Extremely confused and frustrated with our first and now only experience with this service. We called to have our vehicle towed earlier this week and when it came to actually getting it done. They completely dropped the ball. We gave them all the information that they asked for. Made an appointment and confirmed all the information several times. I was at work the day of pickup so my wife was going to be there. They called her several times to confirm. Then the technician somehow was given the wrong number, tried to call it several times and since it was the wrong number, we never got service. My wife called to see what was going on and they said we gave them the wrong number and that they wouldn't be getting the car today. I have no idea how this happened since they called to confirm our information probably six times.Very disappointed and will never be calling them again.Be weary if you choose to use them for service.

Mike was so helpful and kind over the phone! He made this process such a breeze. The tow truck company that came to pick up our car were wonderful as well. They communicated and were very responsive. Our tow truck driver, was equally wonderful. Hands down such an awesome experience all around. Thank you all, we will be back if ever needed in the future and will refer any friends and family.

Excellent process and service. Called them on a Saturday and gave the information and condition or my 1994 Corolla and was given a value that I thought was reasonable. On Monday a person called to arrange the pick up and payment. The driver came on Tuesday, explained what I had to do with DMV to release liability and towed the car. It was that simple.

We have now sold 2 of our cars to Cash for Cars. They were amazing both times. SO HELPFUL and SO HONEST. They took care of everything for us, and it was such a burden off of our shoulders. I want to give a big shout out to Mike!! He was GREAT and so accommodating and informed! As well as Jason & the whole team! They came to pick up the next day and had absolutely everything in order! They were able to cut a check right on the spot and handled all of the paperwork/ communicating with the DMV. Especially in this business, it's easy to find people who are less than honest. It is so important to go with people you trust! 10/10 Recommend!

Genuinely the best customer service I ve spoken with. My car originally got towed and I was very angry through the course of this but the person on the phone, mike, was very calm and respectful and really made sure that everything went smoothly and didn t try to bs me on anything. This is a wonderful place to go if you re looking to sell your vehicle because they ll 100% take care of you.
