I really enjoyed my experience at Audi of Mission Viejo. Every person that I had contact with was friendly and polite. Monique was my service advisor and took care of me, thank you for your professionalism and follow up. Added bonus touch, even the mechanic sent me a video with an update. I will definitely be back, rock star team!

This place is incredible. I received TREMENDOUS service from this location. Tom F. is one of the greatest sales people I have ever met. We received white glove service from very knowledgeable staff. Impeccable care and attention to our needs was given every step of the way. These are just a few of the reasons I will be back in the future.Thank you Tom! I ll see you on the next one.

I love Audi Mission Viejo! Everyone there is very friendly, professional and they listen to you.They are all very knowledgeable and I love how they take a video of your car with one of the mechanics as he explains and shows you what is going! I highly recommend them Alex was great to work with. They keep you posted on what s going on at all times! Very efficient! Highly recommend!

I can t begin to describe the incredible experience I had at Audi Mission Viejo! They are wonderful! I recently brought my Q3 in for service and had a great experience. They are all so friendly, professional and ethical. Monique knows her stuff and made the entire experience almost enjoyable :). Wonderful dealership with an amazing (and highly efficient) service department.

Fast, efficient and courteous! Monique, my Service Provider was super friendly and kept me informed of everything being done on my Audi 6. I even received a short video of what the technician did when the car was ready for pick-up, all washed and clean! Great job, Audi MV!

I had a service appointment with Monique to take care of some recalls on my Q4. Monique was kind and patient throughout the whole process. She kept me well informed and let me know exactly when my car would be ready. You could actually customer service skills and is one of the many reason why I continue going back to Audi Mission Viejo.

Sal in the service department is awesome. He and the team took great care of the car when I came in for annual servicing and even expedited a recall fix for my car while I was in so I didn t have to come back for a separate appointment. Thanks Sal!

I usually have my Q5 serviced in San Diego but due to family circumstances I tried Mission Viejo Audi for brakes and an oil change. I used their online booking system which was reasonably easy to use. The next day, I tried to reach the assigned service coordinator three times unsuccessfully. Happily I was connected to the service manager and he answered all of my questions and concerns. On service day, the coordinator was responsive and helpful and the work completed successfully and in a timely manner. Thank you!!

Highly recommend Mr. Denny Dong for all of your service needs. Always pleased to see him and great to work with. He is one of the greatest service manager/advisor, and quite frankly, Audi MV is lucky to have him as a part of the team, and Mr. Denny is a great asset for not only for the service department but also for the dealership.

Alex was great and is a good representative of the brand and customer experience.My dissatisfaction is that it s often lacking. For example, when client arrives instead of welcome and asking for my name, I m always greeted with who is your advisor? It seems like that should be easy to review in your tech platform. It s also a disappointment every time I come in for service. Despite having an appointment and already providing all the details when making the appointment, upon arrival I m always asked to go through everything in detail as of there was no information provided.Yesterday, was supposed to be a 1-2 hour service and I intended to head to the office after. Upon arrival, the time required extended to the entire day and I had to them make alternative plans with my schedule. When I was contacted to pick up my vehicle, I was told it was completed and was being washed and to come out anytime before 7pm to pickup. I arrived an hour later to be told it had not yet been washed because it had been busy( although my car had been there for 8 hours) and if I waited another 30 mins it could be completed. I declined. Yet another negative customer experience. To top it off, I was sent a video presumedly to demonstrate the service that had been completed that day, but when I opened, the video was blank.My vehicle lease is expiring in May, and I m shopping other dealers and even brands. Of the vehicles, I ve owned or leased in the past, my experience with Audi has definitely been the most disappointing.

I recently went in to get my vehicle serviced, and I had a stellar experience with Monique Leneker. Monique greeted me immediately when I walked in and started taking care of me. We went through what the visit was for as well as the expectations and what would happen next as well as vehicle delivery back to me. I ve had great service at Audi Mission Viejo before, but I was just very impressed and happy for Monique to be taking care of my vehicle. I want to give many thanks to Monique for being so great and just a pleasure to work with! Thanks Audi Mission Viejo!

My experiences with Audi Mission Viejo s service department have been positive. Sal Hernandez is an excellent service manager. Hard working, knowledgeable, responsive and very professional - Sal treats his customers with dignity and appreciation and provides excellent customer service.

Brought our Q7 in for it's first (10K) service and everything was great. Appointment was easy to schedule and they offered me a loaner: which I didn't need as the wait time was only 2 hours. Great service overall!

They did excellent job. Had 2 recalls installed & they updated the software; now the car has more ZIP & the "regenerative braking" is better also. Got a Q5 Loaner & they were done in 2 days. Service Adviser DD was excellent.

As a first-time car buyer, I was extremely apprehensive about purchasing a car from a dealership. However, I had always heard about the remarkable quality of Audi vehicles and the exceptional customer service provided by their staff. Fortunately, I had the pleasure of meeting with Chris So, a salesperson at this location, and I couldn't be more pleased with my decision. Chris made sure I had the best experience possible, especially knowing that it was my first car. We had a great conversation while waiting for the Audi team to finish the paperwork. I would highly recommend Audi and Chris to anyone looking to purchase a new car. Thanks to Audi and Chris So, I now have the perfect car that meets all my needs and preferences.

I called Audi to schedule 2 recalls and my left taillight was out as well. They got me in and gave me a loaner as well. Sal H. was the nicest guy. He greeted me and when my car was done he let me know and washed my car! I love Audi of Mission Viejo!

Recently, we had a great experience at Audi Mission Viejo. Martha S. and the others on the sales team were attentive and provided good information without being overbearing. This was also the case at the Finance office. We received a short explanation of our potential options and we left with just what we wanted. I would not hesitate to refer my family and friends to their dealership.

My experience there was amazing ! First I called the shop, David did everything really fast for me, took a video, called me back. I went there the car was ready to try, we did a test drive and an hour and half later I left with the car. Cherry on top he gave me a good deal to trade my old car. I highly recommend

She is a ray of sunshine, a true pleasure to have worked, and she made a wonderful experience of what would have otherwise been a dreaded errand. Thank you, Monique. I bought my Audi S3 for service in order to fix a recall on the car, the passenger airbag didn't work. Audi called me in order to schedule an appointment and get the airbag fixed, since I bought the car from them with the recall at the time of purchase a few years earlier.I had to take a day off at work and drive down to Mission Vejo from LA. I was told the service would have taken the whole day, so I planned on spending the day in Mission Vejo with the courtesy car. Instead, as I dropped the car, they told me it would have been ready in a few days. Bummer.In the end, I picked up the car after 2 days, drove back to LA, and realized the nothing was done on my car. The passenger airbag is still not working and the alert light is still on. A waste of time, money on gas and beyond.On top of that, since I was there for the service, I thought it was a good idea to have a copy of the only key I had done by Audi. (yes, when they sold me the car I only received one copy).I was told I had to pay $480 for the key, which I paid right away, and expecting to have the key done at the same time the service was done.Once I picked up the car, the key was ready. They asked me an additional $280 for the key. When I asked why I wasn't told about this additional $280 to begin with, I was blasted with stupid excuses, such as - the $280 are for the key batteries and programming.I would have much appreciated transparency and professionalism.Not at this dealership.

A very welcoming and easy to work with staff. The salesperson and managers were very knowledgable and very helpful making my experience their the best of any dealership I have been to in the past. I definitely recommend giving them a visit if you are looking for an Audi.

As always, the tech, Scott, was excellent. He went above and beyond expected work with frequent updates and superior work. The writer, Alex, was efficient and understanding of our needs. You'll be doing yourself a favor by requesting Scott. We highly recommend them both.

They didn't wash my car before they returned it, and they dinged me $8.80 for ONE gallon of gas in the loaner! Also, both repairs took a very long time (over 2 weeks) to complete. If there was another Audi dealer anywhere near me I would take it elsewhere.
