Had some minor repairs/scratch repairs done today. Genesis G70.I have previously used their repair services on two other occasions with outstanding results and exceptional customer support and service.Today was no exception. Thank you Mark and Lena; hope you all enjoyed the donuts.This is an exceptional body shop with honest and outstanding customer service and support. I highly recommend this business.

Have had multiple cars repaired here for varying damage or cleanup. They have always done a great job. Today I hit a bollard and scratched the door handle, cab, and fender of my truck. They went to polish it to see what kind of follow up work it needed. They brought it back out after 5-10 minutes with pretty much all of the damage gone. Sent me on my way without any pressure to do more expensive repairs. These guys are awesome and have great customer service!

Excellent quality work and professional customer service. You can't tell my car had been hit and they matched the paint perfectly despite the fact that the car is 12 years old. I can recommend this place unreservedly.

Wow! They have the nicest receptionist I think I ve ever encountered. So pleasant, it brightened my cruddy day. The car was done perfectly, and they washed it inside and out. This was truly five star service and I highly recommend this place..

I took my 2015 BMW 428i GC to this place because they had good reviews online. My car had been rear-ended and had a small damage to the rear bumper and rear-right fender.I'm a super picky with details, and my car to me is like a member of my family, so I was worried I would get disappointed.My experience was really good. They sent me pictures of my car on the different repair stages, and finished in the time they had estimated. which is remarkable because it was raining in those days and the car needed to be painted. I know the effect of humidity in the painting process and I asked: they explained their paint chamber has a controlled environment.When I picked up the car, in thoroughly inspected it and was really surprised with the quality of the work. You cannot tell it had been in an (small) accident.They also provide a Guarantee for the life of the vehicle, that remains active even if you sell it.In my particular case, it was all paid by insurance, but I wanted to share: the initial estimate they had provided increased significantly (triple) after they started working on it. If you are paying with your own bucks, you might want to keep it in mind, although I'm sure every shop does the same.

I was able to walk in without an appointment to get an estimate for body damage on my car (a dent on the driver front fender). Although I hadn't decided at the time whether I would handle through my insurance, they wrote up an estimate reflecting the discounted rates they would charge my insurance. Ultimately I decided to pay out-of-pocket and have Mission Viejo Auto Collision do the repairs. There were some delays getting the repairs done, & they weren't very proactive about calling me to update me on the process. However, the actual body work turned out great and came with a full lifetime warranty. Finally, I want to compliment Lena, who was always friendly and helpful.Service: Body & Trim

The autobody work was great. Lena at the office is outstanding and was such a pleasure to work with. I had an unprofessional experience with Ferdinand and that tarnished the experience a bit, hence the 4 stars.

What an absolute delight to work with. Such a caring, professional, and very communicative shop. Kip and Lena are so wonderful. My car had really bad damage from an accident, and they were so prompt at everything. I can highly recommend them to absolutely anyone. I was very pleasantly surprised at the care and service I received at MVAC. Customer service was remarkable. As soon as I walked through the door, staff (Lena), came across as genuinely interested in how MVAC could meet my repair needs. The estimate was more precise than any procedure I have ever received! Kip was wonderful; he explained the estimate, shared car care pointers and addressed my post repair concerns. One benefit, most incredible for me, I was offered transportation back and forth to my home; just a part of the unique service. I sincerely recommend MVAC and more than likely, will be back! My car looks like new. Thank-you.

Excellent Service by service manager, Kip! I had taken my car to three other body shops to repair my bumper. All shops said it could not be repaired, only replaced at a cost of $2000. Mission Viejo Auto Collision was my last estimate. I didn't think I needed a new bumper, I just wanted it repaired. Kip took one look and said he could repair it! I took the car in the following week and it was fixed in 20 minutes! "No Charge" Kip said. How often do you hear those words? Thanks again Kip!! Without a doubt Mission Viejo Auto Collision is the most professional auto body shop I ve used! Their outstanding professionalism and efficiency holds Mission Viejo Auto Collision to the highest standards. The shop was very clean! The staff was amazing! From the moment I walked in Mrs.Lena greeted me and made me feel welcome. Within 5 minutes The GM Mr. Frank Elo was personally assisting me with my concerns of a broken water pump.I needed a rental car and it was already waiting.for me.When I picked up my car, it had been thoroughly evaluated, washed and a complete complimentary detail.I will never go anywhere else!Thank you Mission Viejo Auto Collision!Service: Electrical

My 2003 Cadillac CTS was hit in the parking lot at my work. It had scrapes and was dented in the left rear quarter panel and part of the rear bumper. I took it to another collision company and I inquired about the bumper since it had paint chipping off on the right side. I assumed since they would have to fix the left side they would have to repaint the whole bumper. They guy I spoke to told me that I would have to pay out of pocket for them repairing the right side. I left and went to Mission Viejo Auto Collision where I spoke to Kip. He explained the options and we went with replace and paint for the bumper. This was cheaper than repairing so better for the insurance company and no money out of my pocket. I recently purchased the vehicle and the right mirror was broken. I asked about the cost to repair and it was a lot. I bought the mirror online and brought it to them. They not only did an amazing job on repairing the quarter panel, the bumper was good as new and since they had the paint they painted the mirror AND installed it for me at no extra cost. I don't normally leave reviews, however I cannot remember the last time I went to get anything done where I was treated so well. I talk about them often and recommend them to anyone that needs paint or body work on their vehicle. Ask for Kip, he will make sure you are taken care of. Thanks Kip! Took 2+ months to repair my bumper and minor damage on trunk door. Supposedly due to supply chain issues . Then I realize a few days after picking my car up the mileage had gone up 3k+!!! They legit used my car while it was getting repaired . They also have the worst follow through I had to call them to get updates. Because they took 2+ months, I ended up paying out of pocket for a rental about $1,500. Horrible experience, won t be returning for future business. One star for being a certified Kia shop and the kind ladies at reception.

My car recently needed repairs after it was involved in a minor rear collision. After reading several five star reviews I decided to have MVAC repair my car. I m still regretting that decision.Upon picking up my car, it was immediately clear they didn t perform quality repairs on my vehicle. They replaced my original Lexus parts with aftermarket parts that aren t made for my make or model vehicle. The areas they repainted they left runs behind and the paint looks like an orange peel. The paint color doesn t match and they left overspray on all the black trim near the repairs they performed. They also buffed the bumper until it removed the shine and didn t fix it.The bodywork and repairs they performed on my car are NOT any better. They didn t replace the damaged exhaust brackets, leaving my exhaust unattached. This causes a loud rattle the entire time my engine is running. They failed to replace and attach clips that hold the bumper to the fender. They left a large scratch on my fender that occurred in the collision. And The entire lower portion of my bumper is detached from the exhaust tips too. It moves the entire time I m driving.When I addressed the issues with my repairs I was told We offer a lifetime warranty What good is a warranty when the work lacks quality? Useless!I wish I had my car repaired at the bodyshop Lexus recommended. Lesson learned.Services: Exhaust, Body & Trim, Paint repair

I was referred to Mission Viejo Auto Collision after a tree fell on my car! Aaaagghhh! Unknowingly it would prove to be an excellent experience all around. The gals at the front desk were super personable & friendly. Kip, my estimator, was incredibly kind, detailed, and honest. He knew exactly what needed to be done and followed thru the job to the end. Nice man. The end result was amazing! My car felt new despite its 7 years. I was smiling from end to end and I m ever so grateful. This place is without a doubt, the best place you can ever take your vehicle into for repairs! I cannot rave and say enough good things about this place!Brad, Hank and Lena are just about as honest, sweet, down to earth people that you can meet! I truly fell in love with them and their work ethics! they in return fell in love with my dog Nova! (I'm a bit much to handle so can't blame them)This was out of pocket (not using insurance mind you) I had to have some bumper repairs done on my 2016 camaro and not only did it come out looking brand spanking new, they truly worked with me to have everything covered and fixed in the budget as this was completely out of pocket! ($2000 in repairs done for grand low price of $1345) I cant thank you all enough, and Nova's belly can't thank you for all the treats!!

I recently had a new rear bumper replaced on my 2012 M3 at Mission Viejo Auto Collision. The bumper was painted and replaced in less than 2 days which I thought was remarkable but, the work was even more impressive. The car looked brand new and no one could ever tell there was a new rear bumper placed on it. All the service representatives were very helpful and friendly. You can tell they take great pride in their service there and making it right for their customers. I would highly recommend any car repair work needed please give Mission Viejo Auto Collision consideration.

Needed a brand new bumper on my 2005 Mercedes SL 500 from a metal sheet hitting it on the freeway. From the minute I called them for a quote until the time I picked up my car from being repaired was complete smooth sailing. They are awesome. Every employee was beyond friendly, helpful, and accommodating. When I went back to pick up my car I was impressed with how quickly they got the job done (4 days with ordering the new bumper). If you re looking for an honest shop that truly cares about their customers, go no further. They updated me by text message with photos & details as they went through the repair process. They make everything easy instead of an ordeal like most shops do. Not one bad thing to say about this place!

I have used them on three different occasions to help with body repair from accidents there we were involved in. All done through insurance and they are very familiar with the process of going through insurance and all the steps that need to be done first in order to get the car into the shop for a full evaluation.Their front office staff is both knowledgeable as well as very friendly. They observed all Covid protocols. They also communicated with me completely throughout the process and delivered our vehicle on the day it was promised - completely washed with a rear bumper that looked brand new.As long as I live locally, they will always be my go to body shop if one is ever needed again. Once you found a business you thoroughly trust and can relate with it is a no brainer to continue to work with them!Service: Body & Trim

If I had to drive 100 miles to get my car fixed here I would. Sometimes you come across a business that treats you so good, does such a good job, at such a fair price, that you couldn't imaging going anywhere else. This is just that kind of business. Check out the 100% guarantee photo I've attached. I think they must be counting good karma on their profit statements.The repairs are just right. Everything looks to have been done with careful attention to detail. They took the time to explain everything to me about what was fixed and how. They even had my vehicle detailed...free...and didn't even mention it.Mission Viejo Auto Collision has earned my love. :)

I would never take my cars anywhere else but Mision Viejo Auto Collision. They do a phenomenal job each and every time I ve taken my them there. I work with Kip and he is amazing.! He calls me with updates and he makes sure my car is delivered on time. He also sends me photo updates that tell me what phase of the process that my car is in . The service is great and the staff is always friendly. Hands-down, this is the best place in all of California. Thank you, Kip!

My truck was leaking water in to the cab when ever it rained. My mechanic recommended I reach Todd at Mission Viejo Auto Collision and I'm so glad I did. Their customer service is at the highest level. They explained everything that was going on with the repair and had my truck done the very next day. I am more then please with these folks. My brand new 2021 XC90 had a few scratches on the hood, called them, Lena picked up and told me to bring the car in. Came in 20 minutes later and they were all ready for me. Kip took a look and helped me polish it in 10 minutes at no charge.These guys have their stuff together, very professional, and fast. For contrast, I called another body shop recommended to me by the dealership just before calling them and was told an absolute load of nonsense. Very glad I gave these guys a call and will certainly be looking for Kip for future auto and paint repair needs!Services: Painting, Paint repair

Kip is awesome. He takes customer service to a whole new level. I have had 2 bummers with my car. The first was rather extensive damage and required hours getting issues resolved with my insurance company. Kip handled it professionally and without whining, keeping me updated every step of the way.The second was replacing a windshield that was shattered. Kip could have given me a number and moved on. Instead he contacted United Auto Glass and met me there. Despite being told by several glass companies it was dealer only, Kip through United Auto Glass found the proper part. What made it even sweeter the dealer quoted a price, depending upon VIN, between $600 to $800 plus labor. I left with a bill of $298 out the door.Accidents do unfortunately happen. When I'm impacted I'm heading back to Mission Viejo Auto Collision. Thank you! I was so pleased I brought the guys cinnamon rolls.

My car was hit from behind in traffic and this place was recommended to me by my insurance company. Kip took such a good care of my car, called me a few times just to keep me in the loop about the repairs and parts etc. Everybody I spoke to was friendly but professional and im very pleased about how they were able to fix my car.Thank you, Mission Viejo auto collision! What a great bunch. Talk about 'good guys" they helped me remove a stuck door on my Jeep Wrangler, which took 3 guys and 15 minutes of time and charged me zero dollars. Whenever I need any body work done they will have my business.
