Im owned many years and generations of jaguar xkrs. , ftype svr. Landrover sport , fpace svr .. multiple but always same engine basicly. High powered supercharged v8. This is a complicated place I came in with a gorgeous landrover sport incredibly maintained and a rare xkr dynamic r .. ready to trade toward new fpace svr .on showroom floor. Newish to area from santabarbara montecito. Honestly best dealer tecniquely is there. Sales manager Ann took in the two cars and i acceptedl the low ball trade ins She offered .. fast forward i have had fpace high powered svr up to 20000 miles and had dome weird flashing of add quart which i did .. idiot light. Then all looked fine .. then the digital read out of oil volume showed fine. Then it didnt . So i brought it in and explained.. also had dome burnt oil smell occasionally. brought it in .. twice .. both times because i brought up the inconsitency of no idiot lights matching oil volume readout.. i researched recalls.. and there is one out on fpace .. svr. Oil burning through cam seals. . To make this simpler is not easy there is no dip stick. On these cars. A digital readout is very inaccurate and i proved it. By taking oil out of engine showing it actually was low almost two quarts. Took a photo and presented it. No idiot lights came on. . This became a warranty isdue. Etc etc. and Linda . Basicly took car in . And i made it clear to take photo of when tech removed to see if it us leaking on big cover pan. Of course she did not do that.. so i have no visible proof its not leaking. . For customer. Of this expensive car he bought from us. That will not explain no idiot lights coming. On. Car stayed there for 7 or 8 days .. the wheels were painted wrong color which was badly managed by not getting approval in person by sam. Instead linda tryed go sell me on the color. So they painted twice back to black. And yes i paid for that They look great. I got angry for no real follow through by service manager Brent. Or Ann. who made claims to do so, and linda who said the did compression test which they didnt ..just to tell me what i wanted to hear. i knew that . She started to lie and asked to deal with someone else. Then switched to ceaser who clearly told me that the problem is arrogance . Amongst Linda and advisors. At gimes makes him upset. She told me she was the lead. But to start to inform me compression test was done. Ann says thats not true. It was ugly. Where is the manager of service whom just acted aloof. Which us normal apparently Truth is . Car has a design flaw . Digital readout is faulty sensitive both ways. Over fill or low oil. . Technicians didnt help. This place has infighting. .. and i spent enormous time to no help or return .. i live my fpace svr but this was really a we font want to do warranty work . We dont know why oil monitor and idiot lights are inconsistant .. members of Jaguar foum are all having similar problems. And just be real. I spent 110k. And gave away two horgeous cars gor this dealer to make money more off of deal. And yes it angered me to not care and not believe me. . Describing symptons This also . Jaguar is stopping production soon! Great. Photos. This is read out . All depends how car sits or??? The general manager is not aware of this stuff.. i personally was quite upset because i didnt want motor replaced and it turns out that was possible Other Svrs fpaces 329 . Oil burning. My vin was not included. Bold Yes when service advisers dont perfotm with integrity. And its ok to apologize.

Outstanding experience at the Jaguar dealership! Our salesman's expertise (Tony) and enthusiasm for the brand made our car-buying journey enjoyable. I have had my Jaguar E-Pace for a few years and I have needed to bring it into Mission Viejo Jaguar for various reasons over the years. Linda is my girl! She is so good at what she does, she is in top of everything, she has excellent communication and always keeps me in the loop about the service being done on my car and how long things might take. She s quick to respond to messages, always has a big smile, good energy and makes me feel important no matter how big or small of a job it might be that is needed. If you want excellent customer service ask for Linda. She works hard and truly cares about her job and it shows in the way she treats her customers at Jaguar Mission Viejo.

Very satisfied with the service I received and past service appointments. I own an older Jaguar and I would not trust any other mechanic with my vehicle. Linda has gone above and beyond to make sure that the problem would be addressed and remedied. She is excellent in communicating with the customer. I highly recommend Land Rover Jaguar of Mission Viejo!!!

New to the area, the Jag dealership helped us diagnose and fix a coolant issue with my 19 XJL.We just showed up with no appt. A car was not available for us to drive, but the repair was made and I m delighted to have my car back in working order.Scott helped us at pickup and he was very welcoming and friendly.

I have purchased many cars thru the years and hate to say this but is generally is not a pleasant experience. I purchased an SUV today with Jaguar, Mission Viejo.My Salesperson was Dan Osborne. This was a very pleasant, honest, no pressure experience in a state of the art facility. I would highly recommend Dan and this dealership if you are in the market for a Jaguar or Range Rover. Great job guys, 5 stars Kudos to Angel in the Finance Dept as well.

I really appreciated the professionalism of our salesperson, Robert Shepherd. He was insightful and down to earth. He listened and tried to understand what I wanted in a car & then he delivered! Our car experienced unexpected problems on a Friday night. Sadly the service department was closed over the weekend. But we were able to make an online appointment for first thing Monday morning. By the time we arrived, Cesar had already read about our problem and was expecting us. They worked hard troubleshooting our car until they found the problem. Thankfully, and to our surprise, the repair was affordable. I just wished they had more loaner vehicles available to their customers. But the customer service is always spot on! They really give you that small town family owned type of feeling! Kudos to Cesar and the service department team!

Good afternoon. Today I was walking past a Land Rover dealership at Mission Viejo. I wanted to buy a nice car for my wife. For 10 minutes, I walked around the parking lot with cars but could not find a single sales manager. I saw the service center staff and they took me to Daniel Osborne. He met me with indifference and without enthusiasm. I explained to him that I would like to buy a pre-owned Range Rover for my wife. He said that there are 2 cars. He took the keys to one and showed it to me. He could not or did not want to tell me any information about this car (what engine, what options, what warranty, etc.). And he didn't even offer to test drive this car!!! I asked to show the second car that the dealer has, BUT DANIEL SAID I NEED TO LOOK FOR IT and did not show it. I agreed to buy the first car. We applied for a loan and I got approved. I asked about a possible small discount but they refused! After that, the manager said goodbye to me without offering any options. I was very upset and surprised by the attitude of the Land Rover staff. I was not even offered water while I was waiting for approval from the bank. I have never experienced such customer service anywhere. I have never seen such a rude attitude in any dealership. I am a BMW and Porche customer. Employees like Daniel give a bad impression about the Mission Viejo dealership and the Land Rover brand. Thanks.

By far, this has been the best experience I have ever had when dealing with a car repair. My car broke down the day before my daughter's high school graduation and was in your shop for repairs for 13 days, which explains the level of stress, inconvenience, and financial impact it had on our family. However, Cesar Barrancas exceeded my customer service expectations along the journey! From his warm welcome as I approached the building, to his help in getting me into a rental car so that our graduation plans could continue, to his involvement with our extended warranty program, to his consistent and transparent communication and updates, to even helping us with a loaner once the warranty program stopped paying for our rental car, he was the one that made a difference in our frustrating situation! He went above and beyond to help us and I am so very thankful for him!

I had an outstanding experience purchasing my Jaguar i-pace in July 2023. Jim and John, the salespeople, were low pressure, informational and extremely professional.
