great job going up and beyond expectations for delivery of vehicle to our house. He then spent extra time explaining everything the vehicle had to offer to us. He worked very hard to get us the deal that we felt comfortable with. Thank you Javier we love our QX60!!

My experience at the Infiniti dealership in Mission Viejo was truly exceptional, and a standout part of it was the salesman, Sean. Not only was Sean excellent, but his British accent added a charming touch to the experience. He was not only super friendly but also extremely helpful throughout the entire car-buying process. Sean's knowledge and approachability made the experience all the more enjoyable, and I would highly recommend this dealership, particularly with Sean as your salesperson.

I just leased a QX 50 and am so pleased with that vehicle. I got a very fair price for my trade in and also a fair price for the new lease. This is the first SUV I have ever owned and I am so happy with the ride and performance. Thankful to be rid of my BMW and be in a car that I know I can trust will perform well and be low cost maintenance when it's needed. I also want to give very high marks to my salesman Sean Berry and if you choose to buy a car at MV Infiniti look for Sean as he is honest and works with a high level of integrity which sometimes can be rare with purchasing cars. You can trust you will get a fair deal with him, he will fight for the best price and will give you all the specifics and details of the vehicle. High marks as well to Rene, the finance guy for also working with a very high level of honestly. I know they are under new management and so far I can tell you that this is for sure a place that you should check out for you next car. 5 stars for MV Infiniti as now I am confident that I will be getting our next car here as well.

I just bought a car with Art, and i just wanna share what an awesome guy he is, literally went above and beyond to get me what i want. Was very understanding and we picked the exact car i want with a very good deal! Also, he gave me food because i said i was hungry, very nice person, will definitely come back and ask for him!!

Worst customer service. I bought a car almost 2 months ago and they still haven t sent my title to the DMV. I called yesterday and they told me to call today. ALL DAY, I ve been trying to call. Now they said they re going to call back tomorrow about my title. First of all, it should have already been sent to the DMV a week or two after purchasing my vehicle. Yesterday some guy told me on the phone it s my job to send the title just in case the DMV needs proof I m the one who purchased?? No sir it s your guys job to do it and not wait almost 2 months to send the title over to DMV.

If you need to buy or lease an Infiniti, go to Mission Viejo Infiniti and ask for Sean Berry. I've recently leased a 2023 QX60 from Mission Viejo Infiniti. I finalized the deal online at 8pm and Sean delivered the car to my door the same night. Sean is very friendly and knowledgeable about Infiniti products. It was great!!

Jerry was our salesman. We came in on a Sunday and he worked hard to get us the best price on our trade-in, the lowest possible payment in the least amount of time. He was a true professional and the whole Infiniti experience was positive and I may be a customer for life. P.S. I LOVE the car!

Just wanted to take a minuteto rate my experience coming for my first time, we had help no other than Arty his approach was quite relaxed and was very helpful on getting the car I needed for my family and I.Arty answered all my questions and made sure we were taken care of. Very disappointed with our 2013 BMW 535i Purchase two weeks ago to me the price was high $16988 for that vehicle but Wife and my Son like the car apparently it went through all mechanical inspections but on February 16th the car started overheating leaking coolant drop of the car at the Dealership to see what was wrong now service want's $3k to replace a water pump and thermostat no thanks what a terrible purchase
