There, ok. Not the best. Took my car in to have the seams welded on my exhaust and you can see for yourself the type of job they do. This was a $500 job. Tried to upsell me on a new exhaust as they don't recommend welding over old well jobs. But as you can tell, their quality control is not much better either. Doesn't seem worth the money.

Great experience with Alex at Collins Muffler. Dropped my car off near closing on a Monday for a hole in the flex pipe and it was ready by 1pm the next day. Alex was also willing to work with me on price. Great experience. And the car sounds like new again.

Highly recommended! These guys are top notch! Nobody wanted to touch our car, several shops gave us the run around for months. Went in to see these guys on a Tuesday, they ordered the parts and completed a custom install by Wednesday at 3pm!Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

I am so in love with this place. I needed some work done on an exhaust leak. I packed a lunch, brought my laptop and work stuff, expecting to be here a few hours at least. 5 minutes after I arrive, Alex says it will be $200 and 30 - 45 minutes. I did the "I am not worthy, I am not worthy, I am not worthy," worship. Sure enough, its done 30 minutes later. I couldn't be happier.

Very happy with the work performed ! I have a modified Subaru that was quite noisy; wanted to quiet it down without hurting the performance. They recommended some mufflers, built them into the system and wow ! Almost too quiet Job well done

Extremely consciences and professional guys. They did an excellent job installing a new 5th wheel hitch, 7 way electrical outlet and Firestone air-bags on my F250 Super Duty. Great work at a fair price!

Brought in my wife's BMW to change out the muffler tips. The guys at Collins are courteous and knowledgeable. Service and communication is first rate and the price quoted is the price charged... No surprises!

Collins Mufflers did a great job on my 2018 GT Mustang. I called a couple of places to get a resonator delete and install an H-Pipe, Collins was the best price. Alex was professional and friendly, he went the extra mile to get it just the way I wanted. Now my stang sounds like a beast!

Randy and his team are awesome!! Great quality and outstanding customer service! I brought my classic truck in for exhaust work and they were able to accommodate the short notice and provided a great price! The truck was ready within a few hours and sounds and looks great!! Highly recommend Collins for anyone looking for customer exhaust work, especially on a classic vehicle. They take pride in their work and and ensure their customers are satisfied!

I called this business and was able to schedule an appointment easily. The next day when I went to the shop I was able to see under my car!! I thought it was so cool they presented that to me then asked the work I wanted done.I got a catback straight and removed 4 resonator from my Audi v8. It did not take long and then I got to hear it start up and it is amazing! The car sounds amazing and I am happy with the work done on my car.Service: Exhaust

Someone tried to steal the Catalytic Converter on my Prius and these guys were able to have the car towed there diagnose the damage call me with multiple options weld the cuts replace the 02 sensor repair the cut wires plus replace the bolts that were removed. Get this they did it all in one day. Car was ready and is now good to go. I even called back the next day and asked if they could check something out for me they said sure no problem bring it down I can do that for free. I dealt with a guy named Raul. Can't recommend these guys high enough.Service: Exhaust

This is the place to go in Orange County if you have any muffler issues. They offer free estimates and Raul and Alex did a great job on my truck and offer great prices! They also had me out of there within 30 minutes! Great service. Thank you again.

They ordered a Class III Curt hitch receiver perfectly fitted for my 2020 Subaru Forester Sport and installed it quickly. They were direct and transparent about the pricing and process.

Went there to have a performance muffler installed on my new Mustang.The guy was able to fit it at short notice, and allowed me to be involved with the installation process so that I was happy with the fitment.He did a great job in under an hour, and gave me a very good price.Highly recommended!

Guillermo has taken care of my 2005 Toyota Land Cruiser twice now. They had me out within 30 minutes of my appointment to repair a leak in my exhaust. Came in today met the previous owner and the new owner. Both are very respectful, friendly, and clean. They made my Mercedes s550 into a beast sounds amazing and looks amazing with my new exhaust tips. I will be back again for sure and would recommend anybody to come here. Great customer service and fast to get the job done!

Great experience so far. The guys are very helpful and happy to work with your needs. I brought my C7 Corvette for a muffler delete and they immediately worked with me on the best way to go about it. Looking forward to seeing and hearing the final result.

Great shop! Installed the Magnaflow mufflers and 4" tips on my 2014 Mustang GT. The owner is very kind and offers great service and price. They not only did a great job on the installation they also painted the weld line. The alignment is perfect also, they had me double checked the alignment and asked me if any adjustment is needed before they weld on the tips. Highly recommended

I want to take a moment to recognize Collins Muffler & Hitch for outstanding customer service. Randy is a genuine and friendly person who despite his back pain, still manages to show up and positively interact with his customers. I ve never been to an exhaust shop quite like this before and I will definitely make it my go to from here forward.Thanks for becoming a new friend and have a fantastic day! Walked into Collins mufflers to get a muffler delete with straight pipes on my 2010 E60 M5. Everything was done in just under an hour and the price was more than fair. Randy is courteous knowledgeable and willing accommodate all your needs. This was my first visit to any muffler shop and I'm glad it was Collins. I will be returning in the future if I ever need work done. I highly suggest Collins to anyone that is looking for honest and reliable work. Thanks again Randy !-Tom

Went in for an x pipe they had it on sight and they also informed me I had pipes too small in diameter where my resonators were from a previous shop. They were able to install the x pipe and fix the pipes where my resonators were for a reasonable price. My only gripe is one of the workers absolutely redlined my car in the parking lot I heard it backfire super loud from inside the store. Thts not cool don t disrespect my vehicle and me. I don t care if the car is cool and I m young you treat me and my car like it s a baby from somone who also used to pull cars around for a shop.Service: Exhaust

I was searching for a place to do a resonator delete on my MY2016 BMW M235, as there were no off the shelf pipes to fit the cabrio version. All the reviews for Collins Muffler were great, so I called Randy and he gave me a great price. The shop is clean, well equipped, and easy to get to from the 5. The whole job couldn't have taken more than half an hour to have the resonator cut out and a new pipe welded in. Very professional. If you are ever thinking about doing this work on your car don't bother with an aftermarket pipe. Just go to Collins.
