Don t waste your time - they will rip you off. They do not have a list of their services and pricing, and charge at will what they think they can trick you into paying.A friend had his car serviced and they told him he needed a catalytic converter - they quoted him $2600 for it. Catalytic converters cost between $400 and $1400. He called them back, and they said they misquoted him - the real cost was $2300, with labor an additional $90.I asked them for a list of services and pricing for my grandfather s car, and they said they don t have a list of their services and prices. They will rip you off if they can. I would not trust this place, and will never go back.

I ve been going to Bridgestone for many years and keep going, because of their honesty, excellent work and outstanding service. I can absolutely trust them, like family, to take care of my car and what s needed when. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.

Bridgestone retaliated against me for writing a bad review by telling me I can't get anymore free oil changes despite me pre-paying for lifetime oil changes. I've been going to Bridgestone for 20 years because they offer lifetime oil changes. Recently they said my truck would be ready in 2 hours but they had it all day. I tried calling multiple times but got no answer or answer machine. Went to get my truck before 5 (when they say they close) but they left early and locked my truck in their shop overnight. Their excuse for preventing me from getting my truck was that they are a family business that closes early than they post with no warning and they don't have an answering machine. After reading my initial review Blake from Bridgestone called me to tell me that he didn't like my review and that I can't go there anymore or get a partial refund despite me pre-paying for a lifetime oil change. So if you decide to go to Bridgestone realize that they might close earlier than they post, might refuse service to you if do something they don't like despite pre-paying for a service, don't believe in having a way for clients to leave a phone message, and might have your vehicle all day despite saying earlier that it will be ready in a couple of hours.

My car got a flat tire. I needed new tires and alignment. Called in to check tire size availability and pricing. Tim answered the phone and was super cool and helpful. I expressed that I needed the most affordable new tires and he gave me a shockingly great affordable price. Ordered the tires that came in the very next morning. Went in, waited about 2 hours as they had a lot of cars, made sense. Great price, Tim s great attitude, and wait room available provided a great experience.

Horrible!! I heard a grinding noise and knew must be my brakes. I bought my brakes from auto parts to save money. I called this location to also get an oil change. I was told brakes were fine. I drove it and brakes got worst - down to roters! I had another mechanic shop check and tell me front brakes down to roters and needs replacement right away. Do not use them!!

Beware! I will never do business here again. Had a fuel pump installed. Check engine light keeps coming on and they want to charge me $475 for a used gas tank when they broke a $30 part during the install. Incompetent team.

Today was an unusual experience for a place that I have used since being in the area for 6 years. I will say typically everyone has been nice, they get the work done timely, keep you informed, and are reasonably priced. To be fair I think the last three traits are still true, but customer service today was differentAfter I had a screw removed from my Audi A5 I asked my daughter to check the wheel before she left (as she took the car in while I was at work), and when she noticed a few marks at very edge of the wheel (inside lip of rim edge) she brought it to their attention. She was blown off about it being caused by the service person. She came home and told me, at which point I called. At first I was being debated the wheel that was fixed and when I corrected the person I spoke with 3 times he got the receipt and admitted that was the wheel in question. I then explained the marks on the wheel and was told that could not have been caused by the machine. I further explained that I detailed the car this weekend and that wheel did not have any marks on it, only aware of one mark on a different wheel. I proceeded to bring the car down for them to examine but was still told the machine could not do that (although I have never came across a tire removal technique that does not insert something between the rim and tire but would be willing to accept correction as I do not know all techniques). Nevertheless, as I continued to explain the car had 3 perfect wheels, and now 3 scuffs on the edge of this wheel (and could not be curb rash due to the location), and have a few fine lines in other spots, I was told it seems like I am trying to get a freebie (actually said that). The person we dealt with insinuated prior to that as well by asking why my daughter would go right to that wheel and point out that spot.....which duh that was the wheel worked on, and any marks against silver on a perfect wheel would stand out. This was not me bringing in worn wheel claiming the 17th scratch was caused by them so replace the wheel. This was someone that has been coming back with repeat business trying to get a problem resolved that occurred during this visit, only to be told they did nothing. And when I took offense to being called out as an opportunist I let my temper get the best of me and had some choice words, then needless to say the conversation ended. My fault for that, but its hard being accused of trying to get a freebie when my wife and I worked hard for what we have, have paid our way in life, and just want to enjoy some of the nice things....but not pay again when someone else goofs up.I hope that helps in your decision to go or not go here.

This is the only place I've been bringing my car to for the last 6 years. My Honda is 11 years old and has nearly 170,000 miles, and it's remained a reliable vehicle due to their excellent service. The staff is friendly and explains everything to me when I need something repaired. I would highly recommend going here!

Racist employees and owner who wanted to scam me into buying tires on my new toyota camry with only 17,000 miles. He failed my inspection and wouldn't give me the receipt unless I bought four new tires from him. 20 minutes later, I took it to another tire shop and they told me my tires were in excellent conditon and there was no reason to replace them.

I don t typically write bad reviews, but this is frustrating... I had a nail in my tire. I was told on the phone by Dan that they would patch it and do it right. After looking at it, he said I would need a new tote not just a patch. OK, I can live with that, but clearly their technicians didn t look at the order sheet properly, and they replaced the wrong tire... They ended patched the correct one at no charge, (why I m giving 2 stars instead of one), but I still spent $150 on a tire that didn t need replacing for a while... At least it won t need replacing for a lot longer now. Why did I think that anyone could replace Tucker Tires? Sorry Tucker, I ll be back no matter how long the wait next time.

Had a problem with a tire on our 5th wheel as we were traveling through town. These guys jumped through hoops to help us out and get us back on the road. We're now back and need some work done on our towing truck and another new tire on the RV and we wouldn't go anywhere else based on our previous experience.

I had brought my car in for service. The employees were very rude, the service was terrible, and the job itself was done very badly. I had to come in several times after to keep dealing with the same problems that they were too lazy to fix.
